Mobility Works purchased GT Mobility in July 2019 and has been a fantastic place to work! I am the newest addition to a new staff and enjoy the positive atmosphere. I am truly proud to tell friends and family about the company I work for. I appreciate how committed they are to customer service, I have seen the company go above and beyond and it is wonderful. I also appreciate that they take pride in the quality of their sales and service and always have the best interest of the client at heart. I hope to be here for many years to come!

I am new to the world of special needs and accessibility, and honestly everything has been expensive and hard. But my experience with Mobilty Works has been the exception to the rule so far. If you need a mobility vehicle or any service done, these gentlemen will treat you right. They even saved me so much money and thought outside the box for my daughter’s specific needs. Again, I am humbled and grateful and surprised and in tears. Thank you for your exceptional service!!!!!!!!!
We had an emergency today with our mobility van, and we always have it serviced at GT Mobility in Sun Prairie. The problem was that the ramp would not open after we had our daughters wheelchair already in it. How would we get her out? We called GT, and Rob talked us through the process to deploy the ramp a different way. Then he talked us through resetting the ramp so it would open. It all worked! We were so grateful. What great service. They have always been that good. Thank you.
We rented for a weekend to take my father out and about. We had a great weekend. We even made arrangements to return the van on Sunday. The tech met me at the store. Awesome service. Van was clean and well appointed. Thanks GT. We will be back

Friendly and helpful
I bought my adapted van from GT in 2010 and had them service it the past 8 years. Then their good staff left in the past year or so and the place is terrible now.In April I had my van in for repairs and when I picked it up it had $3,000 worth of damage to the passenger and middle passenger doors that was not on the door when I dropped it off. It appeared as though a snow plow was smashed into the side of my van during clean up from the spring snow that fell while it was sitting at GT. Because we could not show definitive proof that they damaged my van, GT refuses to take responsibility despite my 8 years as a loyal customer. They even refused after the manager was let go and called to tell me he is sure the mechanic hit my van while plowing.GT insisted that the security footage does not show the hit, so it never happened. They shared the footage with me - the camera is at a bad angle and as far away as possible from my van, so you cannot tell at all how close the plow came to my van. The video does show that the plow was the same bright yellow as the paint transferred to my van. It also shows the mechanic moving other vehicles with their windshields completely snow covered, then driving my van into the shop with the hood all the way up blocking the windshield - no idea why my hood was open at all, much less why youd drive with it up. He took no effort to show careful, attentive driving, which would explain how he hit my van with the plow. Still GT refuses to take responsibility.On top of that debacle, their repair work is inferior. I had issues with the in-floor ramp. They changed the wrong part - a worm gear - charged for it, then later finally identified the correct part and realized the worm gear that they sold me was bad too, so they put my original back in. I argued they should never have charged me for the replacement, but they refused any refund, arguing that my gear would have been ruined by the faulty part they missed in the first place, so I would have needed their replacement either way. Ok... Terrible customer service.I will never go back or recommend these guys. The owner is a terrible business person who clearly showed me he does not care about his customers or my long standing loyalty to his company the prior 8 years, though he was happy to take my money the past 8 years.
This company is great! By far the best place to go for wheelchair accessible vehicles in the area! Highly recommend!
Place is ok. only reason for the 1 star is that it doesnt deal with insurance only charity donations, and they dont have parts in house to fix mobiilty chairs
These guys have always taken good care of everything I have needed.
We helped my Mother-in-Law purchase a van from Richard Nault at the Stevens Point location. We explained that the purchase was to help with getting our Father-in-Law to doctors appointments for cancer treatments and discussed what the options were for purchasing the vehicle back. Mr. Nault was very reassuring and indicated that if it turned out to be a short time we would lose $4,000 to $5,000. Sadly, within a few weeks we lost him to cancer and contacted the company to see about them buying back the van. Mr. Naults offer was well below what he led us to believe it would be and resulted in a loss twice as much as we anticipated. We contacted other dealers of these type of vehicles and discovered that we over-paid for the vehicle to begin with. This was a very stressful time for the family and I firmly believe that Mr. Nault was not honest in dealing with us. I would warn potential customers to not trust these people, as they prey on people at their most vulnerable time.
