The store is spacious and clean. Staff is friendly, though I did not ask for help. The assortment is good for that kind of store.Plaza parking is big enough.

William the tech manager here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He figured out my printer issues and more. This is the highest level of customer service Ive seen from Office Depot. Thank you, William!

Terrible service at your Sunnyvale Store! I bought an office on line to avoid the hassle. I picked the chair up at the Sunnyvale store, everyone was pleasant at the time of purchase. We unpacked the box. There we no tools and no bolts. I called the store 3 times with an automated voice hanging up on me after many rings. I called your service center number inside the product information, they gave me a disconnected vendor number. I called the service center back, they said the vendor was closed and to call back Monday. I called the Sunnyvale store again and was told to bring the chair back, which we re loaded back into the car and took all the way there only to be surprised by no one owning up to saying bring the chair back and the store manager handed us a packet of bolts without any real empathy of all that had taken place. WE WILL NEVER SHOP ATANY OF YOUR STORES AGAIN. There are plenty of other available stores in the area from which we can buy our office supplies. So long Office Depot.

Went in to get basic office supplies. Used the restroom... Which was fairly dirty. Had cobwebs hanging over the urinals....I got in line and the woman in front of us had a large, apparently complicated purchase. As there were 5 other people beside us in line the cashier asked for help ringing up. He was told just go as fast as you can Incidentally and totally not the cashiers fault... There was a lengthy wait. While the one person actually working ( a young man with red hair) 2 other employees came by but did not offer to help....Moral of this? Go to Staples, anywhere else but here!

Store looks very run down...not enough help. I drove all the way there to send a fax and phone lines were down...I asked someone to help me to PDF some papers to email address instead and he showed me a machine and briefly showed me how to do it...not much customer service! He said it was easy!!Easy for him maybe...Carpets are shabby, inventory low. Basicly no customer service...I wont go back unless Im desperate!I Had been shopping there since it opened!We have a small business...Very disappointing!!!

Never ever ever has this Office Depot ever met any sort of normal standard for customer service. Between the unprofessional employees who consistently have awkward interactions with their customers.Final straw was the printing fiasco. Had to get docs of a specific size printers front and back. The person who took the order and the person who printed order were different. Printer took it upon herself to change the size because she didnt like it, with no understanding that I needed that size for a very specific reason. Then didnt even print both sides when clearly the file was two-sided. Why I print job took literally 26 hours to perform is crazy.Was given some hogwash about could only receive store credit. Dont want store credit for a place Im never coming back to. Finally got the refund I deserved.Wont be back... unless my life depends on it. Viva la Staples!

Normally, my experience shopping at their stores is a fairly positive one, however, this time... not so much.This whole experience seriously altered my day! I had planned to do some shopping next door at the clothing store and then have a quick snack at the grocery store next door to that but errrr ummm uhhhh... today I had to respectfully decline.I went into this location today (March 13, 2019) and MUCH TO MY DISMAY, a VERY LARGE, unbothered rodent walked out into the main aisleway (to the right of the store when you walk in). He then paused before casually jogging across to the adjacent aisleway and climbing into the metal display rack. 😮Now, normally I would have said it scurried across the floor, however, this creature kind of just casually walked out as if he was checking out the deals that were on display. 😶I IMMEDIATELY alerted two nearby employees who surprisingly (👈 italicize that) informed me (while smiling) that We know. (Sarcastic, slightly annoyed tone). We have exterminators running through here all the time. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤨Ummm...I didnt know whether to be relieved that they were on top of the problem or concerned that exterminators are running through here all the time and yet... the problem still exists. 😟I didnt even feel comfortable staying long enough to alert a manager about their need for better employee training. What can you say? Its an Office Depot & you get what you expect. This ones in a strip mall that accessible only from the northbound side of El Camino Real, at the corner with Fair Oaks.

Unreliable. Arbitrarily close early whenever they feel like it.If a store doesnt plan on honoring its posted opening hours, hours shouldnt be posted, so people wont waste their time going to a place that closes early.

They got real bargain price items here. The clearance section have some items which were less than a dollar. I brought 3 items for less $3.

Not very helpful staff. will not speak to you unless spoken to first. even if they see that you have been wondering around for a few minutes

Been here before when you go to check out seeing three or four guys are all huddled around 1 area. I have to finally yell to have somebody come and wait on me and they always look like why are you bothering me? I think Im just going to go way over to Mountain View to pick things up its not worth bothering them.

Schools are opening some items are cheap like notebooks and other school supplies. Just bought some notebooks and folders. I spent less than 10 bucks.

Staff are hard working, printing sections is solid, just make sure you get there early in the week to get what you need

The store clerk have informed me that the cost of recyclying my empty ink cartridges is like $2 each, and that they dont give it right away only upon confirmation of an email. When Ive received my email, it says there that I am only getting like one cent for each empty ink cartridges that Ive recycled with them and did not explain anything else further. When I called in the local center, the manager told me that the credit will not appear until the end of a quarter which is equivalent to three months. They had misinformed and tricked me into doing this, now I dont even know if they are going to give me my supposed to be credit of $20!! Dont trust this place on what they inform you, liars, bad place to go!!

I ordered business cards online at 10:30am Sunday for Same Day service. My cards were not done at 5:30pm. Did I get a call to tell me my order couldnt be done. NO. All they gave me is excuses. No excuse for same day service.

200 points are given for recycle cartridges and points for ink and paper are given per dollar ie: 50.00 ink = 500 points. Theyve changed the rewards to every month. Ten dollars for every 1,000 points, rolled over for three months. There is no charge for dropping off your recycles.
