The manager Kevin was very helpful. He helped me find a part they didnt even carry. Store is very clean, and I go out of my way to get parts from this location. Always the best customer service over other parts stores.

I entered this establishment, with two customers inside and only one visible employee on speaker phone, with a very confused young lady. I stood quietly in front of the employee as she asked the woman to hold while she checked whether anyone might know, to what she referred. The employee went to the back of the store and got another employee that said he did receive a package and set it aside. The employee asked several questions of the woman on the phone, which she couldnt answer, but the employee said this has to be it, just come over and well work it out when you get here. After hanging up the phone, she finally asked how may I help you? I asked if they carried the windshield trim molding I needed for my vehicle. She seemed confused and I asked if she would step outside to look. She continued guessing. I asked again if she would like to come out and just look. She then says, without taking a step, that they dont have anything, that has anything to do with windshields. She went on to says that IF they order it for me, it would be really expensive because they would have to order directly from the manufacturer. She didnt bother to offer, to order anything, or determine whether I was willing to use their services, cost or no cost. Exhausted by the whole lack of service and willingness to help, I left and ordered the kit on Amazon. It was $114 before taxes and will arrive Thursday. I only checked the store since I was off today and wanted to be as productive as possible. Ill stick with online orders and pre-plan my activities.

On 9/17/21 my battery died got it jump started and arrived at 10am at this location to get battery checked out and if needed a new battery. On arrival was greeted by a older lady with glasses. Came out with battery tester and was able to determine from battery tester to replace battery. Went back in store purchased Die hard silver series battery. Came out to have it installed by young kid came out with cart and installed battery I asked if all was good young kid said was all good. Should of trusted my gut instinct should of check myself again if connection was tight. Arrived at work. At around 7pm went to vehicle to start nothing. Had to get vehicle jumped once again arrived at home next morning no start again. Thinking it might be a parasitic draw got battery jumped. Wasnt able to get mechanic to look at my at vehicle until 9/20/21. A Tech Certified mechanic looked over vehicle and had it sit overnight and found no issues found. Didnt get back my vehicle until 9/22/21. Still same battery in my vehicle that was purchased from Advanced Auto Parts Im thinking the young kid that installed battery didnt tighten down the connection to battery. Cause me headache and aggravation and extra money I didnt have to spend. Advanced Auto Parts is good place. It just some employees who dont care.

I LOVE advanced auto. I go there often for the little things. They are USUALLY helpful. This trip I needed clips to hold a rubber liner under the hood. The guy didnt have a lot of customers. Offered no help except check asile 5 on the right and DID not help me at all. At one point I needed a screwdriver Phillips for simple install. thank goodness I keep a tool. Installed myself dropped 2 times under the car and got on my knees. Still he didnt check on me. VERY unlike most chains. Disappointment does not even begin!

I have never been disappointed here. Even if they dont have the part they can get it delivered there fast. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Yesterday I visited Advanced Auto where I always purchase what I need for my vehicles. On most days I’m acknowledged, greeted, and asked “How can I help you today?” Today I was treated as though my business wasn’t valued and or that I didn’t need any assistance with bringing something into the store and or carrying back out to my car.I am a young black woman who struggled with bringing a battery into the store this afternoon. I wasn’t acknowledged, not offered a cart and or assistance, and the staff (one in particular) was too busy speaking with an acquaintance in between customers than actually helping customers.I am very offended at the treatment I received today and going forward am rethinking spending my money at a business that does not treat women- in particular black women as important as customers who your employees are familiar with and or are more comfortable speaking their own language too.

My girlfriend purchased some Zevo lights. They ended up not being the correct for for my truck. I came up to the store to exchange them for the proper fit and was refused because I did not have a receipt. I would understand if I was asking for money back but being refused to simply exchange is ridiculous. I spend about $80 month at this store which is probably higher than the average person. From this point on it will be zero!Note their return exchange policy without a receipt states that they will exchange products as long as the customer provides a state issued ID which I have, and I was still refused.

Its a promotion they had in there own sale paper and on price stickers in store!! Horrible customer service!! This location replaced and installed my battery after I bought it online. Nate did a great job all around and made the entire experience A+. Battery was a 12 volt hybrid and can be difficult to install but he did a great job...thank you so much!

Called Advanced Auto about purchasing a battery and getting it installed. They said no problem, it will take about 15 minutes to install. I buy the battery on-line, go pick it up, then Im told it is recommended for professional installation. Nice triage job on my initial call. Luckily the car started and I made it home. Now stuck with a battery and a car Ill have to try to jump again and get someone to install. More like Basic Auto Parts. Boo.

Went into this location to look for an electric impact wrench. I showed the employee the product direct from their website and the item code. He calls another employee asking if they sold drills and he shouts back to go to home depot. If you dont know what the item is at least lookup the item if Im showing it to you direct from your website and its showing its available and in stock at your location. Lack of knowledge at this location and a waste of time.

Good customer service ! I always order online and go to the store to pick up my parts 15 minutes o less parts are ready to go! And I even order online wen Im in the store and 8 my later my order is ready. This is one of the best advance customer service place also they have people with automotive knowledge and thats a good thing!

This is always my first place to look for auto parts. Generally prices are higher than Amazon but they always have a promo code going that brings the parts down to a competitive price. However, unlike Amazon, youre guaranteed to get a new, genuine part matching what you ordered, so Im willing to pay a bit more for that assurance. This location often has items in stock that other local branches dont, so kudos on good inventory management here. Ive also found the staff knowledgeable in automotive repair at an advanced (forgive the pun) level, which is unfortunately becoming a rare commodity. The Advance loyalty program (SpeedPerks) is also better than AutoZone, OReilly or Napa. Make this location your first stop when needing anything for your vehicle, and I suggest purchasing online for in-store pickup, which they do very well.

This has been an amazing store from day one and only keeps meeting or exceeding my expectations.With online ordering a simple matter on your favorite smart phone, you can order for pick up, take a breath, then head on over to get it. Considering also that online ordering will often net you a discount on top of the in and out convenience, how can you go wrong?This last trip was for high temperature disc brake bearing grease in a 14oz tube for the grease gun, and one pound pack of the same grease, and I even found a wheel bearing packing tool I had been wanting. Had a $5 Perks reward AND found a 20% off code! Walked in, got items, walked out... total time in store was under 4 minutes!(Also, if you have questions about items, they know! Great tool loan program as well!)

I bought a car battery at a different location, but it turned out to be a bad battery. I called the Suwanee location because it is closer to where I live and the employee there said I have to go back to the location where I bought it. So I went to a different location and they were able to take it back and swap it for me. Ill definitely take my business else where from now on.

Was good. I ordered online to save 20%, but when I got to the store 2 hours later, I had to wait for the order to get pulled. Not the end of the world, as took less than 10 minutes, but could have been nearly instant.

I have walked into a few Advance Auto Parts and felt like I was a leper. Not here, the guys were friendly, knowledgably, and fast. This is not the closest auto part store to my house, but I come here because of the staff.

Usually they have the parts I need in stock. I perceive the parts are a slightly better quality then advanced. I have no way to confirm or deny this.
