I went to the Superior T Mobile store on the recommendation of a friend and I had a great experience! I had just ordered a new phone on my own, but my old phone totally died before I got the new one set up. I am not a tech savvy person. Roger and then Matt (after I returned with passwords in hand), were both excellent! Matt was a model of patience and went through my new phone with me and explained that not everything could be saved, but showed the basics I needed to move forward. I have been a T Mobile customer for almost 20 years and this was probably my best in-store experience. I highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Jake who works at the T-Mobile store on McCaslin in Superior, CO. He is very professional and was very helpful in assisting me today. As a Sprint customer transitioning to T-Mobile, I had a lot of questions and he answered them thoroughly. In the past week I also had a very good experience with another employee at this same store.

Associate was very helpful. Too bad they did not have what I wanted in stock. Supply chain. :-(

Friendly but incompetent staff. All I came in to do, was to activate two phones on existing plans (as an existing customer). Had to come in next day after none of my 3 phones were functional following the employees access to my account. Then ended up having to call T-Mobile myself in the store to get the phones activated (and now that my bill arrived, they switched my plan and my bill is $40 dollars higher for a worse plan than I had before). Buyer Beware.

Staff is super helpful answered all my questions with ease and help me fix a few problems I had with my account

Was there to transfer a line from another provider. Other provider, coupled with a multi-house account made this a big challenge but the guy helping us saw it through and made sure everything was working.

These associates were incredibly helpful. They didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock so one if the associates drove to another store and picked up exactly what I wanted. In addition they patiently helped me pick out all my accessories. Just fantastic. I thought customer service was all but extinct. They have respires my faith!

Dailyn, Ashley and the rest of the team are fun, helpful and help make you feel like your part of the crew! Ive flirted with switching to T-Mobile for a longtime and glad I finally did it with these wonderful folks! If you’re looking to switch and would like to have a little fun while doing it I highly suggest this store and these great people!

Unprofessional and lazy staff

Why do they have signs requiring masks, but the employees dont wear them? One of two didnt have one on when I arrived. Later, a third one pranced thru the store without one.

T-Mobile Superior has an excellent team of people including Ashley the store manager and Autumn the mobile expert who worked with us to set up a new account.Autumn is extremely knowledgable and patient. She worked with us for several hours to pick out a new phone and find the right service plan for our needs.Having just switched from Att, we are so far impressed with T-Mobiles cellular service and customer service. Thank you T-Mobile Superior!

Joe, Ashley and Tyler at the Superior T-Mobile have been very helpful and great to work with as I recently changed my mobile phone plan. Ive been a T-Mobile customer for years, and usually dealt with anonymous reps over the phone or internet. I really appreciate having such personable customer service right down the street from me.

Dailyn really worked hard to get our issue resolved. She stayed on the phone for hours with different people and made sure I didn’t have to come back in for a third time to get everything done. She is an exceptional worker and I appreciated her dedication.

Dropped in for a quick SIM card issue. Was helped quickly and provided all the resources and information I needed to understand the issue and decide how I wanted to proceed. Thankful for the exceptional customer sevice!

Correction to Maps its located next to Starbucks on the southeast corner of McCaslin. The employees (Samantha & Ben) were friendly and extremely knowledgeable, provided great recommendations so I can get the greatest benefits from my phone. Thanks Sam! If youre shopping for phones this is the place to go. Clean & kid friendly.

Amazing crew at this T-Mobile. Tyler, Shaianne and Ashley were all super helpful on a very complicated business account setup that spanned 2 states and 3 different office locations. Would absolutely recommend T-Mobile in general and this store in particular to anyone thinking about switching from one of the other carriers.

I just switched over from Verizon and I couldnt be happier. Ben & Genaro are two classy guys that went above and beyond to help me with the switch. I couldnt remember my pin and they were beyond patient with me getting everything figured out. Ben spent lots of time answering questions with me and giving me helpful hints with my new service. If you are considering a T-Mobile store, this is the place to go.

2 employees could only help 2 customers at a time. The rest of us just waited for 30 minutes, while they shadowed the customers that were just playing with phones. All I needed was someone to refund my credit card for something small. Never go there again. Considering dropping T-Mobile completely.

Very happy with this TMobile store. We wanted to JUMP our sons IPhone to the new X. They did not have the one we wanted in stock so they called around and got us one from another store the same day - on New Years Eve yet! Ben, the Manager was super helpful on the phone when I called before going in. John was great also when we got there. They took their time with us, made sure everything was in good order. We were treated very well. I will make this my only TMobile store.

Best service ever. They resolved my prepaid account issues caused by a different store. Wonderfully patient and fun staff - Brian, Dailyn (sp?) and Tyler (?). Woot!

My favorite store of all the T-mobiles, so far. I must say that the in person stores...most of the people working are very customer service oriented. Tonight we dealt with Dailyn H. at the Superior store. Even though we walked in after they were technically closed (their door was still open and unlocked), Dailyn helped us out the best she could and didnt make us feel rushed or not appreciated because we came in so late. I appreciate that she made us feel like valued customers and tried to help us out. Thank you!P.S. we went in a couple weeks later and Dailyn was there. She remembered us and guided her coworker to what we needed because she had other customers. Her coworker then efficientally handled our Tmobile needs. I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service these young ladies provided. Thanks again!
