Top notch service from owner Josh Stelzer. I tried to repair my daughters jersey as the number had peeled off and ended damaging the number and shirt. I brought the jersey over to Elite and they were able to match the exact number and color scheme. Their technology is second to none. Elite was able to pin drop the coloring from another area of the jersey to make sure the number they created was an exact match. Thanks again Josh and Team, you are greatly appreciated!

I needed a last minute birthday gift. P.J. was awesome he put it together quick and with my crazy description, somehow managed to make it perfect. It is the perfect gift and a great price as well. Also, the new location is beautiful and convenient! Highly recommend!

The guys at Elite Embroidery deserve all stars I can give. I made a faux fur stole for my daughter to wear over her sleeveless wedding dress. I suddenly had an idea to have her initials embroidered in blue in the lining. I called a local place and was shut down. I then found Elite Embroidery in a neighboring town, called them and explained the situation. They said to bring it by, and they could work it in. They did a beautiful job in a couple of days time, and I got it back in time to sew the lining closed. My daughter loved it!!!

The team was awesome! Pete helped me get him the correct logo computer file (hint - not jpg) & the time from him getting file to us getting t-shirts (over 100) was one week. Good quality and price also. We look forward to them doing embroidery too.

I walked in to Elite during my lunch hour to check it out. They have a great selection of Badger gear for men and women. I bought my wife a Badger pullover and she loved it. I definitely enjoyed buying from the local guy as compared to a big box store.

We get all of our shirts, polos, sweaters, etc. from here and they always come out looking great. We have our logo put on all of our clothing and they have no problems with an order like that. Great service and great product.

Great service and work completed! I have dropped off 3 different patterns that they have recreated perfectly! Work is always done in less than a week.

Designers beware! I had a client I did a logo for send their outlined vector files to Elite to have some hats and sweatshirts made. Not only did they change the colors of the logo to simplify it, they misspelled the word Wisconsin! How can you misspell a word in a logo thats outlined you ask? They had to have completely disregarded the design (an official trademarked logo) and retyped the words in a font of their choosing. I will be steering future clients clear of this place for sure.

I have ordered from Elite on three different occasions over 3 years and EVERY time there has been an issue with my order. The first, the embroidery was not done well and there were strings coming out and knots in the stitching work. The second time they messed up my order with the wrong item and the third I ordered an item they could not fill, and had to replace it with a different item. Their communication is also very poor!!!

Im rating this a 2 star and not a 1 star because the T-shirts we had turned out well. Now Im sure this will sound very opinionated, so Ill do my best to just state the facts. I walked in and spoke with someone (lets just call him Adam, I dont remember his name). Adam was very friendly and helpful. I told him it would be an order of 6 shirts and asked if there was a minimum for qty, in which he replied no. I asked for a quote for 6 T-shirts with logos on the front and our last names on the back, he quoted me at $10 a shirt. Of course I didnt get this in writing, but was happy and left. I then sent my wife in later that week to place the order (the store closes really early which is really inconvenient). She spoke with Adam and Adam said it would be about $15 a shirt now. My wife placed the order and then called me to tell me about it. I called immediately called Adam and asked what happened. He said he misquoted me for the T-shirts. Then he claimed we never spoke of putting our last names on the back. He then proceeded to tell me that they were making an exception for our 6 T-shirts because there is a 12 shirt minimum (which I very specifically asked about when I first went in). So I said whatever $15 is not what you quoted me, but just do it. It was a misunderstanding, and its possible that he truly messed up and misquoted me. Although he did remember talking to me, and I expected him to honor his original quoted price which he did not. When I first talked to him, I asked how long it would take. He said 7-10 business days. 1 month after my wife placed the order, I called to check on our order. Someone else (not Adam) said I dont see your order, Ill look into it and call you back. Well they closed the store and never called us back that night. We then called again and left a voicemail. They finally called the next day saying sorry we havent started your order yet. At least they were smart enough to put a rush on the order to get it done within 2-3 days after that. They also happened to do my teams softball jerseys and a similar problem happened with my team mate who placed the order. He said they forgot about his order and it took them almost a month to get a couple jerseys done (they were replacement jerseys, so only a couple were needed). Im not saying these employees were bad people or rude, Im just very disappointed in how they run business there. I would have liked to see them honor their first quote, even if it was misquoted to me. Second after not getting the order done for over a month, they should have reduced the price for that as well, they did not. I wont be placing orders with Elite anymore.

Back in july my good good friend passed away unexpectedly and the t-shirt idea came up and so I went local sense I live in sun prairie and PJ and the crew over at Elite nailed it to a T on what we were looking for they went above and beyond for us and completed the order for us in a crazy fast time. now I work for a local dealership and we are looking for shirts to be made for employees and crew members and instantly thought of PJ and the crew thanks again guys and looking forward to more business with you....RIP KEVIN

They have a vast variety of stuff if you like SP local team clothing. Smelled horrible, chemically. Didnt feel I was paid attention to. Made a specific purchase and left.

Brought a load of stuff to be embroidered in the morning and it was done by the afternoon.

Customer service has been incredible. Cant recommend them enough.
