Excellent service!On friday july 30 2021, My Chevy motorhome broke down in Superior.I was able to nurse it to 3 service shops in Superior.Only Pat Moon owner, recoginizing we were from out of state (michigan) and stranded, was willing to help us and did a diagonosis for me.  Pat Moon even test drove the motorhome to help determine the issue.As was the case, it required more through examination to determine the problem.Moons technicians fixed the problem, even allowed us to sleep overnight on his lot in our motorhome.I highly recommend Pat Moons Service. His technicians are well trained and courtious. I had an exhaust problem, and my dad suggested I go see Pat, I brought my car to him, he literally pulled a vehicle off the hoist to get mine in to quote the job, in minutes he came back said 65.00 and I can do it right now, the fix only took a short time and my cars exhaust was fixed!! These folks are great. Down to earth and wont take you for a ride. Theyll help you prioritize which issues you absolutely need to fix and which ones can wait a bit if youre on a budget. I will definitely go back to them and highly recommend their auto shop.

Brpught my truck in for them to install a new clutch, after it was installed i asked for the old parts and was told they had thrpwn them away.Stopped at a fast food place after picking up my truck and when I came outside there was gear oil all over the ground and bottom of truck. Called shop was told they noticed my pinion was loose so they slapped a impact on it which caved in my crush seal. Took it back and was told all they could do is order me new gears for $1500. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Was Towed in when my RV shift cable broke 20 miles North of Duluth. The mechanic diagnosed the problem before the tow truck even unhooked me. They were very knowledgeable and informative about getting the part and what they had to do to my RV. They let me hook up to electricity in their front parking lot because I live full time in my RV. Very good service and fair price. Would recommend them.

Do not recommend, owner was rude, condescending; very short on the phone. When my car was done he called and said I got your car done then he hung up, he gives no chance to say anything after before he hangs up, not very polite. I took my car here a while back for some exhaust work, we talked about what I wanted exhaust work and exhaust tips put on he said ok to everything and he said he would order up the tips for me, we set an appointment for the following week.The next week came around, and when I got my car back the tips were NOT put on, I asked him and he said he still has to order them! So I had to take my car back there again in a few days! He didnt seem to care. When he finally put the exhaust tips on, it looks like he just slapped them on and called it good. The tips BARELY overlapped the exhaust pipe, Im talking like a quarter inch coverage, thats it. Whats the point of exhaust tips if you can still easily see the exhaust pipe inside?He fought with me the whole way ie. I wanted a certain type of muffler on, and he repeatedly said, why do you want those on, it would sound bad and made it seem like his opinions on how a customers car should sound are the only way. Generally he just seemed annoyed that I was giving him business, and I wanted a different type of muffler on my own car. When I got my car back AGAIN he proceeded to tell me my car sounded like an airplane. Not impressed and will not go here again.

Fixed exactly what I asked for, nothing more. No trying to convince me that there were all these other things I should fix. Sign of a good repair shop.
