Stellar work found here!! I had brought my car here for carpet replacement and seat cover and cushion replacement and everything looks brand new again. There is definitely a reason as to why they get so booked up! My car was not only returned to me with excellent care and quality but also was detailed beautifully. They had my car for well over a month, almost two months when it should have been 3 weeks MAX. The work STILL looked rushed. They didn’t gloss the paint AT ALL. Ridiculous.

I will start by saying I am not from Susaville .I was in Susanville for my class reunion and my rear window came off the track . I went to them on Friday at noon with my problem .The owner immediately went and got one of there technicians . The technician immediately took my truck into a repair bay and 30 minutes later he was back . The window was up and he had a list of parts to permanently repair the window when I get home . I asked how much was my bill was .The owner said Nothing, have a good day .Thank You ! Lassen Auto Body !
