Jerry was right on time and informed us that the item to be repaired would be covered under a recall from the manufacturer. Jerry worked quickly and neatly and was very gracious! Jose in the office when I called was also very good to work with! My refrigerator now working like a new one

I highly recommend JGE Monogram Expert. Very helpful and prompt. Martinez in the office is awesome. I had multiple issues with my washer that was still under warranty and they worked with the warranty company and did all the repairs in a timely fashion. Desi and Carlos two of the amazing technicians did a great job. Very kind and patient with me. If you need repairs done I strongly suggest that you call them!

My Samsung Dishwasher was malfunctioning and Wilson at GE Monogram Expert came out and within minutes he had located the problem and fixed the washer. I was impressed with Wilsons professionalism and attention to detail while he was in my home. He gave me some helpful tips and was on his way. This was by far my best experience with a repair company and I will definitely be using them again if anything else ever needs attention.

Carl of GE Monogram Expert responded immediately to our call and came to our house within an hour. During a kitchen remodel, we noticed rust behind our refrigerator and worried there was a leak. Carls honesty was appreciated, as he explained no repair was needed and condensation developed from a design defect. He cleaned behind the refrigerator, made some simple suggestions, and charged us only for the service call. We would definitely call him again if necessary.
