This is quite an up scale grocery store!!! I was very impressed with their bakery! I ended up taking home a Farmers Market baked in a brown paper bag apple pie!!! It was to die for!!!!! Didnt know you could find them any where but Farmers Market. What a treat!! This was at the Piggly Wiggly in the strip mall, just off hwy16, in Hartland. WI. When you go, make sure you have plenty of time to browse!!!

Both Fox Brothers in Hartland and independent store in Sussex are very good. I especially trust the quality of their meats.

Piggy Wiggly opens at 6 am on Monday mornings. Perfect time to grab so very fresh bakery for breakfast.

A nice neighborhood grocery store. I can be in and out in the time it takes me to park and walk into some of the BIG BOX grocery stores. They could work on being more friendly and talkative with the customers.

Occasionally out of stock on meat items, but I can get cheap day old bakery for bread pudding.

This is my newest video store. A lot of old and new videos. very reasonably priced. The cramped quarters makes it hard to get around and things are not in alphabetical order, but with searching you could find a few gems....

The best hot ham and rolls. Just like you remember it! The rolls are homemade and dead on. The ham is amazing. For $6.50 it’s also a deal. Their homemade donuts are pretty amazing too. They also carry Grebes cruellers. Support your local store!!!

Always helpful friendly staff. If something is out of stock on the shelf, they are always willing to check in the back for more. We love the specials that are advertised. Support our local grocery store as often as possible.

Clean and well organized store. The fresh fruit is not that fresh though. I bought mangos from there and they were rotten on the inside 😔 and I was really craving them. Great location and excellent customer service.

Just went to get toilet paper & the lady behind the deli says, in the RUDEST voice, “you don’t need that much toilet paper for ONE person” umm..lady...first of all I have 3 packs in my cart. 1 for my house, 1 for my parents, and 1 for my brothers house. Walked up to the check out and Ben was super nice and explained that there was a limit of 1 per customer so I walked them back and this lady proceeded to make snarky comments. I get the situation going on now, but that’s not an excuse to be so rude. Will NOT be returning.

My experience with expiration dates has been a problem. Get things home & the expiration date is the next day! But not true with Piggly Wiggly I find. Since starting shopping here I dont concern myself with it, its fresher!Prices are ok, sale items help.Smallish, easy close parking, well kept.

Under the circumstances, its was fine. There is massive panic auth the announcement of a pandemic. They were very short staffed and the wait in lines were about 15 minutes. But who could have predicted this? So, under the circumstances, I think they did pretty good. I do think that theft prices are high, especially compared to day Meijer.

This is a fairly small, local store that offers a reasonable variety of products. If youre seeking specialty items it might not be the place for you, but it is always well-stocked on the staples and the prices are reasonable.They get a lot of rush-hour traffic and are fairly busy on weekends. The staff has always been polite and helpful.

This is a very nice local grocery store. I particularly was looking for some fresh fruit and found a fair selection of good quality ripe fruits. They also have a deli with a good selection of salads and meats and other items.

Young girls working in deli that shouldnt even be out of diapers yet. Went to go buy shredded ham and they wouldnt shred it because they are too lazy! This place socks. This is not the first time that this has happened and I will not be going back!

I wont shop at this store ever again, The courtesy or should I say the lack of courtesy shown to me today was troubling. I first entered the store to pick up 2 empty boxes, which a young man saved for me( He was the only ray of Sunshine in the store) The manager and cashier at the customer service window saw me approach and promptly turned their backs and engaged in a conversation for about 10 minutes and finally he send the cashier girl to the window. got my boxes and need some tissue, so I went to the aisle and be fore I could pick up the tissue a young man hurried and said quickly Ill take those boxes and you can get them when you checkout, they will be at the front! 5 seconds later, I walk to checkout and the same young lady is checking out the guy who was in the office with her and after holding another conversation with him, she turned to me, no hello, find everything you need or anything, run up passed receipt and pushed tissue toward me! I then asked could you put it a bag please and she did put in a bag, still no thank you or anything else. I will not shop in this store as long as I live in Waukesha County!

Ive written reviews for the Pig in Sussex actually awesome the best ever and the last one was last week. Yesterday the service was awful!!!! They have a new e-coupon sat up on their website. I downloaded it and asked for help the woman at the register said I needed to go home and print them out ! I asked are you sure because its an e-coupon off your website made for in store use, the purpose of it. My phone was dying as she sat reading the ad paper and what it said to do as I had already downloaded it. I asked how do you clip? The only thing it showed to click on was my clipped coupons which sounds as if for the ones that wouldve been clipped if I had already new how to use the system. I went to the counter there was a woman standing on the phone talking to someone about a customer with a complaint, as I stood there remember my phone was dying. After a minute I said excuse me my phone is dying and I need help clipping e-coupons, she put her finger up and turned her back and kept talking. Their were a pair of teenagers that were talking right there who didnt offer any help and at this point I wasnt going to beg. I went and put back all the coupon items. The woman was still talking to the person on the phone. She asked if I still wanted them she could pull it up on their computer or was fi e my phone died. I asked for my things to be brought back up. She said she didnt want to interrupt the person on the phone, so I said you were obviously talking about a customer complaint, youve created another customer compaint by not telling your manager you there was a present customer you had to take care of and youd call her back. I said all employees need to be taught and know how to use something new to the stores operating systems. To have a store register clerk tell you that you need to go home and print your coupons and come back in order to use the stores e-coupons on their website blows me away. The person behind the counter said she was a manager but in charge for the night and there wasnt a store manager on site. Wow!!!!! The store just blew me away last night!

Our favorite Piggly Wiggly! I wish we hadnt moved away, but I always stop by if we need something after work. The people are always friendly, and its the most welcoming of the Piggly Wigglys in the area!

The Pig has kind of been a staple in the community given how long the grocery store has been in Sussex. That said, it really has not aged well. The store is very cramped and really only has the basics. I stopped in this past week to pick up a few groceries and ended going down the road to Pic N Save since they didnt have green cantaloupe. With the recent opening of Meijers, The Pig just really isnt a great option for families in the community unless you need something super fast, basic and need to go to the closest store possible. Pic N Save and Meijers have by far a better selection and better fresh food.

The bakery looks disgusting. I came in with my five year old son this morning . Donuts looked dried out.The deli clerks were nice but the ham looked dried out and old,the salads were old looking to. Not going to shop here anymore.
