I was in need of printing services. You could say it was somewhat of a rush. A business that I am working with recommended the UPS Store for my needs. Specifically, to reach out to Stephanie as they were taken care of by her in the past. After working with her (Stephanie) I have no doubt that everyone at UPS are top notch. Talk about excellent, I mean EXCELLENT service! She was quick, detailed, patient, and above all treated me as if I was the only customer they had for the day. The customer service at this location is horrible. I was in there last week and I will never step foot in this store again. I would rather drive 15 minutes into Madison. Never talk to the female owner because she goes from happy to incredibly condescending in a matter of seconds. She will copy what you just asked in a bratty 7th grade voice. That is the best I can describe her voice and her attitude. I will take my business else where. She puts us business owners to shame.
I have frequented the store for many years. Im always treated in a kind and courteous manner.
The service is faster, friendlier, and better than the Sun Prairie Post Offices. I usually go here to ship items or the shipping desk at HyVee. Keep in mind that its a small shop, so you might have to wait a minute during peak hours. BUT IT IS STILL FASTER THAN THE POST OFFICE!

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use the services of this UPS store.It is your money at risk, give it to some more responsible business instead, somebody who will actually work hard for you.Long story short - if you think this UPS store is on your side - you are wrong. If you think UPS store means its UPS - youre wrong. If you send anything with them - there is no guarantee youll receive it, theyll try to put blame on somebody else and very probably youll lose your money, lots of time and itll be nerve-wracking.We used the stores services for urgent delivery of our (accidentally left behind in the US) laptop to the UK, on July 6th 2020.We expected them to explain the service and price to us, to pick up our laptop, and for the recipient (family member) to receive it in a couple days in the UKWe paid $400 (FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS) for the service, and left our laptop with the UPS store, and this is when NIGHTMARE began.We STILL dont have the laptop, its August 24th. It was held up at the UK customs for some reason that NOBODY at this UPS store had told us anything about.The UPS customer service says its the responsibility of the UPS store, as they didnt provide enough documentation.The UPS store says even though they have big letters UPS on their building, they are NOT UPS, theyre a separate business (what?! I wish we knew they were not UPS and just a random store before we used their services, haha). And its the failure of the UPS who lost the documentation.The customs holds our laptop for a ransom of $1000.All kinds of excuses and finger pointing. Do you really care about excuses when you pay $400 for, as you thought, responsible service? No, we just want to never have chosen this store.To sum it up, remember, we paid $400 for the service, and they still have our laptop, demand money for the customs, and demand money to send the laptop back to us. Its like robbers taking your money, your possessions and then demanding more money to give you your possessions back.
I am appalled with the service I received. My gut told me something was wrong, I questioned the girl twice about she was doing and she ASSURED me, yes, yes, she was doing everything right. I brought in two boxes of items that I requested to be REPACKED into one and shipped. This is a service that UPS advertises. My bill came to $90 and it just didnt seem right. I asked her twice, youre going to repack this into a different box though right? Yes, yes. I shouldve stayed and watched. My daughter received the package today and what she did was put my two large oversized boxes into one bigger box!! No wonder it cost so much!! That is not what I asked for or expected. RIDICULOUS. Was she not trained? I mean really? Cmon!!!
As the owner Id give ourselves a six star review. Why, because we have some of the most hard working, dedicated, proficient staff around. Especially in this fast paced customer service business those credentials are hard to find. Trust me I have hired, fired and managed people for the past 40 years and count. Thank you everyone at The UPS Store, Sun Prairie.
I use this store every month and sometimes more, always very helpful staff and very nice to work with. It is easy to get this printed and shipped from this location. Thanks for all the help there! Especially Stephanie :)
Took two envelopes to the UPS store for USPS 1st class letter postage. Was surprised by the quoted rates as they were considerably higher than expected for the size/weight of the letters. I figured it is just the price of postage increasing. I wanted them to apply the postage to the letters so i could drop them at the post office myself. They told me they dont apply postage/postmark letters in the store.(After everything Im left questioning if this info is accurate.)They also told me USPS will pick everything up later in the day. I bought a book of stamps and figured i could apply the postage myself and drop them in the mailbox at the post office. I asked the lady helping me if the rates they charged were the actual 1st class letter postage rates i needed on the envelopes and she said, yes. I had them refund the cost and went to drop the envelopes at the post office. There was no line at the post office so i double checked the rates UPS charged.The UPS store charged DOUBLE the actual postage rates! Two letters, same 1st class letter USPS service: UPS store rates: $1.50 and $1.82, Post office rates: $0.70 and $0.91. Then I realized they also charged an extra dollar for the book of stamps. NO notification of additional services fees.You need to make a buck. I get it, but tell your customers that is what you are doing.

I had the BEST experience at the Sun Prairie UPS store! Stephanie handled my wedding invitation order as if it were her own. She helped me to get exactly what I wanted while also making sure I was getting the best deal. Everything turned out better than I could have ever imagined and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use this store for all of my future printing needs!!!
I have been going to the sun Prairie UPS store and I have never, absolutely never had a bad experience. They are very helpful and the service is very high value. I like knowing when I spend money Is going to stay local, that is important to me. The owner is local and the employees are local. What I love the most is 99.9999% of the time they do the packing for me as well. I will pay for this amazing convenience ALL DAY LONG. I have never had a package arrive with broken items or destroyed boxes. I had to recently take books to Fed Ex, as my daughter retuned books back to chegg. It was a prepaid label from chegg. I am glad I went there because it solidifies how good of service I am receiving from Steph and Bryon. The service was horrible at FedEx, they could care less if I was happy or not. I will be back a thousand times more. Thanks for your amazing service.
I was at the office yesterday mailing a 3 ounce package in an envelope roughly 8x12 in size. The price came out to $21 for standard shipping. I asked if there was a cheaper rate. The attendant looked at the manager, then probably was dishonest and said no. I ended up paying $21 for a $15 part. I felt hosed and lied to. I will not return.
I went to return a defective item from Amazon. Immediately I was met by a man who was extremely rude. He claimed that me taking a moment to bring up the label on my phone. He yelled that I was wasting time. His store was completely empty and he was reading a magazine when I walked in. He continued to be rude to me. If you dont like your job dont take it out on your customers. At the end of the transaction he handed me a business card and said his name was chuck. Apparently this rude disrespectful man is the owner.
Had an Amazon return, was in and out in less than a minute. The gentleman that helped me clearly knew what he was doing. Awesome!
Quick, friendly and competent.The staff is quick, often servicing 2 customers at the same time, without additional waiting for either customers. Friendly, competent, helpful and knowledgeable with odd shipments.Compared to similar service retailers like banks and post office this UPS location is right on. Thanks!!!
Super helpful employees - I had a valuable and fragile item that needed to be packed and shipped and they were very accommodating and helped everything go smoothly.

Management staff is rude, condescending and has more than once turned business away. Had a package sent there for my business and they never even called me, for which my client placed phone number on package to alert me it was in. Manager said They only hold packages as favor for UPS drivers, not customers My business has given this store a fair amount of business, but they could care less. Highly recommend the drive to East Town UPS store 10 min away they have better customer service skills and want the business.
Dont order 1-Day Shipping from UPS if you live in an apartment complex in Sun Prairie, you wont get your package on time. Regardless of whether youre waiting for it to arrive or not, their drivers (who Im sure are just following a process) post a Sorry We Missed You note on your door and keep driving. Two separate times Ive taken time off work to wait only to miss them because I didnt get a knock, ring, or call. It messes up my week if I need something on a certain day when traveling for business.Id even understand if I could go to my Access Point and grab it but they bring it back to some warehouse in Madison on 51 thats out of the way and hard to get a hold of to prepare the pick-up myself. Defeats the purpose of paying a premium for faster service.Not accusing anyone personally Im sure theyre just following procedure but when I pay for 1-day shipping, I expect it to arrive when promised. If its not, thats UPS fault, not mine.Adjust customer expectations before they finish their purchase (i.e. generate a warning message on the payment page if they indicate they live in an apt. complex or something along those lines).

Had copies made. 36 color 12 blsck and white. Cost $33.17 with tax. Called another UPS srore less than 10 miles away and they would have chagrd $15 for the very same service. Way to rip off your customers. Never going back.

I get lots of printing work done here and the customer service is always excellent. They are courteous, fast, and knowledgable.
How do all 5 employees tell you you are wrong and didn’t print at their store. Uhm ok. Let me pull up my sent email and you can look up the employee you said would no longer be working at the store if they charged me .25c a copy and not the $1 quoted today.Excellent customer service. Manager Stephanie is rude and racist. Had one package to ship and she hassles me because she cant scan the barcode even though label is legible and visible. And this had happened on multiple occasions. She tells me to print label correctly and mumbled some people. Lbvs, I will go tell my printer to be nice and print it correctly next time. And also I will report this to your corporate office. Shes mad about doing her job. On the other hand, Byron did excellent job taken care me, maybe he should be the manager since he has people skills. FYI, it is rude and waste of payroll for manager (Stephanie) to be scrolling up and down on Facebook while customers are waiting to be served.
Went in today to ship a package, they say they ship ups and usps and give you some outlandish usps rate to get you to use ups. This is the second time they have done this bait and switch bs with me. Today I left, ups ground 6day shipping price $26 with insurance and tracking, their claimed usps price $42, actual usps 2 DAY! shipping price $22 with insurance and tracking. You cant lie to customers and expect them to regularly use your service.
Charged me $3.99 to scan one document. This is a total rip off.
