Lori is a delight and extremely knowledgeable about their products. I picked up some 25 year balsamic vinegar, garlic olive oil and cherry balsamic sauce. Everything is fantastic and Ill be back to try other selections!

Went to the Oilerie for the first time today, I wish we wouldve gone sooner. The garlic oil we purchased was so amazing, and the employee was so patient while we decided what to get. Will definitely be back for more olive oil and some of that yummy balsamic.

Lori gained some new Iowa friends August 1, 2021..We called in advance and Lori poured our vinegar and oils in advance of our arrival.. When we got to her store we had a nice visit and tasted more oils and bought additional items..This is a must stop...We love it and love our new friend.. Five Stars..Thanks Lori !!

Wow! I just had the best salad of my LIFE today because of the basil olive oil, and 25 yr balsamic I got from The Oilerie. I cannot get over how amazing they both are. I also got a bottle of garlic oil for cooking, which is equally as delicious. Everything from taste, texture, to the pour spouts in the bottles are impressive. No more are the days of buying cheap, super liquid balsamic vinegar from the grocery store! Treat yourself and get some tasty oils/vinegars!

Customer service was great. The representative walked me through the different oils and varieties.I wanted to order some from my spa business and the clerk was very helpful.I was impressed if they even had natural skin care products.Highly recommend this place.

Lori, the owner, and all her associates are very friendly and helpful each time I have shopped there. The store is clean and well kept. It is fun to try all the different oils and vinegars. Sometimes they have classes and events, which we have not taken advantage of yet but we look fwd to attending in the future. Great product, excellent customer service. Bought garlic olive oil and bread dipping spices. Yummy!

Store is clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. BUT, the prices are extremely high. Green Bay AND Fish Creek Oileries are $4 cheaper a bottle! I don’t understand and neither did she when I asked why it was so much more. Very disappointing for me.

They have a large selection of Extra Virgin Olive Oils from Italy and balsamic vinegars, that you can sample before you buy!We were surprised to see the large selection of other items such as spices, pastas, olives, lip balms, shower gels, massage oils and more.When doing your purchase theyll educate you on how to store your oils.The prices were a medium to high for me but thats expected for the quality you get.We would definitely go back.

Really enjoyed my time searching for a great olive oil. I was able to sample all varieties I was interested in and was given great pairings recommendations from the owner. Glad they are in Sun Prairie. Next time Ill be stocking up on 25yr balsamic

Olive oil selection is good, aged balsamic vinegar is something that you must have. My only complaint is it’s expensive.
