Edible arrangements has wonderful fruit-based treats. You can pick up from any of their stores or They deliver almost anywhere. their chocolate covered fruit is to die for. I believe their chocolate covered strawberries are their most popular item. Although a little on the pricey side if you want to send a fruit arrangement as a gift it is a great idea. Since this is a franchise or corporate store all of their locations provide very similar quality

Very small storefront, but super sweet. Gorgeous everything and super tasty! Plus if you join their rewards program you can get a free gift on your birthday.

Dont order from here. Believe the low rating/bad reviews. The customer service/ management is terrible and should be shut down.Ive worked and managed customer service industries for several years knowing the value of it and have never had such experience. Im appalled by their management and astonished why theyre still open with so many negative reviews.I ordered for Mothers Day 5/9/21 way in advance. I called on the day of to ask when it should arrive and they guarantee no later than 9pm. They did not deliver, nor did they give an update/ notice that delivery couldnt be completed.I called that night (but they were closed at 9:30pm giving grace period) next day at opening morning, they still didnt have it ready nor completed nor even on the way. Said theyre going to deliver around 4:30pm same day and theyd have a manager contact me.Manager never contacted, all excuses no apologies, they delivered it around 5:30pm. $75 for this being late and not quality. Terrible business.

I really want to thank Flora for helping me with a Thank you gift 🎁 for my Grandsons teacher. I originally called the store on Monterey Rd. But the girl that answered said they were too busy to take my order by phone, I was shocked 😲I called the Sunnyvale office and Flora took the time to make my order just ✅ right. Best customer service ever. Specially on Valentines day knowing they were slammed store manager Mauricio totally hooked me up and got me an amazing arrangement and managed to make it nice and fresh and I only waited about 10 minutes. I wish there was a 10 star option ..very pleased.

We ordered a party platter to be delivered to my Mother-In-Law on Mothers Day and it never showed up. Talk about an awkward Happy Mothers Day call when she thought her first-born forgot about her. We were hoping the reviews were wrong but they were not.

Now I know why there are many negative reviews on this particular store. I hate leaving bad comments however customer needs to be forewarned and owner of this place and management needs to improve! I ordered for my sons birthday gift with balloon 4/25/19. My son was delighted when he received it and texted me how happy he is (I wasnt home when it arrived) I got home and asked my son where is the balloon? He responded with, There is no balloon!. I got very upset as they didnt call me and asked me what they can replace it with as other store will call you when problem arise. So rude and very disappointing! It sucks to pay $91 and not receive what you ordered! I had to call them to let them know that I wasnt happy how they handle my order. I will NEVER order from this store again!

I ordered 2 dozen strawberries in advance for Mothers Day. They told me to come back later when I arrived because they hadnt started preparing it. They never called back, when I tried calling they hung up without speaking to me. I never got the chocolate covered strawberries or a response.

Order at your own risk. I was sent an edible arrangement for mothers day. An attempt was made to deliver it when I was asleep on the Saturday before. I tried to return the missed calls on my cell and reached no one. I then tried to call the number on the door tag and reached no one. The following Monday I expect a re-delivery attempt as I was home all day. No such luck. My mother emailed me the receipt ($89) after her calls resulted in no answer as well. Tuesday after mothers day I drive to Sunnyvale after work and attempt to pick up the arrangement. I didnt like the cleanliness of the facility so I just asked that my Mothers card be refunded. The woman at the desk told me she was too busy because it was now Mexican Mothers Day (I was the only one in the store) and she didnt have time. At that point, my mother and I conference called Amex and promptly got the charges reversed. I cant believe these people call themselves business owners.

Received our order for her birthday and everything was melted and wet and falling apart. Did not deliver in time frame given and driver was rude and didnt care about how the arrangement looked. Called customer service said would send a new arrangement the next day between 9-11. Called at 1230 and they said they havent sent it out cause only did business in the morning and residential deliveries in the afternoon. Would give 0 stars but wouldnt let me

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER AT THIS STORE. Three days later I am still waiting for my Aunt to receive her birthday gift. This store is very unreliable and should be closed. Given the run around about all the reasons why the order I placed was not made or delivered but they took my money right away!

Order was placed day before for simple order. Reached 10 minutes after the order pick up time however the item was not ready and reassign given was like I am only one in the store and it will take another 5 minutes. Very unprofessional. Eventually order was ready 30 minutes later

They answer the phone no problem when you place an order but try call after your order is not received and there phones are down for 2 days. never delivered twice now no call, no email and there 800 number just keep referring you back to the store that doesnt respond.

If I had seen the reviews first, I might have picked a different location. They called to ask me when I wanted it delivered, and I thought that was fast, 2.5 hrs later I called to check in and they told me its still being made, and asked me when I wanted it delivered. I hope they still make it before the end of the day.

Apparently, when you place an order and choose a delivery date it means absolutely nothing. Furthermore, if you have any issues with your order, calling this location will automatically result in sitting on hold for more than 45 minutes (the longest I was willing to endure) and still not speak with anyone. And when you call the International number, you will also be on hold for a lengthy period before being redirected to a voicemail box. So either option doesnt actually conclude with any resolvement of your issue and you have paid for an overpriced bouquet of fruit that doesnt show up. Yay! (sarcasm has become the only coping mechanism for this company right now, as I still have not been able to speak to ANYONE about my missing order).

While ordering it says “ Delivery times aren’t guaranteed” which I understand. BUT on delivery instructions I had put an approximate time they could deliver it (12pm) it was 2 pm and I was trying to figure out if it had been delivered. I called the store and spoke to “ Vineetha” she said she couldn’t find my order and said she would call me back. She called back and still said she couldn’t find my order. I gave her all of the order info and all she said was “ Ok ok I got it” AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. Why??? I called back, Vineetha answered and I asked if I could speak to someone else and she hung up again!!! I was just trying to figure out if my order had been delivered or not! Not once was I rude to her for that to happen. I called back one more time to speak to a manager. She answered again and I said “ Hello Vineetha Can I speak to your manager?” She says “ oh you want to speak to a manager??” (Acts like she’s getting a manager) “ Hello??? Hello?” The same lady answers acting like she’s the manager!! I was so sick of this lady. She did not handle this in a professional or at least respectful manner. I just gave up and had to ask the person I had sent the arrangement to if they received it. Such a bad experience. Will never order from there again. No wonder all of your store reviews are bad...

I dont like writing negative reviews and I am really patient when it comes to services but this was just not ok. We had planned a colleagues birthday celebration with a 30 minute window. I called the day before to ensure delivery well before that 30 minute window and was reassured this was a business delivery and would be completed by noon, which was 1.5 hours before the event. Then I saw 1pm go by, 2pm, and 3pm and nothing.We ended up sending someone out to the store to pick it up. They had to make a new one. The person who picked it up didnt know the exact order so no fault to them. But the new one was not made with the correct container and the salesperson said theyd throw in extra fruit for our troubles (which ended up being chocolate dipped strawberries) but to add to the unfortunate story, those were part of the original purchased order.It is very unfortunate this incident occurred as edible arrangements was a great alternative to cake and other sweets but the customer service is inexcusable.
