Not getting into details, however, an order placed was not fulfilled correctly and I’ve had to consistently follow up with no resolution. I shouldn’t have to keep hounding for some simple work. Had I have been a popular and favored client, I would’ve had my things by now. Trying to support businesses like this is tough when there are favorites.

The quality of my shirts were amazing and I was very pleased with the results. Even though due to the pandemic they are very busy they kept in contact with me were very nice even when I was freaking out that I wouldn’t get my shirts in time. They Came through and I was able to get my shirts in time for the project I was working on it and I’m super happy everything worked out!

If you’re looking for a print shop with people you will be able to communicate with when you need to this is NOT it! Like right now if you searching for a info and happen to call them you will not receive an answer. Their work is great but customer service is just as important and they are terrible at that part. You can email, call for days until someone respond. I’m old school I like to talk to the people I’m handling business with not communicate via emails takes longer.. So glad I was able to find another print shop near them where they answer their calls and I can even text so I’m always able to communicate with them. Quality of the products were good. However, I called in to request a refund three weeks after placing an order and not receiving order updates. I understand due to COVID, things were delayed. After making a personal decision to make changes for my business, I no longer needed the print work. I called, emailed and finally got in contact with William. I explained I wanted Update my order to fit new business needs, but there is no way to do that, so we agreed to refund and I would place a new order.While on the phone with William and told him I wanted a refund and he said Okay, he would have it proceed as soon as we got off the phone, and for the delay, he would Send me the cup out of my order. I said Okay.He told me to call if I didnt receive a refund updates the next morning. The next morning I checked and noticed the order shown ”Order Updated- Shipping” w tracking #.I waited a few more days and the Full Order was shipped .. I called back immediately to ask to return items and possibly do credit for new work. No answer via phone or email.. Now months later they asked me to do a review.I have prints I cant use and they have my money. Unsatisfied, which is so sad because I thought the work was good..

I was semi impressed with my first order & gave leeway to the delayed shipping but now that I’ve made another order and it’s going on 2 months & still have not received my simple order... I’m not impressed and will no longer use their services. I suggest some uniform structure in communication instead of IG messages, text and emails scattered between different agents, doesn’t make sense. I get ignored at times when I reach out. Mind you, I honestly forgot about my order and didn’t check in until 4 weeks later.. and I was lied to saying it was being shipped next day... still no order.. then 3 weeks later an email with mock up designs appear smh. Luckily I didn’t have an urgent need for my order, because if so it would’ve been ruined. Do better please! Great quality is overlooked by lack of customer service.

Very easy to work with. I needed a rush on my business cards and they were able to facilitate it. The price was really good as well, much better than what I originally ordered from Vista Print. I was concerned about quality because I did not go in person to examine the quality of paper for myself. But the card stock was thick and the packaging in which the business cards were stored was solid.

I ordered some business cards from quick prints on Monday. I was sent the proof the same day and promptly replied via email with the changes. I called several times on Tuesday and no one cared to handle my concerns. On Wednesday afternoon I went to the shop and finally got the cards edited in my presence. I left the shop with a promise that the cards would be finished on Thursday. On Thursday afternoon I called to see if the cards were in the shop, they told me that the cards would be there after five. I decided to wait until Friday to pick the cards up. On Friday, I stopped by the shop and guess what; the cards were not there. I was told that someone would call me and deliver the cards to me that same day. That didnt happen. On the following Monday, I went to the shop and the cards were still not there. Then on Tuesday, I was called and informed that the cards were in the shop. The turn around time went from their quoted 48 hours to eight days. I am fairly patient and this would not have bothered me much, however the treatment I received did not do much to ameliorate the situation.In addition, I wanted to order some promotional bumper stickers. The sale associate did very little help my find a product that would meet my needs. In stead he suggested something that nothing to do with my desired intent. It was as if he wanted to wave something shiny at me in attempts to get me to buy anything.It was clear that my business meant very little to them, and I am sure they mistook my good nature as them handling me. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I did not haggle for a discount, nor did I even negotiate their prices. Thus, I do not understand why they would assume that I deserved such mediocre treatment. Maybe that is just the way they do business?

I did not get my full order. I order business cards and 2 outfits and I only received the business cards. Reached out by email never got a response from them. Buyer beware!

I have never received such wonderful service from a company on such short notice. I needed an order of 50 red shirts of various sizes to be printed (heat transfer) on the front. This was short notice because, the shirts were required for a vigil. I had literally called around to over 20 t-shirt printing places and they all couldnt fullfill the order due to low stock on red shirts, especially adult medium of which I required 17. I finally got a hold of Will at Quick Prints, around 11:30am who guaranteed that I would be able to get all 50 shirts done by the end of the day, if the order information and payment was made by 12 pm. And as was said so was done. Will also stated that if I did not want to make the hour plus drive down to David, for an extra $20 the shirts can be delivered to me in West Palm Beach. And again, so said so done. The processing of the t shirts obviously took a couple hours, but Will still drove to West Palm Beach from Davie at 11pm in order to the deliver the shirts, which were as expected, perfect. Perfect service, perfect product! Kudos to you Will, I hope that your business continues to flourish.Few quick points: fast response via phone or email, large t-shirt inventory, awesome home delivery option, clean and credible work, payments can be made online- so no need to travel to the store, he can send you a file of what your image looks like on the desired tshit-s color,
