Helpful staff and relatively clean. Kinda sketchy at night. Has most things.

Clean aisles, not too crowded and check out line ran smooth with friendly service

Got my oil changed here. Great job timely service. However went to pay and there register was down so we had to go-to 3 different service counters to ring out. People were paged, no answer no one could help until the service manager was finally found. Waited in electronics for 15 min for any agent to show up without anyone ever coming. Where are the employees, they say there always there to help.

I dont like the long lines n that not that many registers are open. But overall I always find what Im looking for when I need it 😌

I gave this store a rating 5 months ago and I believe the store is gotten worse. The employees have attitudes they do not know where product is and just pretty much dont care. I believe that the employees attitudes and how they work are reflective of the management. If I had the opportunity I would give this story negative 5 stars 5 stars this has to be absolutely the worst store I have ever been in.

Great store 2 go to when your in need of food, clothing, outdoor supplies, toys, holiday supplies, electronics, phones, sports,camping, beauty supplies, cleaning supplies, pet supplies including (meds, leashes, collars, toys, puppy pads, food, can food, cat stuff etc) walmart🎉

Good morning went down cause I would have thought they stocked shelves at night! The place had been picked through and a fountain drink on the shelf in the clothing section. That being said the employees all were happy and cheerful. The store was clean and there wasnt a crowd! I go to Walmarts all over Washington but home store in Sunnyside WA is still home. Life always cant be perfect! Have a nice day!

Things are really starting to get better each time I visit. I noticed some changes and looks like its going in the right direction.

The service associates were very helpful and walked me to every item. The self check-out is a little frustrating though. I didnt know I worked at Walmart today 🤣😂

Too many products do not have prices by them. Some products are mismarked. Some products are not in the correct place on shelves. Shelves are not stocked, lots of empty spaces. During the summer there are a lot of flies in the bakery and deli area.

The lines were horrible not enough checkers and there never is they are rude and slow manager and assistant manager are not pleasant either all they do is walk around with there walky talkies and look important when they should be checking people out last night I was in line fore almost 1in a half hours guess they dont want my business!!!!!! Its a pretty good store. However, lately Ive noticed that quite a bit of the bread and pastries, and goodies, and stuff in the day old section, are barely discounted...didnt use to be that way .

This store is managed like an abusive parent trying to wrangle a group of kindergartners. Walmart is bad enough but this store is in really bad shape. The employees live in fear of their bully managers, I have never experienced a sadder, more rotten culture. Friends, please don’t support any Walmart; especially this store. Walmart is the largest employer in the world and our communities pay a high price for the perceived savings while the company does nothing to improve their culture or working conditions. There are two locally owned grocery stores within one mile of Walmart, both have comparable prices. Please do your part, do your research on the dynamic far reaching effects of this evil company and chose to support local businesses.

This Walmart needs alot of help..The stock is very low, and the store is very ran down. But all of the staff was nice, but didnt care about there store. Maybe just bad management? I did go to this Walmart for black Friday and I will say it was better ran then over normal days Ive stopped in. Walmart should never have empty shelves in my opinion. Very sad job.

Never high on my list of places to visit. Usually my last choice.

Dogs in grocery carts! No one interested in helping! Shelves empty of items I can find in many other stores. Checkoit stands from which you can not get extra money. Not going here anymore!

Great store can get almost anything you need. All Wal-Mart employees are always helpful, kind and willing to help in any way they can.

If you need anything that requires assistance you will be standing there for a long time especially paint. Expect at least a 30 minute wait. Realistically Walmart should just get rid of the paint section anybody waiting on paint doesnt have enough value to the store and with retail struggling they have to much pride to admit it. The store would make more without it or best automated. Another fact is price manipulation always check prices there write them down and you will see a lot of manipulation in prices.

Honestly, if I could give a 0 star I would. Asked 4 time for help with one of their grills and waited there for someone to pull it down and no one showed up. Decided to just leave and pick one out somewhere else.

I was lied to saying I could reload my walmart pre paid card at my local Walmart but when I went to do it they said that they couldnt do that so dont trust things you but at walmart

Apparently here you can only buy one case of bottled water per person but if you are trying to buy 2 gallons of water you can only buy one which is no where equal to one case. One 24 count case has a little over 3 Gallons in it. Water math is different here.

Went to get outdoor supplies only to find out that they are a small store and dont stock alot of things other Walmart Sores have.Went to the local ACE store which is a lot smaller store and they had everything I needed and I earned AWARD POINTS!WHY shop Walmart?

Walmart is simply Walmart I mean theres really nothing else to say about Walmart besides when you cant go to Costco you go to Walmart.

Aint like it once was, now you pay a lot, for cheap stuff and the clerks are rude when you ask for, just, dont like shoping hear un less I have to,anymore used to love shoping here but not anymore

Super nice employees helped get a trailer tire put on our wheel, after a blow out on the freeway.

Always a bad experience in Sunnyside Wal Mart. The place is really dirty and everything feels like its been touched. Not much selections either for a walk Mart. And the toy department workers steal all the valuable diecast cars and action figure to re sale. Cant ever find anything for the kids because its always been robbed by the workers

I had a passport photo taken in their photo department. When I went to submit my passport it wasnt allowed because I had my glasses on. The person taking the photo hasnt informed me of this. When I tried to get it retaken they couldnt do it because the printer was broken. Didnt offer a refund or alternative. I had to go to customer service for help. Person wasnt exactly friendly as I heard him make a rude comment as I was walking away.

Every time I call Or press for customer service And every time nobody never answerse. I have waited up to 15 min.

They have great products at walmart and low prices. Thankyou

Cant always find things needed and clerks are not helpful IF you can find one.

Walmarts sizes on womans clothing are not exact. I always have to buy one or two sizes bigger than my actual size. Other than I love walmart, I always find what I need fast and check out fast using the self checkout.

I hate giving my closest Walmart a 1 star rating, but this place needs some major help.1. The staff does not seem friendly at all. They have a lot of employees stocking shelves in the evenings which is fine, but if I am in close proximity of you, you should say hello or ask if I am finding everything okay. Instead they say nothing or dont even smile. I used to work at Nordstrom in seattle so maybe I have high expectations. Acknowledging your customers goes a long way and sets a positive shopping experience.2. The store has hours posted with a closing time of 11pm. I have been in the store a few minutes before the store is suppsed to close and they literally say over the Intercom, we are now closed and its 10:50pm! Do not post closing hours if you dont really honor that. That is rude and a disservice to customers.3. Also if youre going to have a person at each entrance randomly check receipts, they should greet incoming customers instead of just standing there like security. Even Target security greets you in Yakima.4. The store can be cleaner. I see Walmarts in the Tri-Cities, Puget Sound area that are way cleaner.These are all easy fixes with the right management. People can shop anywhere these days and online. When people go somewhere they are looking for an experience. Come on Sunnyside Walmart, you can do a lot better.

Supervisor Julio fixed a nightmare I was in, trying to buy a bbq. Bought a bbq on line $747 in Yakima to pick up but it was canceled. Not sure why but my credit card would get credit 3-5 days. I called to find the bbq an hour and a half away, called the store to make sure they had it before buying, it was confirmed by 2 employees in Kennewick but was told they could not hold it, first come first serve. So I bought another one on line.. We drove a couple hours to get there to get it and was told sorry it was canceled. We were driving home and on the way stopped at Sunnyside Walmart, told Julio what has happened, he stopped what he was doing and said if we dont have it in a box you are taking the floor display home. He got his crew of 5 employees together to get the grill from sky shelf. I was in and out of the store in 15minutes. His spent a crazy 2,4k on getting this bbq, still waiting for $1,600 credit on my card. Julio attitude was im going to solve your nightmare to the best I can, and he did with the best attitude and professionalism.

SOPHIA in the sunnyside Walmart is so rude . I ask to speak to the manager because of the bat she was rude . When I ask to speak to the manager she hang up on me!! That was just the experience with her on the phone. In the store she was were the ugly mug on her face with her bad customer service. I understand people have bad days. she obviously HATES HER JOB OR HATES HAVING TO COMMUNICATE WITH PATIENTS. I HOPE WALMART PHARMACY CAN GIVE HER A CLASS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Grocery department is usually fair. Many times, there are areas of out of stock. There can be several reasons for it. No one asks if they can help you. You have to approach them. It was that way ( before Covid ) too.

Didnt have water are other things were needed

Need to reopen cashiers in the garden department. A real circus just to get a few plants and potting soil.

Good variety. Contactless dropoff is great. Lets me get my groceries without even entering the store.

Nice Walmart

Out of everything I was looking for all camping supplies and many other things were gone. Everyone wearing masks but its a little creepy. Long line at the door when I left.They did have a good supply of fresh fruit and vegetables

Just 15 miles away from Prosser. Its a good grocery center. Service is good and people inside that I met are friendly. The only problem is the place is a bit more crowded.
