I live across the country and can always count on Milwood Florist to make my orders perfect and deliver them in a timely fashion. Even though they spoiled a surprise delivery for my mom once, haha. Thats the joy of coming from a small town, you know you can count on them to make your orders personal.

These tags are the best - look no further. My highly active dogs cannot seem to wear the lettering off these incredibly well-made tags. Dont waste your time with those silly kiosks at the pets stores.

This place is great. Good service, clean and reasonable prices. They have pet food and supplies, flowers, plants and gifts. The chocolate truffles are fantastic. A little spendy, but some of the best Ive ever had.

Excellent customer service! We are from Westwood but now live in the bay area. The day before Mothers Day we were able to call and place a same day order to be delivered 30 miles outside of Susanville. Their busiest time of year and they still went above and beyond our expectations!We tried going through 1800 flowers before. We never received $100 refund or flowers.We will definitely be going through Milwood Florist from now on to show our mothers we love them even when we cant make a trip up there!Happy to support a business from our hometowns! I was actually there for Treats to purchase food for my 14 year old dog. Service was excellent. Bre waited on me and was very knowledgeable about the types of food available. Highly recommend checking them out.

Always awesome customer service! Even on my 30 minute lunch break, I can call ahead and they save me a couple minutes by getting my pet food for me off the shelf and at the counter. Love them!!!

Not impressed. I live in Kansas and ordered online. The woman who called today was unimpressive and took it upon herself to chastise how I placed my order. I didnt realize that I selected a precall to the recipient and my number was on the bill, not hers and I wasnt even aware that I ordered thru a delivery vendor. All things she was annoyed with and made very clear. Unfortunately for me this was a bad experience and I hope the flowers speak volumes more.

I called for a Mothers Day order. Bre was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me build the perfect order. Same day delivery was excellent. I will absolutely go back!

Ordered a arrangement to be sent to my son and his new wife. When they received the arrangement the roses were dropping. The arrangement I ordered didn’t even come with roses. They were out of the flowers that I ordered and replaced them with dropping roses. I will never order from them again.
