The employees were very helpful in find a fragrance I liked.

I like shopping here for girlfriend but felt anxiety and ultimately pushed out of the store. Employee was helpful but put pressure to pick an item when my goal was to just look around. Employee escorted me through store from entrance until exit. Not sure if this is a new policy but very intimidating and uncomfortable.

Absolutely THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! I went to this store to purchase a birthday gift basket for a friend, which comes in a cardboard box, nice wrapping and a note tag. They did not have the package in the fragrance I wanted and the workers advised me to pick the one I liked and they would wrap it up for me after I paid. Once payment was made the workers advised me that there was no more boxes, wrapping or tags. Instead the workers wrapped it like the image below. I will be sending this review to customer relations because this does not cost $14.00 and my friends birthday is tomorrow.

Sometimes it’s confusing but I love it

Store was nice and clean it smelt soo nice as always. They had some sales going on which was awesome although I wasnt the one buying 😁, the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Bath & Body Works sells bath and shower gels, soap, perfume, candles, home fragrance, lotion, and antibacterial products. The company is under L brands along with Victorias Secret.This Bath & Body Works is located in Sawgrass Mills Mall in the hallway with the Lego store. I usually prefer the stand alone stores to the mall locations which tend to be very crowded. Also since Covid they make you wait outside in a line to enter the store because they are only letting so many people in at a time. Fortunately my timing was right and I was able to get in and out quickly. I have to have their PocketBac. I wear it on a lanyard around my neck at work and my students love it. They dont like the plain unscented kind the school provides. I give them a squirt of mine as an incentive and the aromatherapy districts them and calms them down. Sometimes I call it my magical comedown lotion. All that and it kills germs too. The stuff is amazing. Bath & Body sells it 5 for $8. They dont offer it in as many scents as before Covid but I can always find 5 different ones I like. This time my favorite is the mango.I have also shopped at this store many times for gifts during the holidays. If you arent sure what to buy someone you cant go wrong with soap or a candle from this store. Sign up for their coupons and emails to maximize your savings. They usually include a coupon for a free item.

All employees are very helpful, Daniel and David were professional and attentive. Store smells amazing and is always organized. Love their fragrances on all products. My favorites from all time are stress relief line products and Japanese Cherry blossoms.

Went in, instantly greeted by a welcomed voice. The associate Marcy was very clear and knowledgeable on each product, the sale, and was able to tell me what products would or would not work for me. 70$ total, and I only paid 50$ due to a buy three get two free sale.

This is where its at, l love the vanilla scent. I bought my three months supplys 🤗

If you want to smell like a God you must go there. The cream cost is around 15 dollars but you can use it for about 6 months or more it depends on your daily use.

Always a great experience to buy in this store. The scents are amazing

They always lie about having mahogany teakwood high intensity. Make me come back at a specific time which appears to be always when they are off their shift. And they never have it. But the staff are really hardworking and nice. Really sweet people. They just need to keep thehigh intensity in stock.

I only like to shop here when there are events going on because everything is too damn expensive. I mean i know its good quality but damn you gotta be a person that earns alot of money to be able to buy things from B&BWs if theyre not at a discounted price.

The outlet at SawGrass has nothing.Old fragrances only come in the big bottles & the newer fragrances you cant find sets in the small bottles. So you may find the bodywash but no spray or no lotion for most of the more popular scents. This location was a waste of time for me this trip.

The store Bath & Body Works at the Sawgrass Mills, Plantation - FL, is a special place to buy a variety of products relacioned with the aromas, scents and perfumes. The products can be soaps, oils, creams, perfumes, essences, candles, exfoliating products for the skin etc, all made with selected raw materials and dermatologically suitable. For me, this store is ideal to buy some products to use during a special ocasion as, for example, to celebrate a hot and sexy night after a dating, or to do a relaxing massage to your super sweet darling.

I visit the store at sawgrass mall on a Sunday, the store were pack, and with vary loud music it is pretty hard to place a purchase. I had a horrible experience. And adding to that the sale people it is all over you. I work with sales before, and not every single costumer like to be that.
