My husband and I drove an hour to visit this Harley location simply because of our spur of the moment interaction with Victor 6 months ago while in the area. Today we dealt with Gary during our buying experience and he was absolutely fantastic! He was personable, attentive and gracious during the process. I always appreciate when buying something of significance and not being treated like a commission opportunity but as person and even a friend. No back alley dealings or shady showmanship, just genuine and pleasant, all around.

The attention and service at this dealership is one of a kind, best experience especially while getting my first bike! Marcus was amazing every step of the way when choosing the bike I wanted and all the team in sales and finance were exceptional! Pete and West were so nice and helpful with getting me to the finance details I desired and Victor also helped so much with providing such a familiar touch to the whole thing! Gary even gave me a brand new owner’s manual because my bike did not come with one as it had a used title but only 130 miles on it! All around amazing!

Price is important, but how you get there is just as important. The new team in the place is great! Came inn to service, but made a trade, where I was given an offer, I could not refuse . Smooth transition to a New Harley, where all aspects of the deal were considered, and as a result I was given a great deal. Mindy was extremely helpful in facilitating the transaction .

If you are someone that knows about motorcycles and more specifically Harley Davidson the brand, go see Gary. He not only knows these machines but his passion for motorcycles is electric. I shared with him I previously owned a 900cc Kawasaki, his response and I quote: a Z900, I said yes. He responded by stating: the Z900 is called the Eliminator, its a dragster straight line bike and its amazing. Gary did not put down the Kawasaki but rather complimented it and then went on to explain to me Harleys version of the boulevard blaster, VROD. I must admit it was very refreshing to see the brand of Harley Davidson being represented by someone like Gary.

I went to Harley to simply learn about the motorcycles, and an employee named Gary took over an hour and a half to explain various features of different motorcycles and find one I would like. He did not push too hard to sell or give generic explanations of the motorcycles. If I wanted information about a bike he would give me what I asked. He took the time to let me test ride three bikes and I had a blast. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable.

My wife and I stopped in yesterday to learn more about the Harley line-up. We were greeted by Aldo, a sales rep working at this location. Aldo did a fantastic job explaining the different models and provided a wealth of food for thought that really assisted our decision making process. On top of that, the location was a fun and pleasant place to be. Most interactions with sales people leave me not caring who I work with or where I go. We are still early in our purchase process, but if we buy a Harley, we are going back to see Aldo.

So big shout out to Marcus and Ananda who helped out and hung tough through my buying situation. My reason for the 3 stars is when I bought my 2020 Street Glide, there was no fob or keys. The bike would start by simply walking up to it and turning it on. The fob issue was fixed the next day, grateful for that. My issue is that I purchased this motorcycle CASH! And a MONTH later still can’t lock my forks or bags and DONT have keys which is pretty important because I do keep tools, rain gear etc in the bags. I have called multiple times and am told my service advisor isn’t in and will call me (hasn’t happened) I spoke to someone last week who told me they would have it by the 7th. Call today and now it’s the 9th. One would think that when you BUY something outright that the dealer would be diligent with immediately taking care of an issue such as keys. VERY disappointed.

Couldnt recommend Alligator Alley Harley-Davidson any more if youre in the market for a Harley. My wife and I went in last Sunday with my daughters.We were immediately welcomed by the local Harley chapter having an event that day. They provided hot food and drinks for my whole family. My wife had called ahead so our sales guy Corky was waiting on us. Corky listened to exactly what I was looking for and took me directly to the bike I wanted. He was patient and answered all my questions while my wife was spending some time with Dawn in accessories. Dawn was patient and helpful showing us all the options in helmets, jackets, gloves, boots, glasses, etc. Before I could leave, I needed to provide some paperwork. They were technically closed, but stayed late and allowed me to use one of the work stations to provide the paperwork.Long story - but it ended with my riding my new Harley home. Everybody in the place is amazing. Icing on the whole cake was they give a great military veteran discount that saved me a couple hundred bucks on the accessories.

Gary was our salesman and what a great guy he is. I had my mind set on a particular motorcycle and Gary pulled out many Bikes for me to sit on and look over. Gary was accommodating and and very knowledgeable, and most important, patient. I would recommended Gary as your go to sales support employee. He ranks 5 starts in my book. Thank you Gary.

Friendly and helpful staff. I have bought some parts here. There is a huge selection of motorcycles. I highly recommend Alligator Ally Harley Davidson if you are into those types of things.My first bike was a Ducati 999. It was a fun bike but it wasnt very comfortable to drive. It was like trying to tame a monster. I ended up selling the bike because I needed the money at the time. I told myself I would buy another bike.This time I was going to buy a chopper. I ended up buying a 2014 Harley nightser with some extra bells and whistles. The motorcycle has air bags, led lighting, Vance and Hines pipes, and of course the signature matte black paint.Harley Davidson is more comfortable to ride. I think Harley has lost its rebel status. I think Harley is now more evidence of a mid life crisis.Things are changing. Who knows, next time I might buy an electric hog. Owning a motorcycle is one of the best experiences of my life.

The beginning stages of purchasing the motorcycle went smooth. They kept in contact and all the information was being relayed in a timely manner. After the purchase and the bike had shipped, I had been asking the salesman for over a week and a half for the shippers information so that I may track the bike as i live in Wisconsin and am always away from home. The salesman would reply days later with simply, sorry, I sold a lot of bikes today, ill look for the info. Then when the bike arrived, it arrived with 4300 miles on it. I purchased it with 3200 miles on it.

I don’t normally write reviews very often (especially never as long as this) but when you have an experience as good as the one I had at Alligator Alley Harley, it would be a disservice to not only the dealership but to the customers out there looking for their dream Harley just as I was doing up until yesterday.First off, the dealership does follow COVID precautions, and everyone must wear a mask inside which as a healthcare worker I truly appreciated. I also want to state that this is my first time buying not only a Harley but any motorcycle at a dealership. I purchased my previous bike 10 years ago off of Craigslist so I’m not going to lie, I was really nervous walking into the dealership yesterday for the first time because not only did I go alone not knowing how it all worked but that aggressive “car salesman” pressure thing just really makes me uncomfortable. However, my desire to finally fulfill a 15-year dream of owning a Harley won over all the fear I had been feeling and I just went for it. As soon as I walked in, I started feeling more comfortable because I didn’t have a ton of people just rushing over to me. I was politely greeted and told that if I had any questions to ask anybody on the floor, I said thanks and just started looking at bikes. I automatically just felt so much more at ease. After looking around for a bit I went up to someone and told them I was interested in possibly buying a bike, they said sure thing and brought over Chris and Robbie. Chris is one of the main managers at the store and he assured me I was in good hands with Robbie which would be showing me different bikes and taking me out for a test ride if I wanted to try any of them out. It was phenomenal. Robbie was truly the best! There was absolutely no pressure and he just talked me through the different bikes and told me that we could take out whichever bike I was interested in for a spin. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and just made my first Harley buying experience everything I hoped it would be. Robbie, if you ever read this, thank you again. I then chose the bike I liked and took it out for a test ride, I fell in love even more and now it was time for the dreaded finance talks. Here is where I met West which is one of the finance managers. Again, he was absolutely wonderful. I work full time, I’m also a full-time nursing student, I’m not loaded with a bunch of extra cash and to be honest my credit isn’t terrible but it’s not the BEST either and so I told him up front what my budget was. He worked with me the entire time and at no point did I feel any pressure whatsoever. Between West, Robbie, and Chris they all worked as a team to get me on the bike of my dreams within the budget that I was able to afford. I couldn’t believe it! I was so happy I started crying a bit lol it was just such a special moment and one that I will never forget. If anybody out there is looking to buy a Harley Davidson and just wants a good dealership, with good people that treat you kindly and don’t pressure you, go see those guys at Alligator Alley Harley. I got to ride my bike home today and as soon as I got here, I decided to write this review because I just sincerely wanted them and others to know how thankful I am that they helped make this dream of mine come true!! As a first time rider, with zero experience, I was extremely nervous about participating in the Basic Rider’s Course. However, Coach Steve’s close attention and precise instruction allowed for a smooth learning experience. Despite my initial mistakes, he maintained a calm approach and reminded me of the techniques. Coach Nestor also played a vital role by explaining (and repeating) important techniques and procedures. Happy to say I passed my test and am ready to get on the road! Highly recommend this course for anyone looking to get their endorsement!

I’m only 24 and this dealership is so disrespectful it’s unbelievable I wish I never gotten a Harley Davidson I should’ve just kept my street bike how do they promise one thing and not go through on it. And what topped it off that i had to get two new tires and I have free tires for life and I paid and it’s almost been 2 months since still no tires not a single call from them and I found out they closed the work order and just hung the phone up on me all my young brothers and sisters do not buy a Harley Davidson waste of money bad customer service

The bikes that have an advertised price are set in stone.All in all, I will 100% recommend Alligator Alley, go see Nico.
