I had an iPhone 13 on back order at this location. I drove an hour to get here after I got off of work, and arrived at this location at 6:03. When I got to the store, the door was locked, despite the hours listed on google, as well as the Verizon website stating that they are open until 7. The employee inside informed me that they were closed, and I’d have to pick up my iPhone tomorrow. Normally, this wouldn’t be a really big deal, but the fact that I wasted my time driving an hour to get here only to have either the hours listed wrong, or I just got lied to by an employee. Waste of my time.

My phone died in between meetings. Had 1 hr. to get a new phone up and running so as not to not miss next meeting. Excellent and speedy service. Was in and out of the store with a new phone in about 40 mins.

I went to Sutton,Ma. to Verizon store,upon entering I was very appalled,I said to the clerk I wanted to prepay on my flip phone, I wanted to pay with a credit card but he said I couldnt pay that way.He said if I had $100, I could pay that way. And so I went home again very MAD. Finally I called Verizon and did what I had do,I got it all done through my flip phone and paid with my credit card. Last year I didnt have this MUCH PROBLEM, that year 2019. So I would like to know why this type of thing have changed.

Customer service is not that honest about activation fees. And promise to waiver it when in reality they do not. And if your transferring from another company. Your told that your device is not compatible and to buy a new device from them. And arent upfront about the fees and taxes.

I went to buy a new Samsung note 10 plus on Saturday because my phone is not working properly. It dies 2 seconds off the charger. The salesman said they were out of stock until Wednesday the latest. Come to find out Im not receiving the phone until at least the 17. So now I am out of a phone till then. I have no issue that it is gonna take a little time. I understand that since it was in backorder. My issue is that I was told that I would have it by Wednesday and now I have to wait over two weeks. You really need to teach your employees to not tell people one thing when it obviously is another.

I was very impressed with the diligent service I received from the gentlemen at the store. My fathers phone reset and he did not have the original email to unlock. They spent quite a bit of time trying multiple methods to find a way to unlock/ find the original email associated. You dont often get this kind of service.

Last week I went to this location desperately seeking a new phone. When I arrived I was greeted right away by a gentleman named Dan who then helped me access my account information and get me updated to the new iPhone 7 in no time at all. He was proper and very polite, because of him and the way I was treated I would no doubt recommend this store to my friends and family!

Man there is nothing in my opinion better than fast efficient customer service in life. Now I am pretty knowledgeable about a lot of things in this world however this new techy phone stuff is just not for me. I lost my phone in the Bomb Cyclone and luckily I had an old Samsung in my drawer so I headed down to new local Verizon in the Market 32 Plaza.Boy was I blown away! Greeted right away by a very knowledgeable nice young man named Randy. Not only was he able to turn my old phone back on but also after a few tricks to get my old password for my seldom used Gmail account we recovered my contacts and photos as well!I highly recommend Randy to anyone who ever needs anything with Verizon!

I went into the store to start a line on a device I already owned. It was towards the end of the day. Santiago couldn’t have made the process easier. In a matter of minutes he explained the options that were available and didn’t try to push anything I didn’t want. Always appreciated. He also made me aware of the promo when bringing a line into verizon from another carrier. He set up the phone I had and updated the SIM card and walked me through the iCloud recovery process from the backup completed earlier that day. In less than 90 minutes I went from not having an operating phone to a fully restored verizon phone from my iCloud working great. Thank you to Santiago!!

I just went to this location with my fiancé to sign up as brand new Verizon customers and to pre-order the IPhone 7, it is rare that I ever review stores but upon entering we were greeted by Nicholas D. and from the first moment it was a horrible experience. He treated us as if we were absolute imbeciles, lying to us about what iPhones were available to us and completely belittling both of us by saying a credit check is required, but it doesnt have to be excellent well, little did he know that we were just there last night and had priced everything out and were just returning to complete the paperwork. The associate that helped us last night was nothing but nice, unfortunately because of our experience with Nicholas today we left without finalizing anything, I have never been so uncomfortable around a sales person, forcing us into unnecessary hardware upgrades and plan options.
