Used to have to drive to Reno. Yay! Thank you for opening in Susanville. My son recently upgraded his phone here. We got great service from the young lady that helped us. They have a full selection of phones and accessories.

Wow. I cant give 0 stars, so 1 is it. Asked if they have any tablets, was told by only person working there, she told me, no, no tablets, just get a phone. ( as you can see by this review, I have a phone, was looking to replace my broken tablet.) Tired of squinting to read, she said, I got BIG phones I asked what models, she brings out a box full of what looks like refurbished phones, I asked what operating system the 1 she showed me was running, answer, android. I asked what version 8,9, 10, she just repeated, android....If this is who is going to run this 1 and only cricket in town, it wont b open long
