We bought a piano from Marta (The Piano Gal). What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Her communication is top notch. She answered all my silly novice questions about pianos. The piano sounds and looks fantastic. The company she uses to deliver the piano did a fantastic job also. The moving company is also a local family owned business. Marta includes a tuning with the purchase so she comes back and tunes the piano once it is acclimated to its new home. The only question I have is.....why would you buy a piano anywhere else? We first learned about the Piano Gal Shop when Marta and Clarisse would perform at Beans N Cream. When my daughter expressed interest in starting piano lessons I knew right where to go. Marta connected us with friendly and talented piano instructors. We started with a keyboard and just recently upgraded to a beautiful (and affordable) piano! The whole process went very smoothly from choosing a piano to delivery. We are so lucky to have the Piano Gal Shop right here in Sun Prairie!!

I love the Piano Gal Shop! My grandfathers piano was damaged during a move from Florida and the Piano Gal Shop owner repaired and restored it beautifully! I take piano and ukulele classes at the shop. The owner, my teachers and everyone who works here is warm and welcoming. Marta is such community-minded owner. When our piano needed tuning, she picked it up, tuned it and had it delivered at no cost to our non-profit organization. But not only that, she offered to give it a piano makeover, which was badly needed and now looks great. Her generosity, not only in this instance but in many ways, is what makes Sun Prairie a great place to live, to work, and to volunteer.

The team at The Piano Gal Shop are knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. They just create such a positive atmosphere and fun environment. I cant say enough about it. One of my favorite purchases, a custom Christmas ornament from the shop, is so much more than a beautiful conversation piece. You can tell theres passion and love in what they do.

Were a few states away, but this year we purchased ukuleles through this sweet shop for an entire elementary school because they know their stuff and the owner worked hard to get us the best rate we could find. Thank you for helping us bring new and exciting musical adventures to our little musicians!

Not the greatest place. The atmosphere is nice, and I have bought guitar accessories there, but for a guitarist like myself theres not much reason to go, except that the places close. The high e string I bought didnt match the other strings on my electric and caused some intonation problems, which wasnt necessarily the shops fault, but their selection is extremely limited and their prices are nothing special. But if you want a used piano, check them out!

The shop is one of my favorite places to go. The pianos are works of art and it warms my heart to see what Marta does to breathe life into these instruments. We always come away with a new, cool creation and their staff is friendly and helpful beyond measure. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Great music shop in downtown Sun Prairie! Marta is super friendly and the store is filled with cool hand crafted items and artwork made from old pianos. Picked up some Christmas gifts for my family last week, I know they will love them!
