I came at 7:15 and the guy working here shut the lights off and walked out of the store when I parked my car in front, I still should have had 15 minutes to get what I needed.

Excellent customer service every time I go in there and ask for advice.

The store manager with the pink hair was absolutely lovely her makeup was also very gorgeous she helped me grab some green hair dye and was very sweet and very helpful.

Ive never had an unpleasant experience here. The staff has always offered assistance, and finds what Im looking for if its available. They answer my questions but dont hover or follow me around the store. Ive been shopping here about 9 years now. Again, no negative experiences to speak of.

The girl working last night was super helpful. She was like a little help Ninja, for me and the 4 other people in the store. Very knowledgeable. I was impressed, wish I had seen her name.

Brittney provided amazing service! Was unsure what color to go with and she suggested thorough, concise, and positive information. She set me up with a color best for my skin tone and that would make my eyes pop along with the proper toner and appliances to apply the product! Thanks for your help girl!

Brittney is always super kind and nice and willing to help. She is the reason this store is great. Glad to know someone truly enjoys their job, makes shopping enjoyable for the customers.

I stopped in once to see if they had any curly-girl-method-friendly products (silicone-free, etc.) and was told immediately that they dont have that kind of stuff. I decided to peruse regardless, and did find several things that fit the bill. Customer service could have improved greatly by finding out what I was talking about before immediately saying they dont have it.

Wanted to try wearing false lashes and didn’t even know where to start, but luckily Brittney did. She gave me a lot of good info and I look fantastic!

I feel profiled and followed by the woman with the short cut bob. I am an african american woman and there was no one else in the store besides another worker. She continuously followed me down every single isle I walked down as if she thought I was up to something. She even stood in an isle and moved over products to peek at me looking over products in the next isle. This is absolutely ridiculous and by far one of the worst beauty supplies stores I’ve been to. Do better!

Generally the employees will answer everything about the more technical things: hair color, hair extensions, nails- and if they dont know theyll tell you when to call for someone who does. Theyve never steered me wrong but I sense they get frustrated at this store when I ask and dont know anything. Maybe they dont understand Im curious, want to figure out how difficult it might be and see if I want to learn to do that myself.The store in Boulder usually has more helpful employees but Boulder has always been known to have enthusiastic, helpful customer service with the public responding in kind. I see a lot less of tbat in Superior (which is why I call it Inferior).Overall the store has the basic consumable supplies but I dont see a lot of equipment. Maybe it has to be ordered.

My daughter and I love shopping here!! We’ve shopped here since she was about 7 and she’s going on 16! Thanks to Sally’s we’ve had many spa nights thanks to you ❤️❤️

I was unsure what volume of developer to use to bleach my hair, Brittany helped me pick one out that wouldnt do too much damage on my hair. If I had picked the wrong one I would have killed my hair. Thanks Brittany!

Very rude and unprofessional store manager. Instead of offering her help, she was fixing the shelves with a hammer making a lot of noise in a store. When I politely asked her to stop doing that in front of me and to give me some time to find the right product, she came up with some offensive words. How she can treat customers like that? Would never come back to this store again.

Brittney gave really good info when I was totally lost. I had no idea there were so many shades that looked like they were the same color!
