The owner has poor customer service and would not apologize for his employees mistake. I mailed a package and paid to make sure it was delivered in time for Fathers day. The service representative handed me a receipt with a faulty tracking number. When my Father hadnt received the package a week later, I called the store. The owner admitted I was given the wrong tracking number and stated it was not his fault. He could see my package was in the correct city based on my stored information (a week late.) This used to be my local store I frequently visited. I will now go to Fed Ex exclusively.
Always really helpful. All Staff are highly trained. I appreciate that Im able to get in and out quickly. Plus the social distancing put on place.
This is the best UPS store Ive ever been to. Everyone who works there is consistently friendly, efficient and genuinely cares about their customers. If you have ever been to the UPS in Boulder, you will really notice how wonderful this is. They even offer free tape and a work station to prepare packages. Amazing. They are also the only UPS that takes the time to give receipts on drop-offs. Five stars.
Such a disappointment to have a retailer in this community demonstrate and provide unprofessional, unethical, uncaring and negligent customer experience. No responsibility or ownership for their mistake and wrongful advice. No response to repeated refund inquiries. I used their international option to send an urgent envelope overseas and was misinformed by the retail attendee on timelines and context. It was an expensive shipment too. The shipment did not arrive. I have made 5 phone calls to this office and messages were taken down, my refund inquiry was passed around and no one, returned my call. Not to mention the misinformation that i kept receiving on each call that i proactively made, which ranged from yes you will get your refund and i think someone is working on that to no refund, and that is the way it is, we can not guarantee international package deliveries. I brought to their attention that i was not given that information by their employee otherwise i would have sourced other options.I finally emailed the owner, twice now, and no response. Shame on you, for taking advantage of local customers and community by being unresponsive and utterly incompetent in resolving our concerns.
From the excellent customer service with all of the employees to recommendations for correct boxes for shipping and a host of printing options the UPS store is somewhere I will go time and time again.
The least knowledgeable and helpful staff Ive ever come across. The staff literally couldnt make one of their printers work and the tried to charge me extra to use a computer to print the same document. Staff was rude and told me to go somewhere else because they didnt have any more time to help me. This location needs better training and service.
WOW! -- what a difference ownership can make. This UPS in Superior is definitely SUPERIOR... and mostly because the people working there put the customers first. They look you in the eye and take the time to let you know the options in an unhurried way. We learned today about a better option for shipping than wed been told about at other stores. I came in the store to inquire about the mailbox services offered by the center. Although I didn’t set up my mailbox, mainly due to the costs, I would just like to highlight what a great experience I had. Jose really went out of his way and showed me each individual box size which made me feel he genuinely wanted to get me taken care of. Judging by my visit I can say the service offered at this location is impeccable, although the prices are a bit steep!
I was definitely one of those the customer is always right situations where she probably should have told me to leave and not offered help but Nancy handled it great. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted even though it probably put her out. Thank you, it was more appreciated than you know. Much love.
I recently visited the store to return a package. I was shocked when I was informed it would Be over $100 for the return! I then informed the associate I couldn’t afford it and would instead keep it. Jose was very helpful and understanding he offered that I should contact the company and obtain a pre paid shipping label and bring it in as a drop off package. Thanks to Jose’s advise rather than keep an extra car seat I was able to return it at minimal cost!
Went in to have my bass and case shipped back to Massachusetts. They quoted me at $400 dollars to ship both without packaging. I had shipped it out to Colorado from Massachusetts 6 months prior and it was $150. They did not budge on the price so I went to the FedEx down the street. The cashier was much more friendly and shipping only cost $200! GO TO THE FEDEX CLOSE BY- BETTER PRICES AND NICER STAFF.
I went into the store intending to ship my sisters phone she had left behind on her visit. Jose was very honest helpful and polite while informing me about UPS claims policy and instructed me on how to properly package the phone to assure it’s safety during transit. Will definitely be a returning customer!
Never, never, never buy US postage stamps from the UPS Store. They have a HUGE markup over getting them anywhere else. Im pretty sure I paid enough of a markup to pay the hourly rate of the guy behind the counter. Im all for making a profit, but 25% on stamps.....come on.
Nancy was very helpful with her notary services. She went above and beyond to get clarification from the secretary of state and helped us get the document notarized on time. We appreciate the deep commitment she has shown to her customers and highly recommend this place for its notary services.UPDATE: We had an unfortunate incident with one of the morning clerks however recently. The clerk mentioned that she couldnt notarize my document for whatsoever reason without giving any remedial action. She so much so, told us that the document couldnt be notarized anywhere in Colorado and that I couldnt do much about it. I politely asked if I could speak to the manager(out that day), but she seemed disinterested in trying to communicate further. She even asked me to read the notary handbook, and all this without even reading the document in its entirety. I took my business elsewhere and got it notarized from a more experienced and much more diligent and polite notary that day. Suggest remedial action in the form of some sort of training and at least reading the documentation before jumping into conclusions in addition to asking the public to read the notary handbook as a recourse.

Even during the holidays they had great customer service and moved quickly. If you ever get frustrated put yourself in their shoes. They are good people that help us with our life tasks.
I always have a great experience here. The owners are hardworking and will help you with any project. They also contribute frequently to the community. We have a PO Box here and I love having a place to send packages that is not my front step!

Great customer service ! I have been doing business with Jim the owner and his employees for years. They are extremely helpful, always polite and my packages are always packed with care. I also have a personal mailbox at their location and I am always notified when a package arrives.Their prices are reasonable and I am thankful to have a service like theirs available to me in Superior.Thanks Guys ! I came this location on a Sunday after they closed accidentally. I saw a sign posted on the door that said to wait here for service, so I did. The bald man that works here came to the door to point out my mistake by saying “you can read right??”. I guess I’ll be shipping my packages with FedEx from now on!Edit: Look, they replied 7 months later! No, I wont be calling or emailing you to discuss this privately, I want to leave it here so people know what kind of customer service they can expect.
Our small business uses Ken and his staff at the UPS store for all our printing. Ken is exceptionally knowledgeable and has help us put together everything from business cards to print marketing strategies that actually work! The quality is fantastic and the turn around time is fast. I highly recommend this store for all of you printing needs.
Worst print service Ive ever experienced at any location. This specific store literally just charged me 10 dollars for print service to print 4 pages from documents on a flash drive, $2.50 per page. Terrible customer service experience. Shouldve driven down the street to the Louisville, CO fed ex store instead.

I just had a large LLadro shipped from this store to me in Florida. The mold to this piece has been broken for many years and therefore can not be replaced. However, more important is the fact that it was a gift to me from my mother to celebrate the birth of my children. My mother just passed very recently and this made this LLadro precious to me. This store was wonderful. They packaged it so well that it could have gone through anything and nothing would have happened to it. It arrived in perfect condition. Thank you. Great job.
Ive mailed from this UPS store for a number of years. In the past, the employees have been helpful by giving several possible scenarios and prices. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Now it seems that they quote one price (which is quite high) and its take it or leave it. I think I may have caught the employee wanting to leave for a break and not wanting to deal with a customer. Ill be leaving it and going elsewhere.

So far so good. As to the recent complaint against Dan, he takes his time with each customer. I had to wait recently, but it was clearly because Dan was helping somebody. He wasnt going to rush that customer.
Let me explain, while I am disappointed in UPS as a whole I dont want to have that reflect on an individual who did his best to help me. I sent some very important information to be overnighted and Jo was helpful in notarizing and promptly shipping my documents. Somewhere after that UPS dropped the ball and has delayed my $100 shipping for overnighting a package. Jo again helped me by determining where my package actually is and telling me the information he was given. I want to thank Jo specifically for helping me. Also, give the man some help on saturday mornings when its busy, he handled a HUGE line without wavering but he shouldnt have had to handle that many customers by himself before a coworker comes in. Give Jo a raise. Thanks

The notary never works during the hours they say hes supposed to work
I went to this place hoping to get a document notarized, I was asked to reprint the document and come back before 5 pm, I went back at 4:50pm and was rudely told that notary is already gone for the day, thats funny, first you ask someone to come all the way back and then leave without realizing the value of other persons time, and since the beginning she was little hesitant in notarizing my document without any straight clear answer. I will never go to this place again, so irresponsible and ignorant
For my first experience shipping something from this location it was very awful. Jose was rude and condescending the entire process. When I did ask him a question, he responded with attitude as if I was disrupting him while he as looking at his phone. When I asked for his managers name he said it was Melissa and she was on vacation. I asked him when she would be back and he responded with, “I don’t know maybe a month.” I felt like he was being dishonest with no attempt to reconcile his poor service but instead felt like he needed to lie so that I would have difficulty reporting this experience. I will not be returning to this location.
Showed up here on a Sunday at least 40 mins before posted close time and the store was closed with no sign or anything to explain why.

The service has always been perfect for me. There is new ownership now for a couple of months. They seem extremely eager to provide great customer service. If there was a racist attitude from any employee, which is a shame, Im betting you wont see that from now on.
I was treated poorly by the staff, particularly Daycen. I will not be returning.I struggled through some simple processes while sending two packages; I have blood sugar issues that can make me feel ill and disoriented. I had an episode in the store, and left feeling humiliated because neither Daycen nor his coworker were of any help. They watched me with disdain and frustration, and looked at each other with disapproval when I left the store.Customer service is serving your customer without judgment.
All those negative comments are inaccurate! The best UPS store in the area. I drive out of my way to use them! They are always on time and do not add a large markup for packaging!
I absolutely LOVE all the staff that work here always so attentive, and helpful. Linda, Melissa and Oleg have been amazing to see everytime I walk into the store to either pick up my mail or send a package they always have a smile and great attitude!
I cant say enought amazing things about this place. We moved overseas, and had to ship all of our home goods. We had over 13 large boxes, which had to have customs forms filled out for each one. WE just received all boxes, all in great condition. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

I had an awful experience at this location trying to get a document notarized. I could not believe how rude and unhelpful the person that helped me was.
This store is a joke i was reading the reviews and its funny how they alwys try to blame their employees instead of taking responsibility for themselves. I have been in here several times and i feel bad for the employees i asked for help with a tag the guy said they were not allowed to help per the owners. The last time i was in there this red head lady maybe shes the manager or owner wanted me to take everything out of my box and redo my package cause she didnt think it would make it there on top of that everytime the guy was helping me she kept leaving her customer to come put in her input really lady get a damn life! I hate going to this store and the only reason i go is cause i have to for my job i didnt even ship my package that day cause of this. I came in to drop something off and this place just makes me upset and it seems like every time i come in they have new people working here cant you keep anyone blah dont come to this store its horrible

Quick process to ship a package, they helped me find a proper box, and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes.

I recently had an interaction with an employee named Oleg after a frustrating experience of a package being delivered to their location rather than my home. The 800 number for UPS was no help at all. After calling the store being extremely frustrated after being on the phone for nearly 40 minutes with UPS he offered to take down my telephone number do some research and call me back. He was the only one to do so and made things happen whereas the 800 number was just a run around. Thank you for your help and going above and beyond!

I was there to follow up on a package that I dropped two months ago from Comcast (returning equipment) and never arrived to destination. The gentleman there was very unhelpful. He said trucking number was generated by Comcast and even though he scanned the label he could not truck it. I worked with ups in the past shipping and receiving packages as a manager in a retail store and there are many ways to follow up on this kind of issues. This guy didnt even try! Very disappointed. You will not see me again and wont do business at this particular ups location again. Reading the review below, I assuming this is a racist problem as well... uhhhmmm...

Kyle is a racist clerk...Me, my wife, and 4 year old son were denied service by UPS employee Kyle at the superior, CO location. Im a veteran and bank with USAA so I had a check to deposit and USAA partners with UPS for that purpose, also I had some baby clothes to mail out as a Christmas gift for my niece. As I walked into the store an elderly lady walked in at the same time, I offered her to go ahead of me. Kyle, aggressively interjected yelling at me not to tell him how to do his job... I told him that was not the case I was attempting to be polite to the elderly lady... Then I told Kyle his hostility was unprovoked and asked if he could dial back the hostility... Then Kyle yelled, you know what, I dont even have to serve your kind, get out of my store right now. Kyle also gestured me with total disgust as though he was shewing a feral dog from the dinner table... To which I replied, I pretty sure your wrong about that because last time I checked UPS never had a problem serving my kind... I then asked Kyle for the store owners name and number, to which Kyle replied, I dont give that information out to your kind either, go look on google, now get out before i throw you out.--ironicly when i did go on google the only thing i found was one other review just below this one i posted which also calls out Kyle as a disgruntaled jerk-- I CALLED THE POLICE, at that point... The officer who responded, got some different responses from Kyle, who denied his racial hostility, and claimed his manger has business cards on order, due in a week... However, the officer did conclude that Kyle was a jerk even towards the officer, and that since UPS is a private business they can reserve the right to deny business but the officer recommended that I launch my own campaign to report Kyle disgusting and imorral racist behavior to as many people as I can... BTW, I am hispanic, however Im unsure if Kyle refused to serve me because of my veteran status of my race... But he was very clear he did not serve my kind, at which point he only knew those two details about me.
I have most of my business printing done there. They are always courteous and efficient.
