I was very pleased with the service I received at this store, both within the store itself, as well as the delivery-service I subsequently received. Dealing with the sales-rep was especially noteworthy & positive, as he patiently listened to & answered my questions & inquiries, and he was very forthcoming in providing me adequate information and accommodating my needs as a customer.Im also pleased with the speedy, early delivery, which was punctual, arriving right on time without delay. Overall, Im very satisfied and would recommend doing business with this store any time.The only thing I would suggest towards improvement (and I discussed this with the sales-rep as well) is that some of the information he provided (involving thread-count and how it relates to heat-dissipation) was very interesting and well worth remembering for a customer...but unfortunately it could only be delivered verbally. It would have been very useful if it could have been provided in a written form, either in the form of brochures or whatever, as it was very interesting, informative and would be a valuable resource for a customer to refer back to in the future. So I would recommend that the store consider providing some of that info in a written form that the customers could take home with them.

Phenomenal. After spending as much time as it took Bo patiently answered all of my questions and me going to another location to check out a mattress that they dont have on display. Today I had one last question so I stopped in and Bo answered it right away. Ive bought several mattresses from mattress firm and this was the most informative, patient and low pressure salesman. It is important to get the right mattress for you and having a large selection in different price ranges to try in person is essential to your health. Thank you Bo you have been outstanding. I will review the delivery. Yay for being able to try a mattress. (Now I have to figure out how to get a hot, foam covered queen sized rock back to Costco)

One of the best shopping experiences ever. Marwa was really nice, patient and trustworthy. We had too many questions for our 4K bed and she answered them all with a full knowledge and patiently. She offered us their great APR free financing and we were so pleased knowing that it just took a few moments to confirm and getting us approved. We felt bad that we stayed way after store hours to make sure we are making the right decision and she didnt make us rush at all.Highly recommend to visit her and the store.

I purchased my new mattress in this store last week. The store is new and everything is organized nicely. A lot of mattress to see, and not very crowd. Marwa was the one who helped me. She is very patient, professional and be able to give me reasonable suggestions. The whole purchase process (from not sure which one to buy till decide) took less than an hour. Most importrantly, she was able to offer me a very nice price that I dont think I can find lower price offer in other places. The delivery is also fast, I bought my mattress on Sat and it was deliveried on the following Mon. I would highly recommod this place to every one.

Bo from Sunnyvale Mattress Firm was amazing! My wife and I decided on pretty much what mattress we wanted with a few accessories and he was there to make it all seamlessly happen! We even got our mattress delivered the next day. Our overall experience was definitely a 10/10!

The salesperson at the East El Camino Mattress Firm store, named Marwa:(1) Made unsubstantiated health claims about a bedding product, in an attempt to push us into buying the expensive product, which has a no-return policy. When I asked for further information about medical or scientific studies to back up those health claims she made, she just simply repeated the script and provided no answer.(2) Worst of all, this salesperson outright misled us into buying a wrong product that is not what we asked for or needed. We explicitly asked for a comforter for a queen-size bed (which we were just buying at the store with her), however, she told us to buy a blanket product, which was NOT physically in the store -- we did NOT see the product nor its box. Unfortunately, we did not think that anything could go wrong at that point -- we trusted her that she suggested us the product we explicitly asked her for. It was a wrong assumption on our part. However, it was a clear misleading action on her part. The product was shipped later to us and it turned out to be a small weighted blanket, which is not usable for us. When we contacted the store back for a return and refund, due to the incorrect product, she and the store denied that request. It is quite unprofessional and a wrong policy for the store to have, since this mistake is clearly on their part.We will not purchase anything from Mattress Firm ever again, given the unprofessional actions of the salesperson, and more importantly, the unreasonable and irresponsible policy of the store and the company.

Marwa provided perfect customer service and suggested the best mattress for me. She explained the delivery process in a way that was easy to understand and I had nothing to worry about.

I didnt walk in expecting to buy a bed.. The store was clean, signs to keep you safe, the store was really organized and spacious with all sorts of options. I was just looking for something in the near future but once I found my bed and Carmela explained financing and made it so easy to schedule on my day off. I was just blown away by the amount of work that goes into a mattress, cant wait to get some great sleep.

What a great experience my fiancé and I had with Marwa and her store. Nice top brand mattresses with something new to us called “adjustable foundation”. More importantly, Marwa gave us no attitude when we asked her a lot of questions and she answered them all with step to step demo on the adjustable foundation and showing how it works and the advantages of having one.We finally found our new bed that we have been looking for weeks. Purchased a new mattress with adjustable base. The showroom is great, well stocked, and I learned this location is new this year, so the showroom models are new, too! Worked with Marwa Akrami who was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was wonderfully patient. I was able to make a sound decision on the mattress and base! They have affordable financing if needed, and platinum service delivery and removal of same for a nominal fee and in 2 days! Very happy with the service, purchasing experience and showroom!
