I really enjoy shopping at this True Value Hardware store. They have a great selection of products for all your hardware needs as well as some very unique and cool items as well. They have excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff, I go to this location because I can be sure to get help finding an item and know I bought the right item. Funny thing was I ventured out on my own and didn’t get any help and of course I bought the wrong product for my system but no worries, they were very nice about me exchanging the item with my receipt of course. They also rent Uhaul trucks and trailers so don’t forget to use them for that as well. I would definitely recommend True Value of sun city for all your hardware needs, great selection and great staff!! I think everyone needs to remember that you must support stores like this that are locally owned or you’ll be stuck shopping at the big box stores who can’t even spell customer service let alone give you good customer service…..do you really want some young boy with a blank stare with piercings and long hair, popping his gum and twirling his hair in his fingers helping you find exactly what you need on an important home improvement job?Great store!! Support local!!

Joe helped us with our Uhaul rental and was awesome! He attached the trailer and helped us with everything we needed! Great experience!!

I rented a U-Haul truck through the Sun City True Value store a couple of weeks ago. This is a new U-Haul dealer location and they have been renting U-Haul products there for about a month now. The location was very convenient for me, and the team at the store (Joe, Dawn and Nancy) did a fine job of collaborating to set up my rental and make sure I had all the supplies I needed (dolly, moving blankets, etc.) If you need to rent something from U-Haul or need any hardware or gardening supplies, I highly recommend this store/location!

This true value is in violation of the rights of persons with disabilities that exempts them from the mask mandate. Will never give them my money.

This is by far the best hardware store that Ive dealt with it for many many years.They are friendly helpful you asked a question and you get an answer and if the person you asked doesnt know theyll find the right answer for you.I ran up there at 5:15 on Saturday evening to get 25 feet of line cord and I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes that is service

Always have inexpensively priced t-shirts.

I like the one in Sun City West better, but this one is pretty good. Last I time I was here, no staff person would make eye contact, they were too busy unpacking a delivery. Checkout clerk was friendly. Convenient location.

Finding an employee to show where products are, and if finally one appears with a begrudging attitude, is my experience every time i shop there. I love shopping at hardware stores. But ill never shop at this store! Customer service is non-existent, a systemic problem. Ace is by far, superior!This store offers no worthwhile sales/deals and prices steep, the high end. Poor customer service! Noticed store isnt busy with shopping customers. Get it together. Stale n old.

Great place esp ecially for those hard to find items. Staff is knowledgable and will gladly help with any of your questions. Prices arent out of line from most of the big box stores either.

This place is sooo much easier to navigate through compared to the big box stores. Add to that the fact that the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, this is my go to hardware store!
