Problems: no 9-volt battery in any of the guitars in the store, no 9-volt battery anywhere in the store (according to the unhelpful, unfriendly employee working). You lost my business today, and probably in the future as well. Going to Music-Go-Roubnd instead. Such an experience would not have happened there.
