My teen and I love Bonzis! The atmosphere is cool, their coffee bar offers a variety of yummy drinks and the owners are always super friendly. PLUS they got you covered if you need to buy a gift for someone you love. But our favorite part of the whole shop has to be the little side area where we get to skate, pogo or (our fave) ride the ez-rollers. I highly suggest checking them out!

The shop owner was professional and kind to the previous customers, myself, and the customer that he addressed when I was leaving. The store was clean and offered many different items from house goods, bicycles, skateboards, to FedEx parcel services, which is what I used. He had the necessary document pouch that I needed, whereas two other FedEx shops in Grandview and Prosser didnt. Good customer service, clean and organized store, with the needed supplies. A good experience.

I once paid $4 for a piece of tape there. Also they dont do Amazon digital packaging slips even though its advertised. Employee help is subpar.
