The Reef is one of my favorite dispensaries to visit. Their prices are some of the lowest in town! The staff are usually nice and friendly; however, not everyone mentions the rewards points program so unless you dont ask, you wont know. Logan provided good customer service the last time I went to the Reef.

I almost strictly go to Reef Dispensary in Sun Valley because of their outstanding and friendly team! Im terrible at ordering food most of the time, let alone bud but they always make the most of making sure their guests are comfortable and leave happy AND satisfied with their products. Reef in Sunvalley is great! I will say reef has good deals, cheerful employees, always has good deals on products, and last night when making my purchase I was helped by a great budtender Megan. She made sure I had everything I needed and also helped my niece that came with me to reef and provided excellent customer service and made my night thank you Megan!

We have used Reef in Sun Valley since they opened. From day one we have always had wonderful customer service, have been treated as a valued person, and feel welcomed as if returning to a second home. There store is always clean, prices are decent, and a wide selection to chose from. We have recommended plenty of friends and family to try them first. Nate, one of our favs at the shop is excellent at explaining the different strains and new products when they come out so we are able to make the right choice.

TLDR: My favorite out of all of the dispensarys in Reno/sparks. For there price and customer service.I have made a point to go to every dispensary in Reno. But I always come back to Reef. The peaple know what there talking about. They have a local discount. Answer questions honestly and give me the exact amount of information want. I dont feel out of place like I do in dispensaries with huge glass cases and too much granite. Or feel like I have to play into the over-commercialized 420 culture other places play up. Its a little more expensive than other places. I have never had to take vape carts or bud back because of issues. My only complaint is I would really like some pure Sativa Flower. But I havent found that anywhere so it doesnt really effect my view of reef.

The last time I went in I was helped by Megan who really impressed me with her commitment to making sure I got the right products that I needed.Edit: Just stopped in again the other night and was helped by Ashley. Easy to navigate store, very personable bud tender who knew everything about their menu. Very helpful and easy process plus good variety of bud will definitely go back.

This dispensary has a pretty huge selection of flowers, running 4 or 5 tiers with platinum their being the highest/top shelf options to choose from. There are always 10 or more strains in each tier so you will always have a lot to pick and choose from when it comes to flowers while shopping here. The store front itself is on the smaller side especially when compared to most of the other shops in Reno and Sparks but what it is lacking in size it makes up for with the diverse selection of strains from tons of different cultivators. Their wax and cartridge selection is decent and come from a variety of extraction facilities. Their edible selection is also decent with a sampling of most of your most commonly infused foodstuffs in stock... i.e. cookies, chocolates and drinks and tinctures.The budtenders are helpful and friendly as well as being pretty knowledgeable about the products they carry and what they will do or not for you and your symptoms/needs.

What a positive experience! A great selection (for my needs anyway, not the type of person who has to go to the biggest, most varied stocked-up store in town) I’m more about the service than the prices, selection, or atmosphere. It doesn’t need to look like an Apple store.I happened to show up as there was one open tender, so the wait was nil. I was greeted cheerily and with a smile by a tender named SHAWN. He had AN APPARENT WILL TO HELP, and happened to be the SHIFT MANAGER. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take the time to explain the menu and it’s format, the current specials, and any other questions I had about batteries etc. MANAGER SHAWN was very helpful and will probably only deal with this gentleman going forth if possible.Service was top notch. And again, that is why my rating is so high.Everyone I have talked to about this location pre and post my visit have said it sucked and told me how terrible it was. I tend to disagree! But just my opinion.One thing that was a bit of a negative is that is was very busy so in turn it was very loud, as it is not a very big area. I didn’t have a problem, but I feel the older generation might have a problem communicating because everyone was on the verge of shouting. It was kinda nuts when I think about it. That stuff just doesn’t really bother me.The other negative kind of goes hand in hand with the first one, in that it was very busy and crowded, and the tenders’ cash registers are spaced very closely together. So you are standing almost shoulder to shoulder with whoever is ordering to your left and right. So privacy is kind of an issue if you like it a bit more discreet, or even just a bit more personal space or interaction. Again, it didn’t bother me, it was just something I noticed.So, if you like TOP-NOTCH SERVICE, a good selection, and very competitive pricing, head on over to Reef in Sun Valley. If you like bigger, spacier, more modern looking stores with huuuge selections, or are a person who likes to speak more than shout to the person helping them, or enjoys their space and privacy at the same time, well I would still stop in, just be wary is all! I will be back, that is for sure!Heck, I mean even the bags are friggin sweet! It doubles as a wine bag, and is cooler than anywhere else I’ve been. And they give you free stuff for writing reviews, I mean c’mon!Last (but definitely not least) you can walk across the street and get you some Golden Arches or Golden Chopsticks to take home with your purchase!

MEDICAL PATIENTS STAY AWAY !!!!I would come here on the regular and spend a ton of money each time, while also tipping very well. I’ve had a terrible experience recently coming here. At first I went through the drive through to buy an oz and had gotten shortened 4 grams thinking I wouldn’t notice. I’m a medical patient so my medicine is crucial for my health. I went here to the drive through again and my passenger was drinking a white claw and they the manager and the guy at the window harassed me and told me to get my life together and also threatened to keep my ID AND call the cops..than I told them I would write about my experience on the reviews then he threw my I’d back and started to record my car as if I had stole from the dispensary then ran out the dispensary to call the cops and chase me down.. vVERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Then I went inside 3 days after that and the main boss of the dispensary said I don’t care how much money you spend or even if your a medical patient ... and the funny part was he wasent evven DRINKING A WHITE CLAW !! Everytime I would come here they would look me down and harass me because I’m under age with a medical card ..? After that I cashed out all my points and tell everyone I know NOT TO COME HERE . BAD SERVICE 2021

This is my go to dispensary. Security is super easy to get through. They have drive thru which is very convenient. My sister and I went in this last time and and got a budtender with the Name Jelli and she was super nice, very funny, and extremely knowledgeable about products. Every budtender is super kind inside and in drive through. They all have upbeat attitudes! Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing time!!! I always receive great service from this dispensary and all the employees are very knowledgeable! Today especially, a worker named Jelli was super helpful with helping me choose which strains I wanted and even put me onto some new stuff that is honestly blowing my expectations out of the water, so shoutout to her, definitely an amazing budtender! Overall, this is one of the best dispensaries I have ever been to and I will forsure be coming back!

Meh, not great. I have been there numerous times and they hardly have the same thing twice. So if you like a product you’re unlikely to find it again.If you think you’re going to simply order it online and pick it up good luck. The menu changes all the time. You are forced to deal with funky paper menus (that undoubtedly everyone has touched) trying to find something close to what you got last time. Also I ask them to put the change and my ID in the bag and typically am ignored. They don’t want to look up past purchases like local competitors. I like the drive through feature of this location and proximity but I think I’m going to find a new location.

Reef went above and beyond with their Drip sale on concentrates blowing all of their competitions sales and specials away. And to give the industry 10% back on Wednesday during the sale is over the top. Thanx so much for making Drip season awesome 👍!!!

I freaking love this place.. sshhhh 🤫.. they always get me exactly what Im looking for. I happen to be rather picky when it comes to properly medicating myself. Some of them even greet me by name when I walk in which makes me feel that much more welcome. The menu is pretty good and I always find something for whatever price range Im working with. But, dont take my word.. check them out for yourselves.

Amanda in the drive through is pretty awesome. Her excitment cant help but put you in a good mood. Although I dont know why youd be in a bad mood if you are about to get weed.

I have been here a couple times cause my home dispensary closes really early. Each time I have been in here I have had GREAT customer service, the staff is very knowledgeable (Im from a generation of all marijuana was know as pot) had answers to all my questions.. and the best part was, when she didnt know about something she looked it up. Also the prices are very reasonable for what you are getting. And they also have deals you can get, which makes the prices even better.

Ive been coming here for a solid chunk of time and have spent an exceptional amount of money. Always been particularly pleased with the product and customer service; At least until tonight when I came and the doors had been closed and locked at 11:47 pm. I understand sometimes these things happen, but a note is typically the professional way to go about informing customers as to -why- a shop might be closed early. For me personally if My boss came at 10:59 and the door was locked, even that one minute before closing, Id be let go. Ive lost my best closers over it.This coupled with all of their prices climbing over the last two weeks, (e.g. 1 gram of wax was $24, $36 is the new cheapest. A 50% increase) Im inclined to take my business elsewhere.An amazing shop with a poor business model, I hope the store can climb back to the standards it had once set.

This is a very fine dispensary located above Reno in Sun Valley. Their leaf products are absolutely Superior and sold at the right price. They also have a great selection of concentrates. The staff here is very friendly and they will make you feel like you have just stepped into your own living room.The prices here are less than you would pay in Reno. There are many dispensaries in the area and it is a wonderful eclectic sort of town. it is well worth a visit to Sun Valley to shop at all the dispensaries... and find your own favorite place.

As an out of towner it can be intimating to go to a dispensary but this was an amazing experience! I cant stress this enough the friendlyest service I have ever had! Ever. Good deals got a buy 2 get 1 free deal on carts. We also took advantage of some discount edibles. The man who helped us. Was very helpful with dosage information. The menu was clear and easy to read. He explained the menu and sale options clearly and quickly. Even the music was good in this place. Quality product. And I loved the reuseable bag they gave us. Very environmentally friendly.

Staff went downhill. I prefer to shop when the men are there. The women are fake and flirty. I get it were picking up weed. Party minds will flock. But most of us are happy with our women. Its highly unprofessional. Im going to check out the other dispensary on sunvalley blvd.
