I stopped in to this location yesterday and was on the search for a retaining clip for my rear drive axle on my sxs. Although they did not carry this part in our region or for any store I searched on the web for that matter. The guy behind the counter made it his mission to locate my part .after about 5 mins on the phone he scratched down a phone number to a location in Wisconsin that had my part and after calling and paying for it I will have it tomorrow...thank you guys very much for your a++++ service and the smile you had while doing it!!! Cudos

Great service vary helpful

I am a three time return customer. He stands by the products he sells and on one of the occasions returned a special order item I decided was a wrong fit and exchanged it with merchandise in his store after me sitting on it for almost a month! This establishments Customer service is refreshing.

I have to say, this place is great. Not only do they know what they are doing, they will make sure you get what your looking for. The service here was mind blowing. Best place around to get anything aftermarket.

Had a snowmobile shock rebuilt here about a year ago and the service was outstanding. Have been in many times since. Cool show room with a lot of goodies for snowmobilers.

When I lived in Duluth. I always brought my Honda magna to JR (the mechanic at thundersports at the time) for maintenance and repair. The shop was friendly, took time to answer your question and help you get the right gear and parts. Based on my numerous visits, I highly recommend this shop.

Super helpful guys and even gave me a better deal on some sale items...ONE THING: You should be open on Sundays!! Maybe close on Tuesday if you need a day off. ;-)
