I love the store; I think the inventory is remarkable. The employees ( some) can be a bit abrupt and even a bit inconsiderate at times. I continue to beg the store to identify the general content of each isle, ie. Cereal, drinks, etc. At least give us a chart when we come in that showswhere things are that day.

There are good and bad aspects of Costco...today I will highlight a few of my pet peeves. They need video surveillance to cover All the parking lots. ( there are none, and this is a liability)This they are highly negligent in putting in. Second they are lazy in not being open earlier in the day, and later in the evening for business owners or seniors . Third: They also do not listen to implement customers written suggestions at all, yet, continually perpetrate a sham that they care,but it is only a fassaude to waste customers time by asking for suggestions they merely toss in the circular file Fouth : Customer service should accommodate those who want to purchase gasoline cards quickly like a fast lane, instead they make you wait in line like sheep. Fifth: Products sold in electronics areas are not supported by knowledgeable people who are properly educated in product information. They want you to go all about to figure it out yourself rather than hiring people who can properly assist your questions with correct answers. Sixth:The next is membership fees are too high. They are making enough as it is for shareholders, yet customers and employees even come second in their pecking list of importance. Seventh: Payments to their card services should be accepted to be paid in person at the stores. Eighth: Their prices on everything have gotten way out of hand making shopping there unappealing as corporate attempts to keep profits the same as in low inflation times to bolster shareholders dividends up, in a pandemic that has strangled the consumers due to government mismanagement. We are the victims who are charged the penalty to suffer for being a member. Nineth: Our store has no competition since SamsClub went down due to mismanagement, so that is another reason I shop less there and cook more at home than to purchase their increasingly expensive crapola, especially in food products that contain dangerous canola oils and soy oils that humans should not consume. Profit is their only concern, not the health of customers for not forcing manufacturers to implement safer ingredients not harmful to the health of consumers. But....they care not, its all about the benjamins, and this is only the tip of the iceberg.

A 5 star rating at Costco should pretty much be a given at this point. But in case you need additional nudging let me tell you a bit about their customer service…My family purchased the golden standard for vacuums, a Dyson cordless animal + etc etc. after about 2 years of heavy daily use it decided it was done.A quick visit to Costco, they took the old vacuum, issued a gift card for the value, and off I went to get a new Dyson.I was in and out in 10 minutes, smooth and amazing service. This is why Costco will always be the go to store for all my family’s needs.Bravo, Costco

Great in location and merchandise. One of my go to place for the grocery shopping. The atmosphere is bright and the place is clean. Friendly staffs is a plus.

This Costco was nice and full of product. We came to this location because we didnt want to go back to the Costco in Thornton on 92nd and Wadsworth . That one is a dump with no product and rude cashiers and managers. Very impressed with this one so far. See if it stays this way as far as the quality shopping experience goes.

Severely understaffed. Can never find anyone to help. Register lines are ridiculous, about 6-8 deep and a 30 minute wait‼️🙁. Other than that it’s not bad to shop here.

Oh well... is what the self check out line said, when some KAREN, butted in front of me in line. I guess, I can do that next time. And all anyone can say is OH WELL.

Excellence in all!!!Costco employees are so amazing! So patient! 7 employees helped me and my family members today!All were so cheerful, helpful and kind! Customers are/ could be a little stressed during this time, and the workers handled it with grace and ease.I observed an elderly disabled customer handled with excellence: patience, kindness, helpfulness, at several places:1. Optical, eye glasses both places were very helpful to this customer.2. I was looking for TP and was told they were sold out, but calmly: more is coming. Thats the way to keep folks calm Costco!!3. Check out was a zoo! I couldnt deal with the speed, but they did!! Lots of customers all worried about the VIRUS! Customer service was spectacular even though the customer was difficult. Then they packed us up beautifully!4. The Snack help was kind, professional, smart! Very fast, nice clean snack bar even with the huge load of customers.5. And finally... I observed two loaders helping a customer put a huge gardening box in a car. It was so heavy!!, and they didnt complain at all!!They were great! Then we got help next, very professional, fast, kind, done!!Excellent quality of products!Costco, really excellent customer service today!! Beyond the usual, Great!! Thank you for nurturing the community past this crises!!!

This Costco is like a little shop tucked away. Shelves & cookers are usually stocked well and the people that work there are the best! Fun and friendly. (I do not like shopping!) The clientele is decent - there’s a few ‘Karens’ but they’re everywhere these days. (I do not like shopping!) Close to Boulder, so for the most part the peeps are pretty laid back. I shop this Costco as well as the 92nd & Hwy 7 stores. This is my go-to Costco hands down.

I was looking for a specific grill and started at the Westminster location to begin with. The grill was not there, but one of the employees was kind enough to find the next closest location where the grill was. They sent me to the superior location. I knew that getting a grill into my small car was going to be a challenge. Josh at the superior location was kind, eager, and determined to make sure that I was headed home with the grill. He really went above and beyond!!

Super employee named Joe, today after finishing my shopping, I realized that I forgot my car key in my car. Mr joe is so kind,he help me unlocked my car.Thank you very much .

What can be said that hasnt already about Costco? Their return policy is second to none. You can spend days exploring the aisles buying things youve never heard of - and in bulk - and get a good deal. The food court is super inexpensive. Did I mention their selection is infinite? Great service and great products throughout the store. Also a good place to get electronics. I wish there were more around the Midwest.

Oh, my local Costco. Great parking, great pandemic safety protocol. Good job on keeping favorites in stock. Great customer service, and fairly recently they started carrying some alcoholic beverages, but do note that this location does not have a liquor store.

Great service and great Costco, only grievance is the stuck up customers and their aura of superiority. I have almost been hit every time I use the crosswalk it seems and have been pushed so a “Superior” could get their almighty tomatoes. Costco’s are great, just not this one. No fault of Costco, but it would not surprise me if someone got hurt over something trivial here.

You get everything under one roof. Though this was my first time here, I was overwhelmed by the variety and options. Would live to visit again. Not to miss the bites which are offered to taste. Yummy they are

Not a member..but this was the only/closest site with the One dose Jansen/Johnson Johnson COVID-19Vaccine and my husband and I had an amazingly easy time scheduling & receiving the free Vacc from Ben at the Costco Pharmacy in Superior. Thanks..🤗

This Costco is solid. They have great employee retention. Quick checkout. Great value. I love their $1.50 all beef hotdogs. This is the best place to get a few choice items. butter, bacon, seafood, batteries, paper towels, toilet paper, dog treats, sheet cakes and full size candy bars for Halloween.. My dad loves it for produce and I have heard similarly from others. Some items are not really cheaper here than at the grocer, like soda. Costco definitely has more affordable bulk items than any other place I shop.

I had not been to Costco since they opened the self-check lines. I normally do not like self-check lines, however, at Costco when a customer only has a few items, the self-check line is awesome! Thank you for creating that for your customers who come in and only buy 2 to 3 items at a time!!

Great store. They have lots of great deals. The salespeople in the plant department are wonderful and go the extra mile to be helpful.

Good service and price. Meat inventory especially chicken too low.

We get varied items there and usually they are priced well and the food is generally fresh. Sometimes the quantities are just to large for us but if we cant handle it we dont get it.

I didnt renew my membership when it was up approximately 5 years ago.Decided to join again and the first purchase was gas. As usual, very good price and the best layout of a station.Very glad I renewed.

You should train your greeters not to freak out if someone doesnt have on a mask and train them to offer the person a mask. I dont live around here I come to your store to do business. My first experience instead of being offered a mask because you have a mandate and a rule is being jumped for not having one on. Hey you have to have aask you cant come in here. Or excuse me you need a mask to enter if you dont have one we can provide one for you. Try it you might have friendlier customers right now your culture is bad.

Soooo, we go to Costco to buy a membership and look for a few items. Were there for 30 minutes - standing, waiting for our membership cards, NEVER GOT EM. Computer problems she says. Wasted part of my day. Guess Ill stick with Sams.

Nothing particularly good or bad about this Costco. It is a Costco as you expect it to be. Was cleaned and the shelves were stocked. Lines were not super long.I try to save 5 stars for places really knocking out of the park. So nothing wrong with this Costco - just not a truly five star place in my world.

So much less crowded than the ones in California (Bay area). Pharmacy people were super friendly!

This place is terrific. Grand open parking lot. Theres plenty to see and buy but I come for the food. Their little cafe is cheap and damn good. Plus theres almost always people handing out samples of food to try. Its nearly impossible to leave without a full stomach.

It was very clean, clear aisles and fast check out lanes.I went in and out with all the things I needed.

Food court is 0 stars. The work shortage must be hitting them hard. Had to get a refund because they couldnt make my food

This is the first Costco Ive been to and I loved it all. Been told its of the sams club style and variety but Costco has much more variety with items and so many good brands to choose from. I know costco to be a pricey bunch but its a worthy buy of clothes to food and toys and electronics. Also the food is spectacular, would come here again definitely.

Employees are always so friendly and helpful. We always enjoy the samples. Costco has excellent customer service and a great return policy. We have gotten tires, floor installation and booked international travel through Costco and have had only good experiences. Weve also bought appliances and had a great experience. And now they carry full fledged beer at this location. No liquor or wine yet though.

Great stock of all sale items, friendly quick service. Returns are a breeze. Love this place!

If I could give you 0 stars I would. Theyre prejudice towards employees. They miss treat their employees by over work them. Then they cut hours when things arent done which makes no sense. Then they get mad at the overworked employees because they cant get everything done when theres only 2 people working in a department .Good pizza though. I give them a 2/10

They no longer have frozen mozzarella sticks. The employees were super friendly they are still doing samples but in little individual baggies that I was able to sample on my way home. Will definitely be back for some more goods soon.

Amazing place, lots of options of food, they have a great food court and their pizzas are huge. Prices are great but does get very busy on sunday but still worth it.

If youre a member, you know the savings on gas and food are phenomenal. This Costco I find to be very clean and well staffed.

As Costco goes, the Superior store is definitely a Costco. Lots of stuff. Good and sometimes great prices. A wonderful place to rub elbows with your fellow citizens from all walks of life while restocking on paper products. Plus its always fun to try to find a parking space near the entrance or to figure out where theyve moved the toothpaste. And how can you not buy a Costco roasted chicken?! Life is good.

Love Costco but found hair in my ready to eat salads and food!!! Please check with your kitchen staff including chef to follow health code protocol, it’s disgusting. I found hair in my food more than 3 times.

All is running smoothly at Costco this week of anticipation for Thanksgiving, and another Covid stay at home.I dont understand why the media calls it panic buying when people are stocking up for a couple weeks...in that spirit, the bathroom tissue was removed off the shelves 🤣😂🤣😂🤣But everything else was fine.

I came in at 10:00 this morning and whoever was running the entrance was extremely rude. I had a Michaels bag in hand and she asked if I had a return (I couldn’t hear her question) to which I finally said no. She walked away (I had presumed to get out of the way of incoming customers) and said she would need to see my card. I took my card out and walked over toward her and she said “you don’t need to get so close to me” and I said I couldn’t hear her and she responded “I said it three times”. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I didn’t deserve that kind of attitude because I was unable to hear her.

Extremely rude and unprofessional at the check out counter. It infuriates me that I wasted my hard earned money at this location to be treated so horribly!! Worst experience in almost 20 years of Costco membership.

Honestly, everyone that works in the cafe are rude as heck. Every time they’re short, rude, and get my simple orders incorrect. I ordered one of their mocha freeze drinks, then got scolded when I asked for a straw. I was told since it had a sip top, I wasn’t allowed a straw. Another time, I called ahead an order for a PEPPERONI pizza, waited 20+ minutes for it, got it home and I guess they forgot to put pepperonis on it. So that’s really neat. Thanks Costco cafe, please adjust your attitudes and your service.

Got prescriptions wrong for MEDICATIONS, glasses, and contacts SEVERAL Times. Will never omg my life go there again for glasses or contacts. And they over work their employees. Dont let fool you!

The spaces in the parking lot are huge, which I like. No one will hit your door. Dont be tempted by the sample items unless the sample item is tortellini because the tortellini is very good. Essentials only. Generous return policy. I once saw a man successfully return an open block of cheese that he didnt like.
