My experience was unlike any other when I have purchased a car. My sales guy Craig was amazing, he and I worked a deal on a low mileage used car that fit all of the parameters that I needed it to fit. I did the test drive, liked the vehicle, but after doing an inspection noticed significant damage. All steps were taken to ensure that the damage would be repaired as part of the sale.The final hurdle to the purchase was my insurance company. Due to it being a Saturday and Mass requiring a stamp on the insurance forms, a large amount of time passed. Once it was realized that due to the delay of my insurance carrier it was too late to take care of the registration, the staff went the extra mile and played the car so that I could take it home. On Monday they will deliver my plates to where I work.When I left my house, I had little intention of buying a car, the amazing service, attention to detail, hard work of the staff I not only purchased a vehicle, but drove it home.I highly recommend this dealership!!

I went to purchase a car from you guys. My credit wasn’t that decent and My Sales guy his name was Charl Lee tried helping me out… He did everything with me on the phone and we were texting he got me approved for a Chevy Malibu you guys had red. He tried to get me a good downpayment but he never reached back to me. I left phone calls and text messages and he never responded back to me. Just AWEFUL customer service and I will never be going back to them again !

They begged me for good review before I even left good thing my phone died because this is the worst place u can get a car from. Youll be lied to over and over and the vehicle your getting for what they charge is completely ridiculous instead of actually helping low credit shoppers they take complete advantage 19.99 percent is my APR for a 2010 carolla base (no power locks or windows) 120,000 miles on it $12,000 plus almost $6,000 interest rate. They make the payment affordable and completely forget to tell you what your actually getting for your money. They didnt even let me test drive the vehicle until I filled out the application. Mind you my check engine light is already after few weeks and makes horrible noises that werent there initially

This is the worst dealership ever. I bought a car from them not even a year ago and it has broken four times. Before it broke down this last time I could not even trade it because it is so far upside down. They tell you we guarantee the cars for the length of the loan but that is a lie because every single time the car broke down they said they will not cover the repair. Before you buy a car from here look into the multiple lawsuits filled against them. Even the attorney general had to get involved against this shady company. I tell everyone I know not to buy a car here. I knew someone that bought a car here and the engine went twice in the first few months. If you buy a car here you will get ripped off. Whatever you do don’t buy a car here I have been to a lot of dealerships and this one is by far the worst dealership ever. One time I brought my car in for service the mechanic went to get out of the car and didn’t set the e brake on a manual transmission the car started rolling I had to tell him to put the e brake on and he told me I didn’t know you needed to put the e brake on. If I could give them zero stars I would. Craig is the worst salesman ever. And then their is Marie that works in the loan Dept she calls and texts and e mails me every day saying I don’t have insurance on my car. My insurance has mailed faxed and e mailed proof of insurance. I have hand delivered proof of insurance to that clueless girl Marie. Do your research on this company before you even consider buying a car from them

Staff is very friendly but dont do it. I got a car there with a alternator belt sounds of wear and tear which the salesman knew about and said they would fix. I went twice and everyone acted like they didnt know what i was talking about the mechanic makes you drive around til they hear it. They didnt even look at my car. Now i have to pay money elsewhere with another mechanic to fix my car. I regret going to this company. Ive told so many people not to go. Very disappointed.

Ive owned four vehicles. All of which were older. Each of them were purchased for under 1500. This is by far the worst car Ive ever bought. The first day that picked it up after purchasing it had a loud scraping noise. This was after they were supposed to look it over. Had to bring it back the next day. Which then interrupted my work schedule. I brought it back a couple times since then. One time because I was making a weird noise which it had been making the entire time I had it. Another time because I could clearly hear the back brakes are going. They were supposed to fix them but they wrote down that they adjusted them. Whatever that means. Not too long after that the brakes are ready to go. They keep mentioning that they set people up for financing. Yes this is helpful. But honestly the amount they charged me for the car was three times over what the car is worth. During this whole time I was patient with them I didnt yell or make a scene even though I could have rightly so. The last time I went in and they said I would be about 1500 in repairs. Your purchasing a car the only reason Im right in this review is to not go here. Im aware Ive made a bad decision I just dont want anyone else to.

If i could Give this place zero stars I definitely would. Purchased my car back in November 2017. Not long after had multiple issues. Car has been there in their shop at least 4 times. And now it’s Feb 2019 less than two years with this car my engine had failed and the car is basically useless. Charge crazy amounts of money. I pay $400 a month for my car. Then to fix the motor it would have been close to $2000! They won’t let you trade in unless you’re account is @ 3,500$ or less. Worst car dealership I’ve ever experienced. Not quite sure how they are still in business with all the awful cars they let people take home.

The team we worked with were great, and so helpful. The only problem we encountered was the first car had a bad engine when they went to service it, but they worked to get us in a different car. They were always open and understanding about the whole process.

My wifes friend financed a used car from them. 19.9 percentage rate the purchase of this 2009 Saturn Aura with 111,000 miles on it. Almost $6,000 interest ! But the whole thing is designed to help build her credit line up again ? I thought they were pleasant and professional. After all they have overhead too ! Wowsa not for this CAT ! MEOW

Not for me. Just be careful and make sure you know what youre getting into before buying a car here. Very expensive for awful vehicles....I was actually embarrassed for them. This is the Rent a Center of car dealerships, they will milk you for all youre worth over time and only selling you mediocre product. Nice staff though 😀

My boyfriend has wasted so much money on fixing run down cars over the years and doesnt have high enough credit to get a new car so someone suggested we try JD Byrider because they work with people with bad credit. They were so understanding of his situation and worked with his tight budget. We came in last night for the first time not knowing what to expect and are now leaving today with a very nice reliable 2008 Ford Focus.
