The staff is great but there internet is always down so if your planning on buying a firearm probably better to go somewhere else.

How do you plan to make money In a predominantly Republican town, when your the only business requiring masks, not a good business plan if you ask me, considering the pandemic is on its way out. And I know plenty of people who have walked out cause employees push the mask rule till people leave. Will not shop here till mask ban is lifted

I was interested in purchasing some winter boots. Tried on several pairs and staff was helpful in checking for sizes. All pretty good.

They pack a lot of stuff in there. You can find what you need for your sport. It isnt high end stuff but it is good stuff. Affordable. The staff are always attentive and friendly. Get your sporting good stuff there.

Nobody offered to help me. I had to search the store by myself looking for the dart stuff which was mainly out of stock. I mean come on.... How many ppl are playing darts in Susanville. But they were friendly when I went to check out.

Had to return something that rang up more than marked. Big! Hassle. Wouldnt give me the difference on one item because they range it up wrong when i first came in not happy!

Forcing masks for no reason. Even on those with medical condition preventing wearing of masks.Plann to shop somewhere else.

Got my running shoes on here its been 5 months and there still holding up great! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The store is clean and organized. 5 stars.

Just as the other two stores in Reno. This one as friendly helpful staff. And it is much more stocked than the ones in Reno.

I was looking at boxing equipment and the staff inquired if I had any questions or needed help. They checked the stock room and found me a discount for what I was looking for. Id recomend Big 5 to anyone interested in sporting goods. With one exception, they no longer carry anything over .22 caliber besides shotguns.
