I had an a/c problem. I called over 15 shops and visited 3 and they were all intent on checking, changing parts and I was sure it was electric. Keith figured it out the electrical problem QUICK and had my van back to me before 2 hours had passed. Im telling everyone I know, this is the place to go for auto repair.

Friendly service, excellent customer service

My mom works just around the corner, and she called me in a bit of a panic because someone at work told her that one of her tires was really low almost flat. I gave the guys a call, and they where able to help out really quickly. There was a screw in the middle of the tire, and where able to patch it and get it filled super fast.

I got a blowout on 85. I happen to be at the exit of Gateway Automotive. But I was unable to get the car to the other side of the median before it was on the rim. I recently bought this car and never checked for a jack and of course it wasnt there! . So I walked over to Gateway. I was at first reluctant to ask for help from an unknown place thinking I might be taken advantage of, but Kevin listened to my predicament and offered to come over with their tools and help change the tire for a very fair price! Well it worked out for all because after I saw what great honest service you get here, I asked if they could find a matching tire. They did and had it delivered and installed, and I was back on the highway in no time! Thanks Kevin and team Gateway!

I left out after repair and had a problem less than 4 miles away. They came to me on the side of the freeway and couldnt fix on site. They got it towed back and found the part installed was defective from the factory. Made it all right and truck is running great. No extra cost to me and Jeff even gave me a courtesy call to confirm the next day everything was still properly operating. They will be mechanic from now on.Thanks guys!

This review is for the emission service located on the right end of the building. The guy is not knowledgeable at all and very rude and not friendly. After 15 min wait time, I was pulled inside the bay and he took at least 10 min to scan the door jam and put the info in the system.After those 10 min doing paperwork, he was not able to find the OBD connector for another 10 min and finally asked me where is it. I showed him where was it and after he connected he said that my electrical system burned his computer and he is not able to do it anymore. I smiled and left after wasting 30-40 min with a very unprofessional guy. After I left he pulled next car after, so his computer didnt get burned by my car. very bad experience. Dont go there at all!

Thanks to Jeff and Kevin at Gateway Automotive. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it in a timely fashion. The car drives like new and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg! I’m a happy customer!

Kevin and his team always do incredible work on my Lexus NX. They are very personable, willing to work with my schedule, and very very thorough. They do the work on my car, my dad’s car, and my sister’s car, and we’ve always been very pleased. These guys are honest, fair, and really do care about their work.

We just had our first experience at Gateway.The mechanic work seems to be great.The two stars is because, I would say improvement is needed in the customer service area.My son went there because I recommend it to him, from what I heard from others this place was friendly, good work, and fair pricing.The experience was subpar, he was told 3 times to come back on different days and times because the guy who can give him the estimate for his repair wasnt there, like he was suppose to be.Every time there was never an apology for inconveniencing him. He finally got the estimate $447 for the repairs, which he was paying for himself. We thought he got a break they dropped the price to $400 sounds great, after all the inconveniences and poor customer service seemed all good, he needed to come in a day later when he had all the money for the repair.The day comes he takes his car in for the repair, it takes an hour longer due to some difficulties. They back track to the $447 price.The experience just wasnt what we heard about, maybe it was because my son was young so he didnt need to be treated like an adult would. I told my son when he spends his hard earn money, he should be treated better.

I took my car for emission test and it failed because of Catalytic Converter and Engine Check indicator. I took the car to Goodyear and two other places and they quoted me $1,000 to fix it. Finally, I took it to Gateway Automotive, spoke to Jeff and Chris. What they did was simply amazing to say the least !!!In stead of going for Catalytic converter change right away, both Jeff and Chris worked on my car step by step to rule out one cause at a time, they carried out leak test, used smoke to rule out leaks. They even ordered parts for my car and didnt charge me until problem was fixed and emission test passed.They didnt put any parts that was not needed to fix problem of my car. They did NOT create work for themselves on my car at all.Highly skilled, Honest and thoroughly professional people. They fixed leak in tire of my car and didnt even charge anything. Finally the problem was fixed and my car passed the emission test and thereafter Jeff billed me for the work that was needed to fix the issue.I was so impressed with their manners, professionalism, skills that I have decided to take my car for ANY and ALL car issues to Jeff and Chris of Gateway Automotive.Great People and Good Business indeed...

Great folks... Nice gas station. It is a Shell location so you can use your Kroger Card as well. The sales floor space is limited so there isnt a huge selection of things but there is a variety for almost everyone.

These guys are so helpful, honest, and fair!! I was stranded across the divided hwy with my two kids and a blown tire, and despite how busy they were, they drove over to me and put my spare tire on. Totally made my day! Would recommend.

My car is older and was leaking transmission fluid and oil. Jeff replaced a seal that stopped the fluid leak and gave me options to stop the oil leak. Since my car was older I opted not to repair that oil leak at this time. Jeff and Kevin have serviced my cars for years and I trust them to only fix what really needs to be fixed. By the way, my car was repaired in less than 4 hours.

I had my lincoln town car in for an oil change. Jeff noticed I had a leak coming from my tailshaft which caused my rear mount to come apart. He ordered the parts, cleaned up the area and installed everything quick and professionally. Car has been driving great!
