I was expecting to drop it off in the morning and come back at the end of the day to pick it up, nope all done within an hour and super friendly. We came with a working phone, noted on their receipt to only have minor screen damage and are leaving with a broken phone that was damaged to the point of motherboard failure. The cost to replace the screen was $270 but the motherboard cost $265 so they did not want to take responsibility for it monetarily or physically as it turns out they don’t have anyone at any of the local franchise locations who knows how to fix motherboard issues for a Samsung s20. Dealing with corporate is like going to a car dealer, they kept trying to weasel us into the worst deal for us, arguing that their final resolution was protocol however a escalations manager named Kioko, Daniel Cowen and Jessie “came up with” so called solutions that would leave us in the whole. Each time they called back with “ good news we can do a little better” but it was 7 days after being without a phone waiting on these people that they claim they got Samsung to provide a new phone but still wanted us to pay $275 for “the repair” that was never completed. It should be phrased “the breaking” of the phone and the loss of service which we pay for whether we have the phone or not. Terrible experience from corporate down to the store level.

Speedy service and professional attitude. Aux plug broke inside the jack when I dropped the phone and broke the back glass. Fixed it in 2 hours got the broken plug out of the jack too. Cant complain at all about this shop.

Came in today to get my phones LED fixed. Paul made sure to let me know what seemed to be wrong with my phone. He happily answered all of my questions and took my phone in for repair. He was also able to recommended a new case for me considering I was not happy with my old otter box case. Jakob the tech did an amazing job fixing my phone as installing a new screen protector on it! He did all of this work very quickly and I was really happy with the experience. Another thing to mention was how the overall repairs were very inexpensive. All in all it was a great experience and would recommend giving this shop a try :)

(this is more of a review of every location Im so sorry)Ive fixed three different items, at three different locations, on three different years. First one was a Playstation 3, second one was a pair of ATH-M70x monitor headphones, and third one was a Logitech MX Master mouse.Throughout those experiences, the staff was so, so friendly. The fixes were also super timely, and havent broke again.One of the fixes was a little more expensive than I wouldve wished, but the other two were so impressively low-priced, that I couldnt even mind about it lol.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, patiently answered all my questions and fixed my broken phone. I live in Weston and there is a closer location to me but I’ve been to both locations but these guys are fantastic so it’s worth the drive.

I went to the location in Plantation and they told me that the screen replacement for my phone Note 8 will last 4 hours, so I called this location and Joey told me that it would be about an hour. Joeys customer service is fantastic and he is also very knowledgeable. My phone looks like new and he even gave advice on the correct accessories to prevent this from happening again. I was on my way to a different business in the same plaza when I decided to check with this one to see if they would help me. The greatest experience! My issue was minimized with the level of ownership and issue resolution that this team demonstrated.I brought the phone with a cracked screen and while being fixed the home button was found to be damaged. When they reached out to me I told them that I wasn’t informed that this could happen. The manager/owner got involved and took ownership of the situation. It took 1hour He charged me a very cheap price I left soo happy and grateful.. thank you again so much.

Good service but had a sketchy experience. Fixed my iPhone. Great. But when my daughter rebroke it, she went in and asked if there was a deal for a re-repair. The rep said they would to it for $60 but only for cash. I dont like a retailer operating that way.

My son accidentally dropped by phone and broke screen. Went to cellular store I bought it from who wanted to charge me $100 more than what I paid for the phone a year ago. Took it to UbreakIfix who got me up and running in about 25 minutes for $85. The service also comes with 30 warranty. Definitely give them a shout if you experience a phone accident

The service was great. However, they use sub-par replacement parts. I had 3 iPhone screens replaced. Within a month, all three screens cracked. One was in an Otter case. Mine broke on a 1 foot drop. My original Apple screen took a beating before it actually cracked. My conclusion is they use cheap replacement parts. I will never use them again and will take my phones to Apple for repair.Dont waste your hard earned money!

We are return customers and have had very positive experiences both times we have been in for service. In both cases, the phones had been dropped and the glass shattered. Repair was done within a couple of hour. The guys in the store even ran out to pick up a part we needed when it wasnt in stock. Great service done quickly!

The service is good which is why I’m giving two stars. I paid $200 to have my iPhone 8 screen replaced. After getting it back, some areas of my screen would not work, I took it back in a day later and they told me to factory reset my phone to resolve this issue? Didn’t resolve the issue. A day later my screen cracked in a ton of different places and my phone was in an otter box and NOT EVEN DROPPED. I ended up getting my screen fixed again with a different place (for $100!!) since, I’ve dropped my 3 times and my screen has not cracked nor have I had any issues with areas of the screen not working. Obviously the quality of the work done on my phone was not 100% being the circumstances with my new screen vs. the screen uBreakiFix replaced on my phone.

After dealing with the Apple Storess terrible customer service, ridiculous prices, and down right horrible procedures it was a great relief to visit the uBreakiFix Sunrise location. Specifically, Andrew was as helpful and kind as humanly possible and made my experience there amazing. This was some of the best customer service I have ever received and the prices were exceptionally fair. It was great to be able to walk into a place with a problem and have a good person genuinely want to help me, and successfully fix that problem. I cant say enough about how glad I am with Andrew and the Sunrise location.

Ive brought in a broken iPhone and laptop to uBreakiFix, and both times I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The iPhone was fixed the same day, while the computer needed a more extensive service. Joey went above and beyond in addressing a complicated problem, and I know someone not as conscientious or persistent would have given up. These guys are honest and really want to make their customers happy. My iPhone face plate was lifting so they fixed it a week ago and charged me $50. After a couple of days, I couldnt make or receive any phone calls. Before it was repaired, my phone was working fine except for the plate lifting. I went back today to get it fixed again and told the owner (who worked on my phone) about my phone not functioning, and he said theres nothing he could do. He told me that its not his doing, its just the phone went bad. Even though he was being very professional about it, but I was not happy with his answer. He never said anything about refunding the money or even giving me partial credit for this. Which I think is bad customer service! I will never go back there. Its was a waste of my $50 plus my time and a complete loss or damage of my iPhone.

Joey, the store owner, is absolutely the best. Twice I have needed his help and twice he has gone above and beyond to exceed all expectations. I have had 2 issues with my wifes LG G3 phone in the past year and he personally made sure that the device was fixed and we didnt lose any of the precious pictures weve take of our toddlers. Its rare to see soneone that dedicated to running a business that well with that type of personal attention. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions. Terrible. My daughter took her phone because the screen was loose but otherwise working fine. They charged her $20 cash to glue it back and did not give a receipt. Less than 24 hours later the phone was completely broken. They would not even refund the $20. Dont ever use this place.

The charge port on my iPhone 6 had stopped working after being problematic for months, despite my cleaning attempts. I brought it in to be replaced. The tech disappeared into the back with my phone for a minute, then returned and voila, it worked. Turns out it was just dirty, and he explained how I had been cleaning it incorrectly before. No charge, saving me $90. They could have easily taken my money and replaced the part, and Id have been none the wiser. Thanks for being honest!

This Sunrise store of UBreakIFix is the best of all the repair stores I have experienced with. The owner is a very down to the earth guy, understands the customers situation well and is very compassionate. Technicians there are very knowledgeable and skillful. I had my iPad Pro 10.5 LCD display there, and I am very satisfied with their professionalism, punctuality, AND cost. They charged at least $50 less than other repair stores including other UBreakIFix stores in South Florida. I highly recommend this store and Joy for any iPhone, iPad and other smart device repairs. Two thumbs up!

Jermaine was an absolute star with my system. He explained the problem, went above and beyond actually borrowing equipment from a GameStop to test it, and gave me the diagnosis. Since there was nothing that was fixable, this service was free. I would definitely go back for other repairs.

I went to get my iPhone 6 for a cracked screen fix and Im still having issues. The price was 10 dollars over Apple but I said hey, no one likes to drive all the way to aventura. Screen was fixed but the touch is off kilter. Things would not press, others pressed on their own, and others would press randomly. Took it to get looked at the next day and it still had issues. I just got it again and its still messing up as Im typing this very slowly and very deliberately. No sorry, no explanations, no asking to make it better, and no offer for a refund or any sort of customer retention. I personally work in sales and this customer service would never fly with anyone I know. Dont go here. Ive gone to apple and never had issues. I wish I wouldve kept the screen cracked. At least then it worked.Update: brought it and manager fixed it. But too much hassle
