Love coming to this location its just off 146 easy on/off. They got green tea yay. Great service from this location.

One of the worst Starbucks in the area. The drive through is never quick. Going inside is just as bad. There’s like eight people behind the counter and they still can’t get the customers out in a timely manner? There are larger Starbucks that get people out much faster. I have ordered from this Starbucks over the last four years. It has only gotten worse.The employees are always stepping all over each other, arguing about who should or shouldnt go on break to “catch up”. In reality they all make it take longer to make the orders.The last time I went was over the weekend, Friday at 10 am. It was unnecessarily backed up. The employees are not particularly nice. They rush and can’t get things done quickly? Never returning to this location. The one right across the parking lot in the Market 32 is quicker, easier and they are much nicer people.

I love the staff and how friendly they are. The coffee is amazing as well. Such a good place to study and get caffeinated.

I have switched from Dunkin Donuts to Starbucks and am loving it. My coffee is the Iced White Chocolate Mocha, Venti, Breve, 2 packs of sugar, 2 shots, and sweet cream cold foam. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars has nothing to do with this store or there friendly employees. It has to do with the PRICE. The price for the coffee I mentioned above is $7.76. They charge $.70 extra for half & half (Breve) and $1.00 extra for vanilla sweet cream foam.

Pretty decent Starbucks. Service is excellent, except the drive thru line can get REALLY long. Easily accessible off 146.

This Starbucks has potential to be good, but the employees need to be trained better. They do not know the difference between nonfat (nonfat milk) and skinny (nonfat milk and sugar free syrup). Either that or they have the cinnamon dolce syrups in the wrong place and are mistakenly using the wrong syrup. I have countless times gotten home to find my nonfat latte has sugar free syrup or no syrup at all. This has been going on for about a year with the mistaken syrups. Sick of dumping my latte down the drain and wasting $5 every time.

Lady told me they were just out of the topping for mocha cookie crumble but the stuff mixed in is different and they have that and then they actually hand me a Java chip. Pretty rude.

Earlier this afternoon I placed a mobile order at this location 2:09 pm. When I arrived 10 minutes later they were clearly very busy. At the 20 minute mark, I checked my phone to make sure I had ordered from the correct location. At 30 minutes I went to the counter and asked the clerk if she could check on my order. One of the baristas made a comment that they were clearly very busy. I replied just making sure my order wasn’t missed. Several more minutes one of my two drinks was ready. Another 5 minutes passed and still no drink. I had direct line of sight and no one was making my other drink. I left at this point. Not very happy about this experience

Great service they are always positive no matter how busy they always get my peach green tea with half ice and half sweetener just right!We totally recommend this place!

Had 20 people wait in line at the drive thru for 25 min just to tell them at the window theyre suddenly closed. Loved wasting my time, thanks.

The drinks at this location are completely inedible. Burnt espresso always, as they let the shot sit there while they do other tasks. Dont waste your money. Ive lost count of the number of drinks Ive just dumped down the drain. This location has been consistently terrible for a few years now. Clearly nothing will change.

It was very busy. I asked if they had decaf made up-otherwise I would have ordered something else. They said yes but they didnt. They made me a pour over, which I had not wanted to make them trouble with. Sorry for the extra bother.

Unfortunately, this is one of the slowest, least efficient Starbucks I have ever been to. I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. I went in because the line wasnt very long. This is the 2nd time this occurred. Last week it did as well. I went inside and only had one person in front of me. I waited 25 more minutes. I had to ask what was going on. Three staff members werent helping customers. One stared at me from inside the back. I just think things can go faster and move more efficiently. Im sitting in line now. It seems to be the afternoon crew. Thank you.

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru line. I ordered a cold brew with caramel and 2% and got a cup of milk with caramel sauce in a very sticky cup. Gross

Standard Starbucks experience but it was understaffed so slow. It was also very unclear how they wanted lines to form given covid restrictions. If Im passing through this way again, Ill go elsewhere.

I went Starbucks this morning. I have to say I noticed the drive thru line was pretty long but decided I would wait. Sat in drive thru for almost 30 minutes, ordered my coffee and waited for a little while longer. When I pulled up to window and handed the employee my cash. I heard her say loudly to someone she was training that they had only limited change due to coin shortage once they ran out of the change in the drawer they didnt have anymore. Which I guess was her way of disapproving of my cash payment, without the correct change. She then handed me my coffee and dismissed me. My coffee by the way was the wrong size. Im thinking I wont be coming back.

Love going to this location. The drive though is always packed but going inside, you can get things much faster.. I just hope they get restocked with the limited cups for the summer

I decided to order coffee in the building instead of going through the drive thru since its always ridiculous due to Covid. I placed my order and I kid you not waited almost ten minutes while they only did mobile orders. People were coming in and no one was leaving unless it was a mobile orders. A bunch of employees were just standing around. I wouldnt recommend this location.

Oh my GOODNESS!!!! Get it together people!!! Get a new manager, something! I just waited in line at the drive through for 30 minutes!!!! Crazy! Its not even all that busy!!!!

This is my all time favorite Starbucks! Staff is very kind, and the store is always clean. Plenty of seating, and free wifi for those of us looking to get some work done! The only area in need of improvement is the food quality and price.

They were quick and friendly even at a busy time. But the girl taking my order must not have heard me as I got a breakfast sandwich instead of a lunch one and my cold brew was Grande, not Venti. Grande is not even in my Starbucks vocabulary. Added points for having a useable restroom and limited seating is available now(10/12/20).

Typical Starbucks..Fast and efficient. The lines are long so I would recommend ordering ahead on the mobile app. The drinks are made well though and they taste as they should. The store is clean and the lighting is good. You always have a seat and good wifi so I wouldnt be worried about getting there to do some work while having your drink. I think it is a good place to have a meeting or get work done.

I love Starbucks but why haven’t they switched to non plastic straws yet? They are all about sustainable coffee supply yet they haven’t taken a simple initiative not to use plastic straws in all of their stores

Kinda slow for getting an order just waking in. No one ready was ready to take an order for a couple minutes, with no line of any kind. Plenty of people standing around waiting for there orders, so maybe there whole ordering/waiting system is confusing to people and their employees.

If you go here use the drive thru only. Without fail the service inside is incredibly slow. Like waiting 20 minutes for a coffee slow.

Slow service and only some of the staff know how to make drinks..... I ordered an ice coffee with a splash of cream and it had to be made twice and still it was wrong.

Always has open seating with quick and professional service. Drinks are made to order and always come out great. The atmosphere is better than most Starbucks in the area with expanded seating which makes it great for studying or working.

I wasnt going to leave a review but the everything bagel made me happy. I feel like I can dance the jig. Also got a free hot chocolate. Anyways if you really need to review reviews about Starbucks then hopefully this review will illuminate the gloriousness of the everything bagel. Yes, I wish I got a second one. Im making myself more hungry. Shucks.

As always, my raspberry hot chocolate is very yummy. I like the oatmeal with brown sugar and dried fruit. The Sutton Starbucks is very spacious, and the staff is wonderful.

Real convenient location if you’re northbound. Not so much southbound. You have to turn left at the light before you get there.

Almost 8 minutes in the drive through for a cup of coffee. Nothing special, just coffee with cream. Cant back up or drive around here. You are stuck. By the time I got to the window, my coffee wasnt even ready. This place was not busy inside and yet it took the one person to be that far behind? No one should wait that long. The TEAM should have helped up to get her caught up.

Staff is friendly service is hit or miss . My hot coffee is always ether room temp or tastes like bad milk. Ive gotten food poisoning twice from the banana bread and a few times from coffee.

Very good Starbucks with prompt service and good drinks as the baristas will make your drink as quickly as possible. As it is the only Starbucks closest to my house, I frequent this place pretty often and it is also a good place to study as the environment is pretty quiet. Good place to have a drink or chill out.

I live close to this location and was super excited when it arrived. I have been to many many Starbucks locations in mass and other states and this one is the poorest run with the longest wait times of up to 25 mins or more! Great people very nice but this place is cursed. I dread coming here but since it’s the closest it’s my go to. A review really needs to be done about inefficiencies in the time it takes to get orders out. Just look at everyone’s face by the pickup area...all 15 of them sometimes....

This Starbucks always makes my drink right. The best staff I have ever encountered works there. I go there daily and I love the place!!! Sometimes the drive thru gets a little backed up but they go as quickly as possible to relieve the traffic! ❤❤❤

Service can be slow at peak hours. Check the app before you go, this location seems to be poorly stocked and runs out of items a lot. One of their blonde espresso machines is inoperable, for example.The staff are excellent, though. Very friendly despite the consequences.

Place is busy I love Starbucks is one of my favorites the Baristas are really friendly. I only had one bad experience where my coffee was wrong Im vegan and it was milk I went back in and my drink didnt get fixed until everybody else was taken care of even people that came in line behind me. It was very busy maybe they didnt realize but kind of sucks when youre in a hurry and you have to come back in and then people that came in the door after you get there orders first...

Quality of their coffee and pastries is excellent...pricing is moderately high, though.

Never opens on time hours are 5am to 9pm. I roll through at 530 540 every day and there always closed. Here now at 540am the lights are off and doors are locked. Would give no stars if i could

I really like coming here. The Baristas know my name and they really care. The other day I ordered a different then my usual coffee on my mobile order, and when I got there they hadnt made the coffee because they wanted to make sure that I hadnt ordered it in error. To me that is really going above and beyond the Call of Duty
