Every encounter or interaction with staff has been excellent. Your company puts the customers first. We live out in Herlong and have never had an issue with getting a delivery, if anything you were early to ensure we didnt run out of fuel. I have greatly enjoyed the staff. They make payments so easy and even set me up on easy pay. Because they were so great I had my parents switch over to them and they saved them tons of money compared to the company they were using previously!

I called I believe I spoke with Megan. I asked her if I could be placed on the next route before prices went up any further. She got me on the list for the next route and they were out to the house the very next afternoon. We always have fast efficient service.

Ed Staub is a good place of business. Ive been with them several years. They have reasonable rates and decent prices. Our main source of heat is propane. This is the main reason we switched over from our former suppliers. A good group to do business with . They are there for the consumer. If you havent switched over, I would suggest you check them out. It could be beneficial to your financial freedom

After years of fighting with suburban propane I finally found a provider that has good rates and costumer service. Ed Staub showes up when they say they will, provide friendly service, and are quick to solve any problems. In addition they actually listen to the customer and don’t constantly tell you what they think is best for you.

Ladies at the front desk are rude when they do not understand a situation. I called for 3 months straight asking for the manager and everytime they said they will leave a note. We were asked for $300 a week after we canceled because nobody communicated and our old tank was still filled. Manager was kind and took care of it 3 months later. I called for a dryer conversion kit installation at our new house, found someone else who could do it next day. I called and cancelled my appt and they still had someone come out saying they had to read the propane to start service. I never asked for service from them. Great customer service and everyone is always helpful and nice. I found they have the lowest prices in town for getting your propane tanks filled on site. Like anywhere though the price per gallon goes up as the temperatures go down.

After making first contact with customer service I have to decided to switch my propane service to Ed Staub & Sons. After moving to a rural area after the city life was hard enough, and with all the cost of deposits everywhere, I was relieved when I was referred to them. They have won me over! Thanks Sam!

A couple years ago I had to wait almost a month for them to deliver, even though they charged me right away.Ordered some Monday and they said they’d call me when the driver was going to be here.They had the wrong number on file and apparently the driver is incapable of knocking on the front door and instead left without delivering fuel. I’ll have to go another week in a cold house. I’ll be switching to another company.

Excellent Customer Service, And Products!

It is easy to get in and out of. There are not paper towels. Their windshield washer solution isnt very strong and their washers are worn out. They do have clear and dyed diesel and regular and premium gas
