I needed a custom engagement ring and ended up getting it done here. I visited many jewelers before choosing this place - it was definitely the best fit for me.Everyone I worked with was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I asked many many many questions and they were super patient. They were super respectful with my budget and I loved that there was no pressure to buy. I also love that this is a family business (4th generation if I remember correctly) but I can get all the services I need as if it was a big corporation.I ended up getting a custom ring. They got diamonds sent in for me and it was ready the next day. They helped me get every small detail from band type to even the type of prongs to hold the main stone. The entire process was very timely - took around 3 weeks, but thats also because I could only come in on the weekends.I will definitely come back here for all my future jewelry needs and I highly recommend this place to others

I’ve used Setterberg in the past and they were wonderful! This time I went in with some jewelry and stones looking to make something special for my daughter as she was turning 16. Kimberly worked magic for me. We made a plan and they were on it. Lol. She got me my piece in under a week. I took in my Grandmothers wedding ring to get the band fixed, which had previously been botched by another jeweler in Apache Junction. I explained how important this ring is to me to Amanda. She took the time and extra effort to clean and inspect it properly before giving me an estimate and found 6 cracks on the underside of the setting. I picked my ring up today and am blown away by the beautiful job they did! It looks brand new! Thank you!

I chose to buy my diamond pendant at Setterberg Jewelers because of their affiliation with the Gem Society. I wanted to know exactly what I was buying in a certified and classified diamond. Monique listened to what I wanted and understood my price range. She presented about 5 beautiful diamonds and my husband and I selected the perfect one. We picked the setting and the chain and about a week later my pendant was ready. I am over the moon! It is truly beautiful and makes me feel special. Everyone I asked who they recommended for the repair of my wedding ring referred me to Setterberg. I was pleased and was happy to pay the price for the work. Repair was timely and what I felt was affordable. I was happy until...one of the prongs that was repaired became rough so I took it back to them to be smoothed and I heard the jeweler say, this just doesnt happen. Like I did something to my ring. I was offended and probably will not go back. I work from home at my computer...there is nothing that I would have done to cause my prong to break. Id like to know how this jeweler thinks I could have been stronger than the prong on my ring. It was just rude.

Bought a beautiful diamond X-style ring online as a pinky ring, but it was too loose. Zetterberg was able to resize it for my pointer finger, which is much better, for a fair price. Exceptionally friendly staff, too!

I was referred by a colleague. I needed an appraisal for some rings in a hurry and I live out of state. I called in advance to arrange the appraisal, flew to AZ and took the rings into Setterberg’s for the appraisal. They were so nice and helpful. Deanna assisted me when I dropped off the rings and helped me with some estate jewelry. When I picked up the rings the owner Kymberlee had the appraisals ready and answered all my questions. I bought the estate jewelry pieces I liked at a very good price. I recommend them highly!
