Super nice and professional. I had had my windshield replaced a few weeks prior by a different establishment and so when I got the very small chip in my windshield a few weeks later my insurance company recommended I pay out of pocket so my rates didn’t go up. I called the place I had my windshield replaced they quoted me $130 to repair the pencil tip sized chip in my windshield. Um no. I called a few places and not only could Madison Auto Glass get me in the next day he was also way less! He was super nice, did a great job and gave me a great deal to help change my luck! ;) I hope I never need to use him again but if I do need windshield repair I will be going to him!

Excellent service, the work was done quickly and as promised (with a lifetime labor warranty to boot). Pricing was right in line (or better) than what I had seen while researching. Setting up an appointment with Todd was simple and straightforward. The shop area was clean and the waiting room was tiddy (although I did not need to wait long; he was done sooner than I expected). Overall a great experience.

There is correct way to repair a windshield and this place does it right! They use a technique where a suction cup creates a vacuum to remove the air from the crack. Then a liquid is applied to fill the crack and its left to cure. Once it is dry, about 5-10 minutes later a sealant is applied on top of the crack to prevent any moisture from getting in. The whole process takes about 20-30 minutes and when its done, depending on the size of the chip, you can expect have the appearance of the chip reduced by 50-70%.When I was talking to Todd, the owner, he recommended for the best possible results get your chip repaired with in 48 hours of it happening. If you wait longer it allows for moisture and dirt to get into the crack which will cause problems. Overall I give Madison Auto Glass 5 out of 5 stars for, the speed of service, ease of payment and overall knowledge. Great job!

Every part of my experience at Madison Auto Glass was great. I showed up to my appointment early, and since the technician was done early with his previous job he started on my windshield early, and in turn finished early. The price here was certainly fair, he was faster than his estimated time, and by far faster than competitors. He talked with me the whole time he worked. Todd was faster, friendlier, more knowledgeable and less expensive that the two auto glass places that pop up first on a google search. I only called him because I noticed the five stars under the other listings. It is always done better when the owner of the company is doing the actual work. He’s a great guy. He’s seen it all in the auto business and he helped me with a lot of other auto related questions that have been on my mind. Not sure how often I’ll need a new windshield but it will be Madison Auto Glass every time now.

I cannot recommend Madison Auto Glass enough. I got quotes that were twice as high as theirs and those other high quotes were from places that were just impossible to schedule a time with. So happy I waited and got my windshield replaced here instead.I had the window replaced on a Friday and promptly left on a 3100 mile road trip. No issues even in a 12 hour drive where it did not stop raining.Highly recommended.

I called and was scheduled for that same day. He fixed the problem I was having in just under 15 minutes and didnt charge me a thing, said, Thats what my business is all about. This man is very professional, hard working and will for sure be getting my business next time.

This guy canceled me for being late. My fault. I dont think this guy has all 5s for being flexible and trying to work with people. His windows must be next level or something I dont even know about. Not taking more time off work to reschedule. Lots of options out there. Big dealership down the road uses same glass and installs remotely for about the same price.

Through no fault of my own I ended up with a cracked windshield. I got a quote from a couple other places... local was $295... the popular company that comes to you was $370... and Madison Auto Glass was $245. Yes, $245! Scheduling was super easy and fit my schedule. The owner was promptly ready to fix my windshield after telling me where the bathroom was and where some bottled water was. The waiting room has comfortable, clean furniture, tv, and magazines. The work was quick, maybe 45 minutes? Overall, great price, great quality, and convenient, or at least as convenient as buying a new windshield can be. I have another car I will eventually take there. They guarantee their work for life and their prices cannot be beat, so just go there. It will be the best unexpected money you spend.

My windshield developed a crack across the entire pane and needed a quick repair. Safelite would not be able to do the repair for a few weeks. Best service at most competitive price. I contacted Todd on a Thursday afternoon about my cracked windshield and he was able to get me in the next day at a fraction of the cost of a competitor. He was extremely professional and friendly at the appointment. He left the waiting room door open so I could see everything he was doing and even inviting me in to see what my car looked like without the windshield. Altogether it only took 40 minutes! Extremely happy with the service!!!Update: Because if my bad fortune, I had to make a second trip to Todd because a rock was kicked up and chipped my new windshield. Quite possibly the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. I was very disappointed to hear from Safelite that my windshield repair would cost basically all the way up to my deductible (which seemed quite coincidental), but luckily I found Todd and his shop! I came to Todd with a confined but larger than quarter-sized crack in my windshield, which he filled at no cost knowing it may not last. I found that quite impressive given that it might in fact last and I wouldn’t return for the full replacement. But, not wanting to risk greater breakage at some inconvenient time, I got back to Todd with insurance approval for an original equipment replacement. He took over from there including ordering and all subsequent interactions with the insurance company. When I arrived for the replacement, I asked to watch and what I saw was a master class in efficiency, artistry and complete command of one’s craft. Highly recommended, 5-star rating+.
