Prana Harmony is a wonderful healing center. The physical space is beautifully laid out, calming and tranquil. They have a very wide selection of botanical self-care products in almost every form you can think of – essential oils, candles, tinctures, balms, soaps, crystals, too many to list. Wish I could have spent the entire day there just browsing and soaking in the calming energy. Indy is insightful, a great listener and empath and gives practical tips on how to be happier and healthier. Left feeling much better than I got there after my energy healing session.

I had been feeling like it was time for a change in my life. I was constantly stressed, angry, and felt hopeless often. Early one morning, sleepless in bed, I began researching ways to get myself into a better space. I found Prana Harmony, or it found me, either way I’m glad I went in the next day to see about an energy cleansing session. I walked in and inquired the next day. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment for later that day. When I met with Indy, we instantly connected and I felt his true desire to help me be in a better space. We talked and he gave me some profound advice to help me reach my highest self as I continue on my journey in life. He told me a little about me and it was like chatting with an old friend who grew up with me and knew me! Then he began the cleanse. I won’t give too many details because it is tailored to the needs of the individual, but when it was over I felt lighter, calm inside and out, and refreshed. Thank you Indy! I also attend the yoga sessions on Tuesday’s at 5:30. It’s great for the beginning of the week to help me to focus my mind in the right direction throughout the week. Absolutely amazing. I’m from Washington state visiting in desperate need for a healing and I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience. Both him and his amazing wife are absolutely wonderful and welcoming. I went in depressed and anxious and left full of love and happiness. If I could I’d give a million stars. Wow! What an amazing experience. I had my first ever Energy Healing session with Indy and I was super impressed. Indy has a beautiful store with lots of great energy accented by the beautiful water fountain and the luscious scents. He encouraged us to smell everything, and he helped me with suggestions for the essential oil that I needed for my diffuser. We purchased crystal pendants, essential oil, beard oil, incense, lip balm, and a crystal palm stone. Indy even gave me incense samples—-free of charge. I’ve never been surprised and delighted enough with any product or service to warrant my immediate review, that is, until I entered PranaHarmony. Word of the instructor, Indy, reached me before any mention of the establishment, but it was because of the praise my friend had given this seemingly mystic man that I decided to look further. I, myself, had been on a journey to self-realization, alignment, and enlightenment, so I took my studies very seriously. One glance at PranaHarmony’s sleek and simple website was enough to convince me that there wasn’t just copious spiritual jargon in the teachings, but DIGESTIBLE wisdom woven into them. I was out of town at the time, but I knew that as soon as I returned home, there was somewhere else waiting for me. As soon as I saw Indy, I knew it was him. Walked in for the first time while looking for essential oils to purchase. Casey did a great job explaining every aspect that comes into play after having had made me feel very welcome in the store. The front retail store is very tidy and organized.We were able to finally find which oil would best suit my interests, Frankincense, and I must say the quality of this oil is very prominent. It was slightly on the more pricier side but now I definitely see why.I also cant wait for the services that Prana offers to be available - soon theyll be featuring a customizable oil/product bar as well as yoga instruction. I had my energy work. My husband was skeptical. I didn’t feel any differently the first couple of days. Around the third day my husband said, “Wow! I’m amazed that your energy treatment really worked. You are so much calmer and happier.” He noticed before I event did. Once my energy cleared, the results were amazing. Very Peaceful and relaxing environment! The Chakra therapy cleared my mind. The lymphatic massage removed the stiffness in my left hand. Finding Prana Harmony and Ana the massage therapist in particular was a wonderful discovery for us. The physical environment there is a very quiet soothing place with good energy. My wife and I have both benefited greatly from Anas knowledge, care, and skill as she brings together her head, heart, and hands to attend to our total well being. We both have had multiple sessions with her and have always left feeling better, more relaxed, and rejuvenated. I started out with her when I was suffering from terrible cramping in my right quads that had me limping when I walked. Ana focused on my problem area and worked on it patiently and with expert targeting of specific muscle bands until they were completely loose again after several sessions. It was great to be able to walk again without limping! And even though I was the one asking about having more than one session a week, Ana advised me that it was better for me to space them apart. This reaffirmed what I already had sensed, and that was that she would always recommend what was in the best interest for my health. Ana is among the best massage therapists we have ever encountered (and there have been many) and we highly recommend her.

I look forward to my yoga class with Theresa, she is the most gentle soul. Upon meeting her you find very quickly that she exudes peace and tranquility. She makes the yoga experience a true mind, body and soul healing session! In her class, you will learn to breathe to your maximum potential, you will heat up, working your core; and you will cool down into a place of deep peace and fulfillment into a meditative state. I always feel extremely relaxed and blissful when I leave the yoga studio, as if I am floating on air!

I came in not knowing what energy healing was, Indy took his time to throughly walked me through the process and even gave me a breakdown of what each Chakra was and its meaning. The moment when we sat down, he knew right away which chakra point was blocking and what I needed to work on to improve my overall well being. I left his office feeling so much lighter and relaxed. Great experience, I went in for a reiki with essential oil session but due to pregnancy Indy didnt recommend that I do it. Instead we sat and spoke for an hour. Which I guess was exactly what I needed. He began to explain things to me that I was totally unaware of. He gave me insight on the things that were going on with my body. When I left there, I felt like a huge burden had been lifted and I felt enlightened . After the little one is born, Ill definitely be back for my reiki therapy.

I have had Reiki in the past, but my session with Indy last week was truly eye-opening. It was an amazing experienced of healing of reiki and energy healing with Indy. During the counselling time I feel very compatible to talk to him about my sickness issue though I have a teary eyes, he is so calm and relaxed person that makes my spirit lift up, hes a good listener and he shares some thoughts that if I believe that the body heals by itself, I said yes I believe that, If you are doing it the right way. I looked at his eyes and said this is the right way.The healing was awesome! I feel the penetration of healing during my first session yesterday. It was a wonderful feeling when I get up from session bed, I feel back to normal, the pain on my back was gone, the feeling of body heaviness was gone, the head thightness was gone, the swollen of my thyroid gland gets smaller, my heart fast palpitations gets normal, my intestine doesnt make a heavy noise anymore, my hands and feet gets warmer now. I had my first reiki healing just over a week ago with Indy. I didnt know what to expect, and was a little nervous. Indy did a great job of explaining reiki healing and answered all of my questions. The energy that I experienced during my healing was intense. If you are a skeptic, I can guarantee you wont be after a session with Indy. I think everyone should try reiki healing once in their lifetime. I personally find it beneficial and will be making it a part of my self-care routine.
