Vic knows what hes doing and wont waste your time (or his). Told us what he could and wouldnt do and for how much. Did a repair on our old garage door and quoted us for a new one.

Excellent service by Vic!! Called him at 8am and he was out of the door by 8:45am! He was super efficient which I felt was a reflection of his passion for everything garage doors (based on our brief but technical conversation). He charged way less compared to what others were quoting (and trying to overdo things when it was unnecessary).

I had called Vic a couple of years ago to replace the torsion springs in my old garage door and came away with a positive reaction, so when it was time for a new garage door, Vic was the man to call. His attention to detail and no nonsense personality assured me that things would be done right. Carlos and Vic set up quickly and had everything they needed to replace the track, door and springs. They worked quickly and had the entire job completed in no time. Vic took the time to point out the features of the new door and track, and even managed to give me more room in my garage! And on top of that, their cleanup left my garage floor cleaner than when they arrived! I now have a door that is far superior than the original, which runs quieter (the track installation is far superior to the original) and is more efficient (recommended and opted for the insulated door, since it is south-facing and in the sun the entire day). From the time I placed the call until my garage door was fixed was under 2 hours. Vic was fast, professional, courteous, clean, and reasonably priced. Replaced two broken torsion springs and my door works like new.

I dont have the door yet, so this review is for first customer contact. Excellent is the only way to describe it. Vic texted to let me know he was about 20 minutes away, answered my questions, gave me brochures for the door and the opener so I could read up on the manufacturer, find out specs, etc. He even offered to secure my door and did that at no charge! (The top part of the wooden frame split from the door completely, so the top section was just flopped down, leaving a big open gap at the top of the door. Vic got hammer and nails from his truck, went in the garage and nailed the pieces to the outer frame to secure it til we can replace.)Really nice guy, looking forward to him doing the work.

Just had a great experience with Vic fixing my garage door. When it wouldnt open this morning I went Oh, that is what that noise was last night....opps. He arrived on time, had all the supplies ready to go, and fixed it quickly. It even sounds better than before it broke.And just today I bumped the sensor thing and messed it up-Vic came out and fixed it in literally 30 secs!
