NEVER GOING BACK HERE! The people are nice there BUT they price gouge! Bought a bong from here and it was marked $80, well got to my vehicle and started peeling off the price tag and low and behold lol the price tag underneath was marked $65! Was told they change prices all the time to see what sells more lol not here let’s make things right! I loved the smoke shop till now after charging me $25 more than the actually price!!!

Not buying anymore cigars here. Just got home after buying one from this place and it started to unravell before i lit it. Humadore needs some attention. Not the first time either.

Cheapest smokes in Sun valley. Friendly staff. I come in and they know what I normally get and have the pack of cigarettes waiting for me. One time my car wouldnt start and one of the guys gave me a jump start in the snow. O and they accept the smartphone cigarette coupons. I just wish they were open later than 8:30pm

Most of the staff are friendly and such. But one guy who is there now seems to have a relatively unpleasant attitude. Makes rude comments about customers. Just not to their face. And most were undeserved. Dont like your job then go find a new one.

The people are cool but they are a little expensive for my taste.. But i jyst always thought that smoke shops are supposed to be cheaper than gas stations for cigarettes and stuff. But they are definitely...not.

Good customer service and reasonable prices

They claim to have quality cigars and be a smoke shop. All they sell is bongs, blunts and crack-pipes. I wouldnt use those cigars as mulch. Their selection of beer is limited to the hum-drum everyday Bud, Miller, etc to the malt liquor. Nothing interesting here!

This place is messed up they false advertise they have a card stating buy 10, 10ml. E-liquids get a 11th free and its a lie. I bought 10 e-liquids a when i went in bought my 10th e-liquid asked to get my free 11th of the same type he says no you can only get this other brand that is nasty. I said why i bought 10 of the e-liquids i like and you stamped it for that e-liquid and the card states buy 10 10 ml. e-liquids get an 11th free. The owner states i qote I didnt make any promises to anyone. I said no... your card advertises that buy 10 get the 11th free so you did make a promise to give an 11th. Free. It does not state an 11th free of the stores choosing. If it was only for a specific brand the card should state that aswell as you should only get a free one if you buy that brand and only get a stamp for that brand. But it does not state that instead i was spending money at a store i could of gotten my e-liquid from somewhere cheaper but i went there because i thought i was going to get a free one after buying 10. They are liers and false advertise who knows what else they false advertise about as well as they hike up the prices on the elements and electronic cigarettes. That place is only a goid place to shop if you like nasty e-liquid flavors and want to pay outrageous prices for electronic cigarettes. I used to tell all my friends about that smoke shop telling them they have a great deal buy 10 get the 11th free now im going to tell everyone dont go there its a lie. So please if your reading this just remember if you want a free e-liquid from there you can only get the one the store chooses for you. Good luck on getting one that tastes ok.
