Love this place.The staff really try to help

I hate to give a one star review for an entire location when the actions of one employee caused the issue, so I will give it 2 stars. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen at any Tractor Supply Location. I was attended to by Shelly? Shelby? A simple return of a belt and a seat cover turned into a arduous event beginning with having to call a manager up to verify if they sold the seat cover, even though a Tractor Supply receipt was provided as soon as I walked up. Next, I was subject to being questioned about what was wrong with each item (A belt and seat cover purchased less than 3 days ago? obviously they didnt fit). After several heavy sighs, obvious annoyance, and aggressive movements, she told me that she didnt think she had $54 in the register, reasoning that I was her first transaction of the day at 8:45AM which was a blatant lie. I saw 5-6 other customers come in and out of the store, not including the couple who were in front of me in line!Had I known returning Tractor Supply stocked products was such an annoyance to her I would have avoided this location entirely.I am a Preferred Plus Neighbor of the rewards club, but even that withheld, I extremely disappointed that any employee would act that way towards any person who walked in the store.

The tangy barbecue shrimp recipe works well as a starter or as a main dish.Place shrimp, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, bay leaves, paprika, and red pepper flakes in a gallon-sized plastic bag and seal tightly. Toss until the marinade is fully mixed and the shrimp is coated. Place the bag in the refrigerator and marinate 2 to 4 hours.

The employees are the best at this Tractor Supply.

I bought a Huskee Lt 4200 riding mower in 2016. There is no repair/service center for this product that i could find. If you sell a high dollar item you should have a repair /service center in case there is an issue. I am not happy with the product or the store, I will not buy any major item from them or suggest to others to do so,very poor business practice

This is a great store. I have been in several times. Knowledgeable staff that’s helpful. They keep it clean and organized with more products then a store in the Bay Area.

This store has a relaxed atmosphere. I like the variety of items they have and was excited to get our chicks there this year. I would like to see a few more employees. Ive needed help a couple of times and had to wait awhile for someone to come.

Very helpful folks, despite a missing receipt, they looked up my transaction and I received a replacement with the original warrenty I initially purchased. Friendly and professional I was impressed by the staff here, high marks for customer service!

I could wander through Tractor supply for hours!! Its such a great store. Everything you need for your animals, pets, chickens, you name it, they have it. Lots of bird watching stuff, books, gardening products. Tools, fencing, outdoor equipment. Lots of really cool stuff for not a lot of money.

HAVE a good inventory generally have what Im looking for.....

Loved the hardware for the ranch. Great prices and selection. Surprised by the availability of the vaccinations for the new puppy. Staff was very helpful is going over what was needed and the price was great compared to the vet.

I am changing my review to three stars the costumer service is getting better not great but better. The sparks location is still my favorite. You will pay more at the Susanville location then the sparks location.

I rub myself with motor oil and roll in chicken scratch. I dont have any photos of this.

Needed something to get my rabbits home from fair and instead of trying to upsell an expensive crate, they gave me two boxes and taped them for me for the short ride home. We spend a lot of money in there and very rarely do I encounter an issue (everyone has a bad day). Yes, some prices are a bit high but they are controlled by corporate. I only wish we could have kept this and our local store as well. Our 4-H kids have nowhere to very their whites anymore. If they supplied those they would get ten stars!

I went in for a trailer spare tire mount. I got the help I needed fast. They opened another register for me even though there was only three of us in line.

Nice addition to the area. The store has a good selection for all the animals, clothing, boots, fencing, tractor parts, home decor and so on. The staff is wonderful and it is in a convenient location.

I was in Susanville CA. today stop in at Tractor Supply. I wanted to see if they had any selection of pocket knives? And guess what although they do not specialize in pocket knives they had a nice selection in a circular display case you know the type you can just spin around. I found me the perfect pocket knife with the brand name Smith & Wesson it had a seatbelt cutter and a point at one end for shattering car windows just in case you need to get out of your car n a emergency it also had a high-quality blade I only paid $27 plus tax a great bargain for the quality. Tractor Supply has everything you ever want I guess you can call this a great place for all your needs in home and outside repairs / garden.[ Youve heard it said before adult toy store.] I give Tractor Supply my happy face 😎

They have what Walmart and ace dont but hard to find associates for help.

The employees are great people. The problem is TSC is a BIG corporation and you cant always get what you need and they cant order you something that isnt in their warehouse. I do love the rain checks (Thats a 5 star thing for us). The Partner, an independent family owned business that folded after TSC moved in, use to get us those little things we needed. They also hired a lot of local kids. I miss that and its a void TSC cant fill.
