I find pretty good deals here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only fault I see is they dont have enough staff to keep boxes of product off the floors that are suppose to be on the shelf.

This Store NEEDS MAJOR OVER HAUL!! Nothing Is Ever Stocked The Stock Is Always In The Middle Of The Usable You Ask If They Have Something You Know They Have And The Employee Says Should Be Over ???!! Night Shift DIES NOT Pay Attention To Much Employees Always Taking No Cashiers Always Have To Wait For Some one To Show Up Out Of Alit Of Things Or Just Havent Stocked The Shelf!!Not A Community Friends Place! Not Very Professional Atmosphere! Employees Dress Like Just A Day In The Park If You Know What I Mean!

Every time I go in, the shelves are half empty, there is product all over the floor and no matter what day or time I go in, there are rolling shelves, with product that needs to be put away, in or around almost every aisle making it difficult to navigate the store. I have been about once or twice month for almost two years and it is always like this. I used to shop there up to six times a month but I just cant stand going there anymore.

Was open late Christmas Eve, thankfully. Great selection, a little messy because they were so busy and aisles are close together which makes it feel crowded. Great store, close to home, and has a lot of items for such a small building.

It was clean and the staff were pleasant. It was a pleasant experience. Well worth the trip from South Meadows!

Love this store and everyone in it. Great personalities and always happy to assist the customer. The prices are perfect and the products are good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was getting down the aisles. I know you have to stock shelves, but it seemed every aisle I wanted to go down had 6-10 boxes blocking the aisle. Not the 1st time Ive had this problem. Seems the last few times Ive been there boxes filled the aisles. Safety issue.

Employees are great but they dont have enough workers to keep up.

The cashier was Great . I was a little short and he covered it. So the people behind me didnt have to wait as long

Excellent customer service. I asked where the dishwasher soap was an the nice lady showed me to it. 4 of 5 stars because its too crowded with merchandise.

Place is hardly ever stocked it’s a mess . Employees are rude . By you using the dollar general discount, employees like the guy with long hair and bandana says you hustling them when the company provides them for customers. District managers need to improve

You have employees that are abusive and 86 people for no reason at all! Have fake employees that lets people steal and steal their selves! I was in 3 days ago and was treated poorly by a cashier I had that day was rude! Need to clean out the aisles from things so you can get around the store without falling on something! I would do something about the stealing etc. Soon!

I been here before and had good service this time was terrible. 5 employees standing outside taking a break while one guy checking out a line of customers waiting and then ice cabinet outside was locked and after already paying for ice had to wait another 10 minutes to get someone to unlock

Store is kindof clean but stocked well. Cashier is very talkative but really slow due to him trying to be funny. Line gets long as he talks randomly. Youll spend more time in line then it takes to shop.

This DG often doesnt have many items in stock or on the shelves. I do not count on them having most basic items we used to get there. This store is going down hill.

Love Dollar general but the one in sun valley always has merchandise in the isle not put away which makes it hard to go down the isle. Every isle has boxes of merchandise or shipping and receiving carts and you cant get by them. Also they need more cashiers.w

Great place to shop. I bought shoes and socks there. The socks were more than a dollar and the shoes are more foam than rubber 😂🤣 I was surprised you can get them there 🙂🙂🙂!!Well stocked with everything you could need and not s bad food selection 😉.The bathrooms are OK.The service is good.The staff knowledgeable.No microwave but overall a ⭐5 Star⭐ place to shop.

I find everything I need at Dollar General and Im quite happy with my purchases. The workers are friendly and helpful. I just like going there 2 the 5 times a month if not more to see whats new. The prices are right.

Always a pleasant experience

Sales Associate? Who is that. all the guys that work there are to busy at night smoking on the side of the building. They dont even come in when they see me park in front and walk. All baskets are usually fill with product that needs to be stock, so good luck getting a basket to purchase $100 dollars worth of stuff. This store never has gets the baskets from the parking lot Customers have to if they want a basket. I have seen shoplifters come in crab stuff and walk out. These shop lifters scare me and have backpacks usually dirty clothes and on drugs.This store usually doesnt have staff trained enough to do the coupons from online right. This store is easily open to anyone to walk in without it having supervision. Every time I ask for a Manager she is not there. I live 1 block away and have been in 4 days in a row to talk to store manager and its always an excuse for her not being there.. No one seems to know her real schedule, so is there a main store manager??? Also when products are on sale for the current week they are on a stock container the same way they came of the truck and I cant get the product if it hasnt been unpacked. The bathrooms are like a outhouse.

If i could rate this store zero stars and still leave a review every time I come in this store the guy with the long hair and glasses is the rudest person EVERY TIME ..not just today but every time hes rude to customers disrespect his co workers in front of people..this is the last time dollar general gets my money...this is the second time Ive encountered this rude young man. Once was a nice place now you cant even go down the isle merchandise on the floor or still on the crates in the middle of the floor .. And then theres a couple rude women working there. I say if your looking for a great deal on soda this is the spot. Everything else go somewhere else theres another dollar store across the street😣smh

Pleasent staff

I think this store is underrated. I have been to many DG stores and this one which is centrally located in the heart of Sunvalley in Nevada serves as a one shop store. What I mean by that is the consumers use it for all off their shopping needs. My take on the store is it pretty organized for the traffic this store has. There is not enough employees to have this store looking as tip-top of shape that the locals would like. The employees are very knowledgeable when it comes to answering questions. They are all very friendly! I was extremely impressed with the quality of products they have and how the store was set up. The only thing that was negative through no fault of the current employees is the sales and clearance items were not reset.

You cannot walk at all in this store. Nothing is organized and everything is in boxes in the wAlkways. Honestly it’s a fire hazard in there.. but the employees are very nice. Was offered a basket instead of a cart because well you can’t push a cart around in there anyway 😂

Even with all this sickness going on. The service was amazing and they got you out the store in a timely manner.

It depends on the store. Some dont deserve 5 stars. But all in all theyre good places to shop

I rarely leave bad reviews but this is absolutely absurd and requires attention! My mother went in to purchase some items and came across two hand sanitizers. She proceeds to check out with the rest of the items she had shopped around for and the cashier takes the hand sanitizer and yells “Jennifer are you going to sell the hand sanitizers? She has two” Jennifer replied “no save them for the store” my mom asks why, if they have more available in the shelf. My mom walks over to show Jennifer that their is in fact more sanitizer and Jennifer replies “oh they were put in the wrong place. I’m going to use them for our store” This is absolutely ridiculous! Especially with everything going on with this Covid-19. I understand you need to keep your store sanitary but why take the supplies that are meant to be for customers to purchase! This is a problem! Absolute GREED when you have plenty to use on top of your registers!! I have contacted the store, left a voice message and will be waiting for a response!!!

Its a fun shopping place. There is something for everyone of all ages. The people are really friendly.

For prices and assortment, its pretty awesome. But every time Ive gone in there, the boxes of inventory are up and down the Isles and a complete mess you cant even push a cart in there! I also have to wait in line for WAY too long! Very claustrophobic!

Upon going to this location, the staff greeted me as I was walking through the door ask me if I needed anything or if I need assistance in finding anything! After shopping and upon leaving the entire time the staff were always eager to help you out and to help you find things and possibly find you a better deal!Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Dollar Store all of these are by the same company they just have different areas that they specifically target in!

The Shopping was good but the wait in line was terrible..there was only 1 casher for about 10 mins when that Cashier had to go from be the other cashier because the line was so backed up.

Ive been in the store only 3,,,times and it was a pleasure the people were very nice and cortesyt

The dollar tree on oddie blvd is absolutely horrible! The shelves are bare, if anything is on the shelves, its sooo disorganized. Floors havent been swept or mopped in months if ever...then theres the homeless people begging for money at the front door, they approach you going in and coming out!! Needs some form of management or at least some pride!

I havent been here before. I was disappointed.most other dollar stores sell everything for a dollar. Most of the items in this store were about regular store prices. I cant say what other dollar general stores look like, but this one was like a salvation army store without the organization. There was stuff everywhere so much so that aisles were blocked, you couldnt turn a basket around. It would be better cleaned up, organized, less stuff and lower prices.

The type of store it is,I would say it was a good place it has most anything you would want.

The store is kinda cluttered but the people are great. The prices are pretty good . They have a pretty good selection of different things . Most of all its a quick stop . In and out .

Since the previous manager has been removed, this store is gettin much much better. The only thing I encountered was an individual that as I perceived it, kinda acted as if I was interrupting them. Customer service skills rather lacking.

Most of the staff is pretty nice but when theyre doing inventory you can barely walk around and they normally only have 1 cashier so it can be slow.

What a bargain! This store has absolutely everything you need. Went to pick up a soda and ended up with two bags of groceries and household goods for 20 bucks. Very friendly staff.

Bad costumer service . One cashier tried getting at me and gave me his number on the back of a reciept. He tried paying for my 1 dollar Gatorade with his card. They take years to ring up all customers items and workers be hiding in the back room to avoid assisting their customers. They also be raising their prices on their low quality items. They change their store hours more then they change their own underwear’s. Fernando... is always trying to conversate with my siblings and I to get information out of us. Aka the guy that gave me his phone number on the back of a receipt.

Sometimes there yellow tagged clothes are a penny and they have great prices, so far my fav store
