We had been comparing and shopping for a new mattress for quite awhile. With a limited income, we went to Mattress Firm in Sun Prairie and met with Shawn Benson. We had a particular one in mind, and Shawn took the time to explain the features. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and gave us a great deal that fit our budget. Sales person was nice and intelligent. Shipping was an issue. Shipping was scheduled for almost a week from purchase. When frame was delivered it didnt work. Drivers didnt know how to fix anything. Called sales person. He was not in the shop. He called me back. Said that he will have to reschedule another delivery to exchange the frame. And it will be another week before I can get the exchange. So I paid 750 for a frame and dont get to use it for over two weeks. I asked if there was anything they could do for the inconvenience. Sales man said there isnt anything but a pillow or mattress cover. Not impressed and dont think I will come back in the future.

Nice store and a great experience with Jacob. I went in to tryout a tempur ergo extend and some mattresses. Excellent service all the way through, very informative and didnt seem to mind when I interrupted with questions. Covid precautions were great (6ft distance, masks, pillow protector).

Took the time to help us find what we needed / wanted, at our price point and fixed an issue with delivery promptly - nice sales staff, nice service. Will shop there again.

I went to Mattress Firm to replace our old memory foam mattress. I did do research prior to shopping there and combined with knowledge the staff had of their products, I was successful in finding the matterss I was looking for.

Found what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Best part is mattress and foundation will be delivered within a week. Caleb and Josh were very knowledge about their products and I will definitely recommend Mattress Firm.

Happy I decided to make a purchase in store after trying a variety a mattresses. I was moments away from purchasing a hyped mattress online, now I realize what an expensive gamble that would have been.

Gave us all the answers we needed and helped us get the right mattress for our needs. Gave very specific expectations about timeframe for Covid related delays. I would definitely recommend him!

I hate mattress shopping. It always makes me nervous and often times I get overwhelmed by all the choices (even after I read reviews). Well, when my partner and I went to Mattress Firm in Sun Prairie, those feelings of being overwhelmed and nervous went out the door. While the store didnt have *exactly* what we were looking for, Shawn helped us find one that was the same as the one we had originally wanted and was ultimately cheaper. It was such a good experience! Shawn was super helpful and very accommodating. If you go to this store location, ask for Shawn! We absolutely love our mattress. Oh, and because our mattress was cheaper, we splurged and bought two very comfy pillows. 💤

Shawn did a fantastic job helping us figure out the exact right mattress - not an easy task when I prefer firm and my boyfriend prefers plush. Ultimately, he gave us a great deal on a mattress and even sold us on the adjustable bed frame. After trying it out, Im not sure how I lived without one before. I was looking for a new mattress, a firm one, and since this new store came up in Sun prairie area, close to the palace cinema, very near to where I live, I decided to check it out.Liked a mattress on my very first visit, the sales guy was very helpful in showing me options and helping me decide.Delivery came in as mentioned and that service was better than I expected as well

Shawn the sales associate was great. He had the wife and I try just about every mattress in the store to make sure we got just the right one. Then we go a great deal from the 4th of July sale. Our daughter even had a good time in the store.

My husband and I just stopped into Mattress firm in Sun Prairie to see what they had because we’ve been shopping for mattresses on line and my husband likes more firm but I need something supportive for my back yet relieves my pressure point pain as well as cooling gel because I get so darn hot at night that I’m waking up every hour! I must say you need to buy a bed in person so you can lay on it and feel the back support, cooling etc. We found our perfect bed with Shawn’s help. Not only did we get a King size mattress for the price of a queen we got a free adjustable base which we have never had but it’s soooo awesome! Can you say no more back pain?! I highly recommend you go to Mattress firm in Sun Prairie. They will take good care of you!
