As a small business owner, its tempting to save money any way possible. With help from discoverpcs team, I have learned that pc and software maintenance are the wrong places to try this. Even for a simple set-up, having dependable equipment, the right software and back-up systems, etc. are complex and time consuming. Downtime and fixes after owner-operator errors or other unforeseen problems costs much more than making good choices on the front-end. Its embarrassing at best and catastrophic at worst to delay client deliverables due to problems that could have been avoided. Discover PC has done a great job of positioning me to keep my small, pc intensive business running at all times.

By the way, even though it was not a normal part of your daily business territory. Matt did an outstanding job guiding me through the change-over to my new $195 Nokia6 mobile phone. Not only was I able to bail out from my i5S and buying another of Apples expensive toys but I am now using wireless calling here in the woods as a critical lifeline should I need it. In the 30 minutes he spent with me he delivered more help than hours of phone time with Apple, AT&T and CenturyLink (plus two more hours in two trips to the ATT store on Tower).Like discoverPC, The Raffetto Group sells its time, and it annoys me when my time is wasted with incomplete and incorrect information given by folks too busy to do better.
