Went into the store with a type of deck board I wanted, they just gave me a blank stare and was as unless as you can get . Asked about fasteners what was I possibly able to order etc etc and again just a blank stare. If your not a contractor just go to menards atleast they try to help you there .

I order a lot of building materials and have used Brunsell(incompetent and rude), Marling, Home Depot, and Menards(wood is terrible quality) in the past.I would reccomend Chase Lumber. They were friendly, helpful, were able to special order what I needed, the order came quickly, the price was good and the quality of the product was great.I will definitely order again.

Always a dedicated employee ready to walk me where I gotta go and get what I need. The kind of knowledge on hand that your hourly big box people dont always have. Random lumber matched, surprising amount of interior solutions, windows, and always tools and bits available (master grade stuff not store brand junk.)

I have tried to get a simple quote on all my doors with a full spec sheet of everything for the last 3 months. Over 10 times they’ve told me they’d get it ready and still havent. This is the Sun Prairie location. Terrible service! Wouldn’t recommend going through them.
