I had a rock hit my windshield and put a big divot and crack right in the center. I called and they answered promptly, very professional, called to let me know when they would be at my home, pleasant personnel. I would highly recommend this company.

I have a 1987 Porsche 944 that needed the windshield replaced. I tried several places before I landed here. Everyone else wouldnt touch it, but City Auto Glass jumped on it. They got everything figured out and went above and beyond to source the glass and seals....couldnt be happy w/ the office staff. Then the tech that came out and did an outstanding job! Went above and beyond to make sure it sat perfectly. Cleaned everything really well before setting the new glass. City Auto Glass will now be my go to company for glass work on any of my vehicles! I had my front windshield replaced. The first visit they replaced the windshield, but not able to recalibrate cameras because of a machine problem. The second time they did the recalibration. It was done in a timely manner. I discovered a week later that my windshield washers didnt work. The third time they came to my home and found the problem (twisted hose). It was a ten minute fix and guys very nice and quick. I would think it would be in their policy to check the window shield washer after replacing a window. The work was good, just took three times to get the work done that should have been done the first time.

They did a great job. Very prompt. I had told the company the wrong type of windshield. They were so nice about the mixup. They quickly had another truck bring the correct windshield. I would highly recommend this company.

I arrived with a windshield that needed to be repaired quickly to make my car safe to drive, then presented as a more-difficult-than-usual repair when it presented problems with calibration. Jamey and the rest of the team were patient and persistent and maintained good communication with me, as they worked their way through repairing my car and making it safe to drive again. It was a pleasure dealing with City Auto Glass. Polite and carrying over the phone and traveled to my home to replace my front windshield which was over 2 hours away from their office. The new windshield looks awesome and I would definitely do business with them again.

Repair done to chip in windshield. Work done quickly and professionally but disappointed that I can still see the chip mark from inside the vehicle, even tho it is almost undetectable from the outside. Very distracting and thought it would be far less visible once repair was done :(

This is the second time that I have used City Auto Glass. They have been very punctual and professional. At the time of my appointment I was right in the middle of a family medical emergency. The technician was very accommodating. We arranged the payment when he arrived and he locked up the garage when he was done since I had to leave immediately for the hospital.
