Great customer service! We bought a Riccar vacuum from them in Oct 2018 and it has been a fantastic vacuum. Nothing beats a bag vacuum in the AZ dust! Daren (sp?) has been fantastic to work with. He serviced the vacuum (no charge, under warranty from Riccar) and it functions perfectly. We don’t have to dust as often because the bag vacuum catches everything! I highly recommend Sun City Vacuum as well as Riccar vacuums. They have solved the eternal problem of AZ dust!!!!!!!!!!!

Just love these guys! They are always so helpful. They used to own a shop near my house, but now that they are in Sun City, which is so far for me, I still only work with them for my sewing machine and vacuum needs. I recently needed a part for my vacuum and Garren went above and beyond what I would expect to find what I needed. He did some Internet research and called me back with some options. I was really not expecting him to do that. He was super nice! And Paul helped me get my sewing machine serviced early on during the quarantine. Very fast turn around (considering how busy that business got!). Love and recommend them!

Highly recommend! I received such personal, friendly, prompt, professional service. Garren is the owner and manager of the shop. He truly cares about making sure his customers are completely satisfied. I took in my old Riccar vacuum for a tune up. He was super knowledgeable about all my questions and didn’t try to pressure me into buying a new vacuum at all. He fixed up my old one really well. Afterwards I had a separate minor issue, I brought it back and he fixed it immediately while I was waiting at no charge and loaded the vacuum in my car. He was super helpful and will certainly have my business going forward!

I had been a lifelong Oreck owner, but in recent years the quality has really deteriorated. Garren is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to find me an affordable, lightweight, high-quality vacuum that exceeded my expectations. And no pushy sales pitch, just excellent customer service and 100% satisfaction.

So thankful I found them. We own a Miele and after only having owned it for about 2 years it just stopped working. We brought it in and they had a fix to our problem the next day. They are very professional, informative, and responsive. They got to the bottoms of the problem and when I thought another one had surfaced they offered to take a look at it at turns out it was a quirk with the vacuum itself. They fixed it and we were out the door. We will only be using sun city vacuums from now on for service and purchasing. Thank you guys!

Worked with owner, Garren, to have my machine and my mothers machine worked on. We both own Dyson machines. One of them wasn’t properly suctioning and the other just needed general service. He was very communicative and told me all costs upfront. He was very quick in having both machines serviced and back to me. I was very happy with the customer service provided and will continue to use them.

The shop keeper was very helpful. He was not able to fix or replace my out-dated central vacuum hose and explained what the problem was. Despite the time he spent searching for alternatives, he did not charge me anything for his service.

Convenient and informative - we got a used Dyson for $200.

Recently bought a Sebo X7 vacuum and it was definitely worth every penny. High quality, quiet and lays flat so I am able to vacuum under the bed. Highly recommend since I found myself replacing Dyson and shark vacuums every 1-2 years. This business is family owned with wonderful customer service!

Just walked in this store and because I have a budget and they can’t accommodate $500 budget. I am 74 female and was practically thrown out the door. Not the same people who ran this business 3 years ago. Almost in tears never had this type thing happen in my life. Better have lots of money and you won’t have a problem. Had to give one star to post this.

This place is awesome and the guys are really nice and helpful. I went in to look at vacuums because I was tired of buying the walmart vacuums that breaks in 9 months. Ive bought like 4 vacuums the last 3 years. Went in and these guys sold super nice stuff. The gentlemen that helped me assured I would love what he was showing me. BUYER BEWARE! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY.The owner Paul is not available right now according to his son Aaron. I dont usually write negative reviews but this experience with Aaron was just unacceptable. I wanted to bring my Bissell vacuum in for repair. Every question that I asked he said he couldnt answer it. I really did not want to pay $30 for him to look at my vacuum when he couldnt even tell me what could be wrong with it. If he was a quality knowledgeable person who knew his trade, he would have been able to give me some examples of why my vacuum wasnt working. He refused....He was not friendly, not helpful or interested in serving a customer. You dont matter to him. Unlike the awesome reviews given when his father was in control. So I took the vacuum in and once again, tried to find out if my vacuum was repairable. He said Anything is repairable so I gave him the non-refundable Deposit of $30. Two days later he calls to let me know that he cant get the part for my vacuum. That Bissell no longer makes it. Of course he kept the deposit. He has no idea what he is doing, if he did, he would have researched before taking my vacuum in. He obviously is not a technician. After spending $30 for receiving nothing but a very rude arrogant attitude, my advice is Buyer Beware!

We had wonderful service and experience at SC Vacuums. They are very knowledgeable, nice and will take time explaining either your repair needs or purchasing a new vacuum. They werent pushy and they allowed us to try out different vacuums. I highly recommend them.

Talk about old fashioned service! I drive 16 miles to come here and pass two other shops these guys are that great. The owner Paul saw me struggling with my vacuum from my car and ran out to grab it for me! He had me there for only five minutes and my machine was good as new. Then without asking he walked my vacuum to my car and put it in the trunk. Ive never had this wonderful of customer service before and I appreciated it more than he will know. You can buy 30 cheap wal-mart vacuums or you can buy 1 nice quality one from here and you are done! They are informative and willing to help you learn about the machine you are purchasing! My old vacuum finally broke and I needed a new one. The vacuums at the department stores were limited in brands and had too many plastic parts. A friend referred me to Sun City Vacuums. I never knew there were other brands of vacuums. I bought a Hoover and was impressed by how well it works and the ease of use. Went to Sun City Vacuums on a recommendation from my sister who purchased a vacuum that she loves! Never heard of the brand, but I tried it myself and I loved it so much that I had to get one. The brand is a Miele canister. They also offered to repair my Dyson that didnt last very long, but they suggested I would save money in the long-haul purchasing a better quality product. Very knowledgeable! The new owners are awesome like all the other recent reviews state. They were very friendly, and Im happy to be putting my money in the pockets of a family business instead of a big box store. Definitely telling friends and family about them!

I bought a Sebo a week ago from Paul. While these vacuums are on the higher price scale, its the best vacuum I have ever owned and know I will have it for awhile! Paul was a awesome, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a vacuum.

Sold me a Riccor upright vacuum that was not made to pick up dog hair. Brand new vacuum and he wants to charge me 49 bucks to clean out the hair. Ive only used it 7 to 8 times. Its a vacuum not for dog hair. I had to go buy me a dyson animal 2 vacuum. So now I have a riccor vacuum thats worthless to meWhich cost me almost 600 bucksHe also knew I needed a vacuum for dog hair. The riccor vacuum sure isnt made for that!!!

First time that I went to this business. The employee or owner was very helpful.The store was very clean, plenty of parking and had just what I needed.

Took 3 weeks to fix my vacuum. When I dropped it off I specifically told them they had 2 weeks to get everything done because we live 3 hours away. They waited 2 weeks to order the part from the manufacturer. Extremely frustrated. Then I pick it up and find a lovely yellow sticker on the front of my vacuum advertising their store. Of course when I peel the sticker off half of it sticks to the vacuum.

I ended up here because I needed some real selection and quality out of my vacuum- not just what products Costco or Walmart carried. They were extremely helpful, ended up with a brand I was not familiar with- and a type of vacuum I was not aware existed (Miele) its amazing on my hardwood floors and great for carpets as well. Best I have ever owned and though it wasn’t cheap it was beyond reasonable for the quality. They said if anything ever goes wrong they can fix it quickly. Would recommend to anyone searching for new/ or needing repairs.

I agree with Ang, we dropped off our Dyson for repair under warranty. The owner acted as if he hated his job and could care less about his customers. It took over 4 weeks for him to do a simple repair. He was rude on the phone and in person. Stay away!
