No one ever picked up the phone! We’ve been calling this store for several days, every time waiting on the phone for hours but no one ever picked up!So we went the store and called again in front of the pharmacy staffs, and the amazing thing is: they’re not busy and they know the phone is ringing and just look at the phone and keep their own conversation!

Terrible service at this pharmacy. I just moved here and had a prescription transferred from out of state. When I called to see when it would be ready to pick up, the answering machine noted my phone number and told me I had a prescription ready. So I went to pick it up, only to be told that they couldnt fill it for another 2 days. So I had to leave and come back, and then pick up the bottle that said it had been filled 2 days before, so was already done when I came the first time. Meanwhile, I had given them my insurance information but the prescription cost so much I thought they must not have build my insurance. They assured me they had. The next time I filled this prescription it was almost twice as much as the time before. I asked if they had billed it through my insurance because this just didnt make sense. They said they had my insurance information, but maybe Medicare hadnt covered it because it originated from out of state! There was absolutely no effort made to find out whether the insurance had been billed or whether there was any kind of problem with them covering it from out of state. So I called my insurance company and discovered that they didnt Bill anything to the insurance at all. They charged me $21 for something that should have been $2. The insurance company called the pharmacy and they say because I waited too long ( more than 2 weeks ) they cant refund my money, and the insurance company is probably not going to reimburse me the whole amount because its so absurdly high. Staff at this pharmacy just dont put forth the effort to give good service, and it kind of seems like they enjoy making things difficult.

My previous pharmacy was closed and I wasn’t notified. I need my prescription immediately. The pharmacist helped my transfer my prescription and shared update with me promptly. Thanks a lot!!

Refuses to pick up the phone from me, my doctors, and other pharmacies for multiple hours. Zero help when I drove myself to the store. Zero empathy. Zero stars if I could. I just got discharged from the hospital with a diabetes diagnosis and I cannot get any insulin because this pharmacy lied to hospital staff about it being ready (and then it being out of stock), and nobody can reach them to transfer the prescription.

Selling used medicinesIn a single line, I would sayInhumanity people running so-called medical shopOn 22 June 2021, Bought a stomach infection medication and some others for my daughter from the CVS. I realized that the syringe was missing, bottle seal has broken. Also, 25% of the medicine is used, which looks like a returned one.Mid-night(12.30 AM) I went to the shop to replace. A woman was locking the front door, and I explained to her[Gabi is her name, she said].She refused to replace me and asked me to come on in the morning even the store is 24 hrs. I said my kid is already waiting to have this medicine. But she did not care about that.I agree on one thing. They no need to serve after their duty hours.But CVS is not supposed to sell the used medicine.I am doubtful of Sunnyvale CVSs quality of service.The lady I met in the store said. Checking the medicine is used or not, whether the syringe is inside is the customers responsibility.Im highly recommending, to check your medicine whether used or not, quantity, etc.

Unhelpful. Very few staff. Dangerous practices. Do not trust with your medication. They will literally give you the wrong medicine. Refuse to communicate and dont have pharmacist working in the pharmacy.

TLDR: The pharmacists here are rude and unhelpful. Stay away.I had to transfer to this CVS when my old CVS closed down. I knew my Rx was in the CVS system, because I received a text from CVS saying it was time for a refill.The first time I came in for a refill, the pharmacist could not find my current Rx and said he would call my doctor. He asked me to come back later, without offering to let me know when it was ready. He didnt contact me, so I came back the next day.The first pharmacist wasnt there, and he hadnt left any notes about my refill, so I had to go through my request again with a different pharmacist. She was rude from the beginning of our interaction. She was also unable to find my Rx, despite the fact that CVS had already charged my insurance company for it. She was grumpy and made no effort to resolve my issue, telling me I needed to get my doctors office to send the Rx to them again.I decided to go to the nearby Walgreens, where they refilled my Rx and were both helpful and polite. I had to pay out of pocket for the refill, because of CVSs charge to my insurance for a medication I never picked up. Calls to CVS go unanswered.Im not going to be using CVS again.

Allergy meds are locked away, and after hitting the service button multiple times and hearing the intercom nobody came to unlock it. Left location to do my shopping elsewhere. Dont expect to be able to get in and out quickly here.

Pharmacy personnel are quite unprofessional. I went 5 times in person and called them like 10 times to transfers a prescription from Kaiser and refill it and they could not do it. Even they can not read the name of medication. I dont recommend here.

I was here to pick up, but it turned out that my order is out of stock, so I have to go to another pharmacy, no calls or text about it. Why bother? Sick person can go here and there just to be told that order cannot be fulfilled. It took me two lines and 30 minutes to get my order redirected to another pharmacy. They said me that they redirected it, but they did not. So I had to wait in another pharmacy for 30 more minutes.

Wanted to pick up a medicine and was told to wait 15-20mins. It was ready 1 hour 30mins later. I was told to wait by the side for them to call me. After they call me, they ask me to get back to the line again, which contains like 7 people... so I went into the line 3 times in total.... Why is it so hard to pickup a medicine? I’m sick and I have important things after that.....

I LOVE the nighttime staff at the 24 hours pharmacy. The pharmacist is helpful. Recently they added someone to run the register so the pharmacist can do what pharmacist do, makes the whole process quicker. Its handy that I can roll in at 11 pm and still get answers to my questions.

No one there to help the photos printing. Device is faulty, there was no cable, nor it was able to detect all photos in my phone. People working there told no one knows about this or why it is not working. Not staff fault, but no one available that knows their own store product is insane

The CVS in the picture is NOT the store in this location. This store is outdated and dusty. The shelves are never as stocked as in the pictures and their lines are hella long. I only go there for one or two things and I am in line for 30 minutes easy. This location has a lot of homeless.

I bought a CVS brand apple charger cable cost me like 25 bucks (more expensive than original cable). A store manager told me it is high quality & has 1 year warranty. 3 weeks later, my phone CANNOT recognized this cable at all. When I went back to the store and asked for changing a new one. The same guy told me CVS is NOT responsible for changing the cable and I should contact the manufacture. Come on, it is CVS brand & doesnt have ANY info about manufacture. I would never go to this store again

This PHARMACY is NOT 24 hours. The store is but the pharmacy is not. Hours of the actual pharmacy are no where to be found. When you need medication urgently, this is a nasty surprise. Recommend Walgreens in Mountain View instead.

This location is fairly out-dated and I often find the shelves to not be fully stocked, leaving a few items on my shopping list after I leave. There are often long lines at checkout with only 1-2 registers open at a time. On the plus side, the pharmacy is open 24 hours!

Sloppy about details; has told me that I had no refills when I did and that my insurance did not cover medications that it did. Never made a mistake about drugs, to be fair, but sloppy is not a good look for a pharmacist.

Stop it please. CVS POS machine at the pharmacy sometimes injects an advert, and if youre not careful youll mistakenly opt-in to a service. Safeway did this some years ago and got in trouble, Im dismayed to see CVS following their lead.

Terrible service at this pharmacy whether its on the phone or in person. Medication is never ready for pick up and the lines are ridiculous no matter what time of day you go. Whenever you do speak to someone they are always in a rush. Phone service is also terrible. Expect to be on hold at least 15 minutes before someone speaks to you.

The Pharmacy hours are no longer 24hrs. Effective December 6th 2015 they are:Mon-Fri: 8am-MidnightSaturday and Sunday: 8am-8pmThe rest of the store remains 24hrs, just the Pharmacy hours are now limited.

I hate having to take three trips for a prescription to get filled. Thats energy, time, miles on my car, gasoline, and wear and tear on my car that I can barely afford in one trip let alone 3 trips.It was 2 trips as in part of the three trips (at least) for another prescription medication.Ugh.

Just large floor area doesnt make a store work. Went there for an ankle brace and found only 2 types of them. Moreover there is a long wait at the counter almost always. No one knows when their photo studio works.
