The salesperson Sandy is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and spends the time to explain how to best use them. We recently bought an induction rice cooker, and can’t be happier with it. It has multiple functions, is easy to use, and has a stainless steel inner pot. We were looking for a rice cooker that did not have a teflon coating like our old cooker because of the health concerns with teflon. It’s beautiful and very cool to use…I didn’t know a rice cooker could be so high tech. Highly recommend the products carried in the store and recommend that you ask for Sandy.

While the contractor who works in the home improvement industry must have many true experiences, I am glad that these references helped me eventually found the perfect range hood here.My friend and I went to the store to test different models. Yan (Lin) was extremely welcoming and professional. I particularly appreciated his logic. He only asked key questions and narrowed the selection down to the most suitable model. While I was still having questions regarding the model, he did not respond with a sales pitch.  He truly analyzed the real scenario (even the home inspection process) and provided an honest solution. e.g. I was curious about the Euro Design series, but giving the real circumstances of my kitchen ( enclosed cabinet and limited height between the stove and range hood), that might not be the most suitable model. Best of all, he was very responsive to all my post-sale questions and on-time installation.The installation service was amazing. The technician made precise measurements and triple-checked the perfect seal of the pipe. He covered the whole stove with plastic bags and suggested putting away kitchen appliances to keep the area neat. Upon finish, he wiped down all the dust and provided step-by-step instruction. It is this kind of true care that shows well-trained professionals and an outstanding team. I hope more people in the bay area can also have the opportunity to experience their quality product and service.

I can feel she loves her work.Due to COVID we need to wait 2-3 weeks after placing the order, but Sandy keep tracking and updating the status after we paid. What a wonderful experience it was to come to this shop. Sandy the sales rep of this location in the Sunnyvale location gave us a really good explanation of what their main line of products can do. I really like that she put effort in looking whats best for us instead of trying to upscale us. She understands and respects our decisions and circumstances if we chose a more economical option since we came knowing what we wanted originally.She even let us get a feel for the products to try it out how they work and even check how maintenance would work because of which we ended up getting a higher tier model than we originally came for since discovering the maintenance hassle of the lower end model (kudos to self cleaning!).That being said we also happen to come in at a really good time where we got to pick 2 extra small appliance (air fryer & soy milk maker) added free of charge as a mother day promotion! As well as finding out that there are warranty (lifetime - motor, 10 years - parts, 5 years - labor included), installation, and delivery free of charge for coming and purchasing in store whereas online you only had basic warranty.Id say the visit was also quick to the point and efficient as other customers were coming in every 15 min with actual purchasing intent so the the sale rep was really busy.Highly recommend this place if your looking for cooking range hood that have the power specs you need for those asian or strongly scented dishes and for the good service.

I recently stopped by Pacific Kitchen Life store to check out their range hoods. Our current range hood is also a Pacific. It works fine for the past 20+ years, I just would like to see if the new models are quieter. Sandy helped me at the store. After hearing what I was looking for, Sandy showed me their current models installed at the store. The new model is definitely quieter and has more features, especially the auto cleaning. We decided to get the range hood. Sandy also showed us the Fulgor Milano stoves on display there. It is beautiful! Weve been having some issues with our old range. The Fulgor range has higher output and flat stove top design. So we decided to get the range as well! Now I am really looking forward to the delivery!Sandy has been really helpful. She explained every details that we need to know about the items that we are interested in. Helped us to reserve a schedule for installation ahead of time because we werent sure about the measurements at the time of our visit. Then she followed up with phone calls to confirm the installation and make sure she has the correct information for our order and choice of options. She made it very easy for me. Now I just need to wait for the installation to come!

Replaced pump broke in a year and the seal was broken too. They charged labor and parts again to fix the issue. Expect to give them your own towels to clean up. The technician doesnt bring any. Person on the phone was very rude too.
