This business was recommended to us by friends because of their inexpensive prices. Apparently cheaper prices are your reward for completely horrible customer service. We were the only customers inside and we were never greeted or checked on. The female employee only left her office when she began turning lights off when the business was still open for fifteen more minutes. We had several questions for the employee, but she offered inaccurate information and didn’t know the answers to the rest of our questions. She advised us to “just check the Facebook page”. Even after showing interest in the merchandise, she continued to turn off lights. Finally my husband asked her if she simply wanted us to leave when she replied, “Well, we close at three,” while looking at her cell phone. The present time was 2:54. No apology. We left. We’d rather pay more for patio furniture if the people providing it actually want our business.

Apparently now open by appointment only and seem to have been for quite some time; unclear why they havent updated their hours or information here given the ease of doing so. Would give higher rating given great prices previously, but communication and service clearly has a lot of room for improvement. The number listed here does match the number posted on their door to call to schedule an appointment, so at least the contact info is correct.

We needed to furnish a new deck and patio area and were looking around at options. Word of mouth pointed us in this direction and we couldnt be more pleased. The selection was exactly what we were looking for and the sale pricing was fantastic. As far as customer service goes they were some of the nicest real people Ive dealt with, extremely accommodating as we wanted different pick up dates for different items. Stop here first!

Nice big selection. Pretty good prices. The only drawback in my opinion is that everything is sold as a set, so even if you just wanted the sectional...you still have to buy the coffee table ect...
